This was a very nice hotel. It was clean, breakfast was good, if typical, fare. The issues we encountered were 1)there was no wireless connection in our room, on the 5th floor. We had to go down the lobby to get a connection. Also 2) there was a child's birthday party held in a couple of the rooms on our floor and they were extremely loud at all hours […] of the night. I called down to the front desk and although the noise did subside at that time, it picked back up around 1:30am. We did not get much sleep and were traveling across country, driving 8 hours each day. So this lack of sleep was highly irritating. We'd stayed there before. We get very nice rooms, good service, and a very convenient location. The surrounding area has everything we need so we don't have to drive anywhere. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Just my luck the state basketball champs stayed at hotel same night as me. Families and fans partied till 3:00 am. Good scores for cleanliness but not for comfort.

Upon entering into the lobby of the hotel there was approx. 30 young children there for a party. They were very loud, I asked to be put as far away from the noise as possible. I got into my room, air would not turn on as it was very hot in the room, I then decided to go down to the pool, within 15 minutes all of the children came in, throwing there […] clothing everywhere, yelling and screaming, and then proceeded to pile into the hot tube. The adults just let them run, and scream, they then rolled their pant legs up and got into the hot tub also. Including myself and everyone else there was a total of 23 people in there. I had to get out and just returned to my room. Within an hour there was doors being slammed, yelling, and girls running up and down the hall. I called the front desk and nothing was done. Paying that high of a price for a room to get peace and quit would be worth it if I actually got that. I usually go to a hotel at least 3-4 times a month just to relax, this was my first time using your hotel and very seriously doubt that I return. I have been to hotels that were less expensive and received better treatment. Read more

I was displeased with the service because we had requested more towels and wash rags but they took over thirty minutes getting them to us. Was disappointed with that and no chocolate milk, overall a good experience

I am a business traveler, and had forgotten to pack the power cord for my laptop. I called the front desk and asked if by chance they had a power cord for my brand laptop in the lost and found. Indeed they did, and I was able to work during my stay and not fall behind.

We stay here at least once a year for family get togethers. This is not a hotel we would normally stay at, but it is preferred by other members of the family. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby had water damage on the ceiling, but I doubt that most people would notice since the ceiling is vaulted. In addition to transportation from and to the airport, the staff provided complimentary shuttle service to my conference site daily and offered to take me to the mall or other nearby locations in the evening. The room was clean, which is always a good thing. My only complaint was breakfast. The hotel was full of elementary students and they only had (1) waffle iron. This caused a major traffic jam in the buffet line.
