"Nice hotel - shame about the elevators."
The Westin is in a great location and our room was spotless with a great view. What was the catch? There was a massive high school conference (FBLA) in for all three nights that we were there, and the elevators were impossible. We were on the 42nd floor so walking up was not an option. When I approached the staff at the desk they took us up in the service […] elevator. Just unlucky but it did have an impact on our stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Views of City, Water, and Mountains!!"
Loved it here. In the middle of town within walking distance to space needle and pikes. Walk in any direction and find something to do.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice view. Awesome!!!"
Fantastic. Close to everything .Great location. Our view was the best we have had EVER... Spacious room. Could have stayed in it all dayGenuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient location to highlights of Seattle"
We upgraded to top floor for better view for $20 extra each night and it was well-worth it. Our original room on 7th floor had a window looking out to another building's wall. Didn't like that claustrophobic feeling. We paid extra for parking there too. It's the city, so it's not cheap. However, there's in and out privilege.Genuine Expedia guest review
My wife and five year old were very happy staying here.Genuine Expedia guest review
This is one of the cleanest, best view hotels I have stayed in in the longest time! The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from Pikes Place and then a 10 minute walk to Safeco Field. All in all this hotel was the best place for me and I will never go anywhere else!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Way overrated for the price"
We went to the Westin for a "Special Anniversary Weekend". Our room was extremely warm, air conditioner not working, requests were not met until 7 hours after initial request for a fan. Was charged for items that we did not even have in our room, bathroom was not up to a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at Red Lion, Doubletree, Marriott Hotels as well as […] many others. This hotel did not stand out from an of the others we have been at. I do not feel that the Hotel was anything "Special" at all. I guess if you were a business looking for a conference venue, it would be OK. However, the rooms are in need of some serious maintenance in order to be rated a 4+ Hotel. Will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Wish I could get some sleep"
There was a group of 4-8 individuals staying there 4 rooms down from ours and they were drunk throwing things and carrying on all day and most of the night. Spoke with the hotel staff 3 different occasions with very little help. Staff was nice, but not willing to take action for the disruption. Maybe the Hilton will be a better choice next time.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Weston downtown Seattle"
Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to most everything you want to see. Rooms are very clean and beds are exceptionally nice. Only drawback is their parking. Hotel charges $46 a day to park. One block North of hotel is parking lot for $25 a day.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great central location!"
Great hotel with great service in a great location! I booked this hotel for the pool for my kids and the pool was horrible!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel,close to everything,nice staff"

"CENTRALLY LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN SEATTLE"
EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE FIRST TIME WE ENTERED UNTIL TIME TO CHECK OUT. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND THE VIEW WAS FANTASTIC.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nickel and dime you from the moment you arrive"
Expect $46/night for parking. As you walk in and your phone finds wifi, you'll be invited to pay $10/night for Internet access. Everything in the room is for sale and be careful moving anything, they'll charge you for it. Call ahead to be sure tv is working; they're "upgrading" them right now which doesn't do a lot of good for current guests. (However […] if you call front desk about the TV, they'll waive the $10/day Internet fee. Seriously? This is the 21st century in Seattle...) Try any other hotel first. "Great stay minus one hiccup."
Loved the view from the 29th floor. Definitely glad we spent the ten dollar upgrade cost for a higher room. Appreciated the late check-out on Sunday. Allowed for a longer time in Seattle and to not be rushed. The only hiccup was when we checked-in at first they sent us to a room that had someone else staying in there. However they fixed it right away. […] Great hotel!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We've always had a great experience and stay at the Westin. The staff is friendly. The rooms and service are exceptional!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Wonderful staff, perfect location!! Will be back again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We loved the hotel and location. Our only complaint was the valet parking was $46 , most we've ever paid anywhere! Also both times our room was cleaned, the towels were never replaced and we had to call for more, strange?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beautiful Hotel - NO HOT WATER"
After a delight night's sleep I attempted to shower in the morning. Alas, there was no hot water. After waiting several minutes (really) for someone to answer the phone "express service" we were advised the the hot water was out in most of the South Tower (where we were staying). We were advised it was "being worked on." No estimated time of resolve […] was provided. I went to breakfast disheveled (and a bit unhappy). After breakfast I attempted the shower again....the water was warm (certainly not the hot, steamy shower I longer for). We were not offered an apology or any compensation for our inconvenience. How sad. I thought the Westin had better manners. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"3.5 out of 5"
Room service was terrible. Not only did it cost a lot, but took 1.5 hours when they said 30 minutes on the phone. And many items were missed, including spoons for ice cream. Good location, nice views.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Emerald City Comicon"

