Hotel was clean but decor and overall appearance was a little outdated. Super close to airport and the free airport shuttle was great. We used the light rail system a lot during our visit. The airport shuttle could drop you off at the airport and you could walk to the station - or you could just walk straight up the street about 4 blocks to the station […] directly, which is convenient. When we arrived at Red Lion, even though I'd phoned earlier to confirm our late night arrival, there was no room for us. The desk girl was very sweet and they found and paid for a room nearby. The air conditioning wasn't working. Hotel staff were helpful in accessing a fan and opening a window so the room would be cool for the evening. We booked this hotel based on the reviews, price, and proximity to the airport. This hotel tried, but just didn't come close. There was no problem checking in, but there was no air conditioning.
