Given the type of hotel, the Radisson is a good place to stay in Canmore. We found the sleep-number beds very comfortable and an unusually nice touch in a hotel of this class. An acceptable place to stay but id have expected better from a radisson hotel. Needs new carpets, better room climate control. Better / more / or new elevators. Breakfast buffet was sub standard as was the service. For the money i was hoping for nicer especially from this chain. The front desk staff were helpful though.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a hotel just close to Banff NP. Room was clean and modern. Had some issues with A/C in first room I got, but when maintenance couldn't fix it, they offered me a different room with icy cold A/C, no questions asked. Customer service at reception desk was very good. I didn't use the pool or restaurant, […] but pool was big and restaurant looked very classy. Location of hotel is reasonably good with stores a very short drive away. The hotel room was fine except for the noise. Sound insulation is very poor with the result that you can hear adjacent room and hall noise extensively. The coffee maker also served for making Tea. Had to do a run through with one Tea bag to help clear the coffee residue but works better than most other coffee/Tea makers if you are a tea lover.

You can see the Three sisters(famous mountain) here in the morning. There is a rental-car shop in front of this hotel.The shop is small but the staff are very kind. It takes 1minute from here to high way,so it is easy to go anywhere.

Although this hotel is in a convenient location with great mountain views, the front desk personnel are unfriendly and unhelpful - customer service training is recommended! The room was clean but the air conditioner did not work for most of our stay. The room was very small.

Nice stay overall, only complaint was that towels, soaps and coffee not restocked on second night, nor were the cups/glasses washed on the second night. Front desk quickly rectified any concerns we addressed with them and staff was friendly. Also no fridge or microwave in room nor any complimentary breakfast which would have added value to our stay […] and vacation dollar as rooms in this area are generally more pricey because of proximity to Banff. I have stayed in Radisson Hotels and this particular Hotel puts shame to the nale. Floors and carpets in Halls were filthy. Exterior was very low grade, Hot tub nor working- this is one of the reasons we stay at the hotels. Our Mountain view room was a view of the courtyard and a mountain top over the roof of the hotel.

Second time I've taken a "mental health break" in Canmore and stayed at the Radisson. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to downtown area of shops, restaurants and pubs and is close to highway access for adventuring to hiking and sightseeing locales. Hotel is clean and comfortable and the room was perfectly adequate for my needs.

Was very disappointed wanted to eat at the restaurant in the hotel only to find out that there was electrical problems so there was no food services and trying to find anywhere else to eat in Canmore was horrible.

The rooms have poor insulation. I can hear the guests above our floor when they walk and when they turn on their shower. I can hear guests running across the corridors in the evening. If not for the poor insulation, the stay would have been okay. I like how the hotel was close to the main road and the town centre.

Great staff, nice clean room. The mattresses with the changing firmness were a neat idea but I prefer a regular mattress, couldn't find a happy medium. Also would have been nice to have a fridge and a microwave.

Good people and clean new facility, for a three star I thought the common areas were a bit simple and it was a pain having to walk OUTSIDE uncovered in minus 20 about 40 yards to get to the pool and fitness centre. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room.

It was a great hotel, my only issue were the overstuffed pillows, or the alternative goose down pillows which you sank through. In other words, typical poor hotel pillows.

Hotel was exceptionally clean! Needs some upgrading with larger tubs (soaker tubs) and newer furniture a bit out dated. We had an issue in the pool with some guys drinking beer and there was no one from the hotel looking in on the pool. Other than that we slept great and enjoyed the moutain view. Food was excellent in Vic's restaurant.

Our room was oddly humid, and there wasn't much we could do about it! We ordered room service and it was quite good, and delivered by a very pleasant staff member (who also commented on our humid room!). That being said...we went to the restaurant the next morning for breakfast and it was disastrous. It took over 5 min to be seated, even though it was […] half empty. We waited for our food for nearly 40 min, and the quality was absolutely not worth the wait. Neither of us finished, despite being quite hungry. Upon leaving the hotel, there was a couple complaining to the front desk about their restaurant experience...not very nicely! We had a great time on our weekend getaway. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only sort of complaint I have is that you cannot access the pool and hot tub without going outside and the change room slash bathroom was not well maintained.
