If you plan on staying one or two nights and need a place near the airport this hotel is a good option. Staff is friendly, the A/C wasn't working but they did provide a fan. Confusion about the shuttle to the hotel that could've been explained more explicitly . Number 2: there was no air conditioning which we didn't find out about until arrival which was was shortly before midnight . However, the hotel agree to a refund. Booked an overnight stay between flights. We checked in after a long, late flight and went straight away tot he room. It was hot, but we assumed that the air just wasn't circulating. Turned on the unit and went for a quick dinner. Got back after dinner, but their was no change in the room temp. It was stifling. The hotel was being renovated. I was assigned a room on the top floor when there was roof work being performed. There was no AC working in the room - I was told that it was on a central system so it couldn't be adjusted. The room was no kidding 85 degrees! I do apologize for not getting clarification on which shuttle to look for because we do have a very reliable 24 hour a day shuttle back and forth between the airport and hotel.
