The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was so courteous and helpful. Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Non-Smoking rooms still stink of smoke. Staff and maids especially, were very helpfull. Roof over pool area leaked. For the price per room, this hotel was not even close to worth it.

Hotel is generally clean but needs some TLC and touch up. Beds are old and sagging. WiFi is slow. Hallways often smell of cigarette smoke. Brunch is tasty and good value. We had a great stay. Loved the pool and the restaurant. The service in the restaurant was friendly and prompt, full of laughter and friendliness. Little problem getting towels for the pool and in our room - not sure what happened there but we'll be back and bring some of our own. People were lovely! Thank you for a nice weekend.

I had to have my room changed 2 times. 1st.room there was hair in the bed and the curtains were coming off the wall. 2nd.the closet door didn't open and there was a microwave oven on the bed side table with a lamp on the top of it next to the bed, the blanket had cigarette burns in it.All the room need paint.The 3 rd. was ok ,at least the bed was clean, […] I will never stay here again !!! The following issues need to be addressed: 1 - pillows old and lumpy 2 - light in bathroom not over mirror but to side - very difficult to see to shave 3-Smell - strong air freshener used - need to air out room on arrival 4-lack of business center - no place to print out boarding pass 5-vending machines […] only source of food in evening - location a bit isolated if no car available - these machines are not kept stocked. I was pleasantly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their prompt attention our needs. At other hotels a request for additional blankets would take several hours and a trip to the front desk to fulfill. Not So the Pacific Inn, in less than five minutes a staff member was at our door with the needed supplies. This hotel is a good value for the money. It is a little tired and the carpets in the hallways are soiled. The convenience of the location is vital to us---close to the border and White Rock, and a half-hour drive into Vancouver. Our room was fine and the bed OK. Noisy ice machine right outside our door, though. Be aware that they charge $5.00 plus […] tax for wireless internet, and there is no free breakfast. We had a nice room, king size bed, coffee maker, fridge, etc. the usual amenities. Only problem was the heat and a/c didn't work, but the staff brought us a fan to cool the room down. They offered us an upgrade, but we declined since the weather was mild. I would recommend the pool and hot tub + dry sauna. Very nice atmosphere, Mexican villa style. […] Grotto around hot tub. Despite the old cracked pink paint this hotel wasn't in too bad of shape. The pool area was relatively nice, and clean. The room was clean, bathroom was really small. The hotel is located a little over a mile or a couple of km over the US/Canada border, and a 5 minute drive to White Rock. The room was not extremely clean, there was lipstick kiss marks on the wall in the bathroom, and cob webs in one corner of the room. We wanted a place right over the border and this was perfect. Heading to Whistler from Seattle and it was nice to get across the border at night and not worry about it in the morning. The bathroom was small and a little worn down but everything else was fine.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the traditional room and the paint and linens had not been updated for years. The bed was not comfortable and when we showered it set the smoke alarm off. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room according to the email sent to me was to be for 5 people with 1 king bed and 2 queens. Arriving we were sent to a room with 2 queens, so we had to get a cot along with. There was an ice maker outside our room that was very noisy every 10 to 15 minutes, which wasn't good for sleep, especially since I had requested a quiet room with extra blankets, […] which we didn't get either. This hotel was a paradox - beautiful common areas, lobby, pools with very clean changing rooms, great restaurants and very helpful staff. The room was an entirely different thing. Tiny, rock-hard beds so bad I had to see a chiropractor after two nights there. The chlorinated swimming pool smell was too strong when entering the hotel.The breakfast not too special. Using individual creamers for coffee is very un-eco-friendly - so much plastic garbage. Noise in the hallways at 1 am. Otherwise, we enjoyed the room and the convenience of the hotel location.
