Suburban Extended Stay Hotel - Pensacola

The staff was wonderful (we arrived EARLY and they had the room ready so they let us go ahead and check in). The room was small but quaint my only complaint would be about the bathtub it was ok just very small hard to take a relaxing bath. Overall I would stay here again.

The only issue I had was we were there for 4 days when we would leave and come back after maid service they would not leave us any soap , shampoo , or toilet paper we had to ask for it.

The room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, there were cats being fed and housed outside of the back door, WiFi was intermittent, and I heard dogs barking at all hours. Only plus was an extremely friendly staff.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was less than 5 minutes, even though I arrived @5 in the morning after driving 8 hours from Houston.The room was the right size with everything we would expect from home. I will definately stay here again on my next trip.

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. It was adequate for our needs since it was close to where we needed to be each day and the price was right. The hotel needs a complete renovation though.

I went down to visit my boyfriend who is in the Navy, and the hotel was close enough that I didn't have to spend a lot on a taxi to get to the base, and the cost of the room was really nice for a trip with a budget! The hotel was kinda far from the beach, where we spent most of our time. The hotel was just really a spot to sleep. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable!!!! We didn't need a kitchen , but it was a little older looking than the picture s. We had to take out our own trash though . The area around isn't horrible , but not the greatest .

the hotel maid service was excellent but the sign say that no pets are welcomed and you heard dogs barking in the hall and saw them out by the pool area.the rooms had a fun e odor to it.it's close to Church's Chicken and across the street from a grocery store which i didn't have to go far.Most of all i really like the kitchenette.

I went down to spend time with my boyfriend who is in the Navy. The hotel was very close to the NAS and provided no hassle at all when I had to drop him off at the end of the weekend. The hotel is also relatively close to downtown. Overall very good

The only issues I had were taken care of right away. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The one thing I didn't like was the one night I got back late and had to use a dark, side entrance to enter instead of using a well lighted entrance.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the common areas of the hotel are quite clean. But our room was only moderately so. And there was a definite odor in the room when we arrived. The next morning we discovered the source of the odor: bleach was used to clean the bathroom. We discovered it by finding bleached areas on both my and my wife's clothes. Her […] blue jean shorts had a row of bleached spots across the front from standing at the sink while my shorts had bleach spots across the back from sitting on the commode. The lobby smelled of leaking gas and mustiness. The hallway and room were musty, and looked like they hadn't been maintained for some time. Parking lot had narrow spots, so lots of people parked in double spaces, leaving fewer spots for others. Overall, it was a place to sleep, but I won't go back or recommend others stay there.

The hotel itself was a great place to stay. The kitchenette in the room needed a little updating but overall was in good clean working condition. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it wasn't in the best part of the neighborhood. Alot of run down houses around and very busy. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and great stay there!

I stayed here because it was the cheapest without being shady (student budget and female staying alone) and right down the street from where I was visiting.
