Hotel was close to rail transit and relitively easy to get to central Munich. Rooms were suites with large bed and good facilities. Price was very good for facility but it is in residential neighborhood not near central Munich..

It was great. Just surprised that they did not have any washcloths. In walking distance they said there was a convient store to purchase washcloths. The train station and small stores were very close. Quite convient. I would definitely recomment this hotel. Our purpose was to check out the Christmas Market in Munich. It took 18mins by train.

The staff is excellent and the stay was very comfortable. The staff is excellent and is able to help in many different languages. The Deutche Bahn S train is nearby and takes you into the heart of the city in about 15-20 minutes. The hotel is easily accessed from the Airport by train. Very good quality/price ratio, very convenient location, within minutes on foot to the S-bahn train station. There is a train every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city centre (Marienplatz). The location is very quiet and friendly-looking. The building is very beatiful, so are the rooms. The location is great, around 10 minutes car from Munich downtown, and about 15 minutes subway. BUT the service is awful. The reception people get annoyed if you ask too many questions. They let you know they are not there to help you, just to provide you with a check in - check out service. That´s all. The hotel has very nice rooms, spacious, but the service is sparse at best. for example, they only provide one pillow, and two face towels. Do not replenish the shampoo. Breakfast while costing 17.00 euro is depleted several times, eggs are burnt. etc. some of the rooms had trash not removed in a timely manner. Repairs seem to take time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location to the S-Bahn station was very handy, just a 2-3 minute walk. Nice sitting area, work desk, and comfortable bed. Only complaint would be the heat in the hotel. Was forced to leave the windows open all the time just to keep things cooler. Which is not always ideal during March weather.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint, you get a modern junior suite for the price of a basic travel lodge type room. Very clean rooms, friendly staff and located 2 minutes walk from the S Bahn train station, trains 3 to 4 times per hour which take less than 20 minutes to the Marienplatz in Munich. Our service was just as great as the rate. We came down to late for breakfast one morning and staff let us make plates to take back to our room, from what they were cleaning up of the buffet. Location was perfect to reach the main travel ways into Munich. The room was very clean.

Internet is free with your own pc but cost is 5 euros if using hotel pc. We were on the ground floor and as hotel is on a roundabout traffic noise was a problem as was street […] lights, so you may need earplugs and sleep mask. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. Although one male member of reception was a little brusque when I ask for some towels as housekeeping had taken ours and not left any clean ones. Housekeeping was actually very good every day cleaning and tidying the room. All in all very good value for money and a short ride on the S Bahn to Munich centre. We had a 7-night stay at the end of June/early July 2012 at this hotel and found it to be a good base for visiting Munich and Bavaria. The suite-style room included a small kitchenette with refridgerator and microwave, allowing for an element of self-catering, if desired. The room was clean and comfortable; had efficient and reasonably quiet air conditioning; […] and offered a good standard of accommodation. The hotel is located on a busy road junction, with noise being noticeable (with windows open for ventilation). Noise is not a problem when windows are closed. Hotel staff were efficient and helpful. Unterhaching is a small town about 15 minutes by rail (S-bahn) to the centre of Munich. The train station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. A Tengelmann supermarket is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and has a good range of breakfast items. Within 10 minutes walk in the town square are 2 restaurants which offer good food at a reasonable price - Wirtshaus (Bavarian) and Rajasthan (Indian). Minor negatives included high cost of breakfast at hotel (17 Euros), but breakfast items can be bought for a fraction of this price at the nearby supermarket. The outdoor space at the hotel is limited and not very attractive. On balance we consider this to be a very good hotel which met our needs and one which we would recommend to friends. Read more

Despite a lot of roadworks on the way there, the hotel was easy to find. The nearby S-Bahn station (2 minutes walking) means getting into the city is a breeze. There's free parking, however that only seems to go for the outdoor spaces and there's only a handful of those! WiFi is free but only in the lobby and only for 30 minutes. We skipped breakfast as it was rather expensive, but with a supermarket around the corner it's easy enough to just buy something for the next morning there. The rooms are large, the bedroom actually being separated from the living room, which you don't see too often in this price class. Well kept hotel and room, only little complaint is we were in last room next to fans for the underground carpark, they were noisy at nite, we had to draw straws for who was sleeping on the sofa bed? But overall a nice and friendly hotel, breakfast set us up for the day.

Stayed here for Oktoberfest. Downtown hotels were very expensive so we chose this hotel. Travelling to anywhere in Munich is very easy as train station is so close. Mini-kitchen in the room and grocery store nearby allowed us to save money on meals. Breakfast is a bit pricey. We booked this hotel on the basis we needed somewhere to stay on our first night on flying into Munich Airport and we did not want the hassle of driving to the city.