"Great location - very walkable"
It's a great location very close to west lake station. Check in was great and gave us a sound and needle view. Bathroom tile floor was a light color and you could see it was dirty. The Westin beds are so comfortable far made up for the tile floor simply put towels down.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close and comfortable"
Good location, within walking distance to all the city attractions. Nice relaxing retreat between adventures.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't count on it"
I was told the hotel had free wifi. After checking in the only "free" wifi was in the lobby, anywhere else there was a charge. Come on Weston, motel 6 gives you free wifi in your room. When checking in we were told for more per day we could have a city view instead of a traditional view, wow someone worked hard to come up with that name. When I asked […] where in the hotel I could go to see the "city view"' I was told no where. The best thing about our stay was the concierge. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel great view."
The hotel was very nice and clean we received a great view on the 45th floor. We had a very comfy bed but the outlets in the room didn't take our charger plug ins which was very curious to me. The T.V reception was ananolog so not the best picture to watch the NCAA playoffs on. They had a very nice Bistro in the hotel that accomodated a gluten free […] diet. The staff was excellent and efficient. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Perfect hotel for downtown"
Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and two young kids. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Staff was great and room was comfortable, with an amazing view. Only complaint was that the beds seemed a little older, so a bit squishy. Other than that- perfect!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel staff from arrival to departing was superb! Every staff member and associating member along the way was super informative and friendly. From backpackers to business member there was no discrimination which was refreshing. I travel a lot as a backpacker and often feel unwelcomed in such amazing hotels. They were accommodating to all needs I […] had for such a short stay. I thank everyone for the much needed assistance ...wonderful room amazing food and the location couldn't get any better. "Great Downtown Location Amazing views"
We were there on business. Had a stadard room and were offered to upgrade for an amazing view, which we did with no hesitation. We were put on the 44th floor North Tower with a city and water view It was amazing. Facility is close to downtown shoping,Pikes Market, the waterfront shops, all in walking distance. The monorail was across the street so easy […] access to Space Needle etc... Great Hotel, very clean and staff was very friendly ,and helpful. I love staying at Westin's Hotels! The Seattle one is unforgettable. Great customer service, everyone is nice, the room is very clean. Space Needle is right in front of our window, what a great view! Free Starbucks coffee & water too. I will definitely come back :)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was great"
After checking out I realized I left one of my diamonds there on the desk . They were exceptionally helpful in making sure we got it. The stay was so relaxing waking up late they let us have late check out and didn't bother us one time. Love their rooms and room service was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
I've stayed in many Westin hotels. The staff at this hotel were fantastic. Overall one of the best Westin properties in which I've stayed. Also, if you're interested in seeing the downtown sites, you cannot beat the location. Take the monorail to the city center. Walk to Pike Market, water front and Aquarium.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent Downtown Hotel"
I've stayed at the Westin in the past and have always been impressed with the rooms (who doesn't love the Heavenly Beds??) and amenities. The Seattle Westin does not disappoint. We stayed on the 39th floor and had a wonderful view of both the city and partial view of the waterfront. The rooms are configured in an odd shape as the towers are cylindrical. […] The rooms have long hallways, slightly small bathrooms, but expansive bedrooms/lounge area. The only complaint about the hotel facilities was the elevators. They have 4 elevators for each tower, but it seemed that only one or two worked and many times the wait was long to get onto an elevator. The hotel restaurant (Relish) was AMAZING! We had happy hour drinks (very good prices) and enjoyed some amazing burgers. The next morning, the breakfast was equally pleasing! I highly recommend the salmon eggs Benedict! The last point I want to make is that it was VERY easy to walk virtually anywhere from this hotel. We took the light trail from the airport to Westlake center and walked the 2 blocks to the hotel. We did not rent a car and found this hotel to be so great in terms of proximity to great restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, etc. Loved this place!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

We stayed in Seattle for an engagement party for my sister, we never have stayed at the Westin before. We loved it! Great room, we asked if we could upgrade because it was a special occasion for us (we never get a night out, we have a 2 year old) and they put us practically on the top floor! Spectacular views! From the early check in, to the late check out this was a great experience. The beautiful hotel in the heart of Seattle exceeded my expectations in every way.
