"high end nice stay"
A nice suprise. Beds were wonderful and views amazing. Got everything we asked for and quickly. Breakfast and dinner buffet was filling and attendants very good. Would do it again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed at the Sheraton after an Alaskan cruise for a few days. The location was excellent and the hotel was, in a word "swanky"!! The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and classy. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone...wait, we already did!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A night in Seattle"
Very nice except the room felt too warm and stuffy---our ac unit seemed to be working, but just didn't cool off the room well. Otherwise, very convenient to everything in downtown Seattle. Very lovely staff...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We had a delightful room with many amenities....Starbucks coffee, in room safe, iron and ironing board, etc.; lovely view of the city and water. This location is excellent; you can walk to points of interest and fine restaurants.Genuine Expedia guest review

Needed more time, Seattle has so much to offer. Staff really great and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"One night stay"
The hotel is conviently located in downtown Seattle and is close to all the major attractions. I was able to walk to Safeco Field for a Mariners game and the Pike Place Market is just a few blocks away. Overall a really nice place, I would have thought free wifi would be provided but it cost $11.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect location, very nice hotel"
First time in Seattle. We took the transit from the airport, (about a 40 minute ride for $2.75), got off in town and walked three blocks to the hotel. The hotel was very nice with very nice, friendly staff. From the hotel we walked all over town, just a few blocks to Pike's Market. Had a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great beds, but no free wifi!"
The two most striking things about our stay were how incredibly comfortable the beds were and the fact that they didn't offer free wifi. We never thought to inquire ahead, but it impacted our stay. And we were actually in the hotel so little that we resented being asked to pay for it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Hotel located at central of the downtown."
Both the hotel lobby and room are very quiet also comfortable for us.Genuine Expedia guest review
"very good hotel overall!"
Sheraton hotel in downtown Seattle provides very good service. It locates in the central business area. The hotel is very good for business and casual trip!Genuine Expedia guest review
"View of other high rises block city scape"
Check in a breeze. Staff pleasant and helpful. We stayed only one night and had much to do in the short time while we were there. We paid for 4 adults yet there were only towels for 3. Parking was a breeze though it was advertised at a few dollars cheaper than it actually was. We were told we could get a rollaway bed and found out at the desk it was […] considered a fire hazard. When checking in with an toll free nation wide operator they don't always have information that will apply to all locations. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I realize that this was "Downtown," but, really, for what I paid, I expected a lot more. I paid half as much earlier in the week, at a Clarion, and I got twice the room. The room decor was..."eh" at best. The hot tub (which was advertised even up until the day we came to the hotel!) had been "removed two months ago." (And we had been looking forward […] to it!) No fridge or microwave, and no free breakfast. No free parking. No free internet. And...all of that, at the Clarion, at half the price, with *much* prettier rooms, and nicer staff. Oh, but, at least, I was *downtown.* (It would have been cheaper to just stay somewhere else and pay for the parking - since I had to pay, anyway.) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel parking = $38 a night"
Hotel parking = $38 a night plus tipping the valet each time they get your car. Wifi is not free. Charged $13 a day. Pool and gym are great at the 35th floor overlooking the city. No jacuzzi. Hotel location was good (a couple blocks from Pike Place Market).Genuine Expedia guest review
great location, staff friendly, room clean and largeGenuine Expedia guest review
"One night between Victoria and airport."
Overall pretty good experience. Only issues would be the pool. Not great for kids under 5.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, nice modern hotel."
Very nice hotel, nice room, decent view. All the nicer Seattle hotels overcharge for parking and Wifi but other than that no complaints. Short walk to train station and monorail to Seattle centre, 5 minutes or so to Pike Place Market.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was wonderful. Lovely room, great staff. I will definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, downtown Seattle"
Sheraton Seattle is in a fantastic location. A few blocks from Pike Market, the waterfront, shopping, the subway. The rooms were very comfy and the service was fantastic. When asking for directions to a local restaurant the concierge was kind enough to book us with the complimentary car service from the restaurant. Would definitely return!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel downtown"
All was fine except there was no free wifi. It cost $10.99 a day or you had to go to the lobby to use hotel computers. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Best Seattle Downtown Hotel -- Hands Down!"
Location...location...location! Hassel-free and wonderful access to everything downtown. Nicely appointed hotel, courteous staff, with a little extra in the way of an indoor pool / 24-hour fitness room (on top level of hotel with amazing views), right down to the personal touch in your room with down comforters on beds overlooking the Seattle skyline […] above in one of their 34-floors. Below, walkable/ride-able to all you could possibly want to do. Pike Market, Westlake Center, Pacific Center, waterfront for Aquarium, Ferry, Great Wheel. Monorail to Seattle Needle. Bicycles can be rented close by. And a hilarious Seattle icon, "Ride the Duck Tours" from Westlake Center in their amphibian trucks, with highly-energized tour guides and those constant "quakers." Strongly recommend the Light Link Train to/from SEATAC which ends at Westlake and walkable to the Sheraton (only $2.75 per person 1-way with skywalk to your airline terminal); otherwise parking fees apply per night of stay. WI-FI is also a 24-hour fee, but there may be community computers in the Lobby, you will need to check on this. Honestly, from my online research and in hindsight, I don't think we could have done better. Exceptional stay, memory-making weekend, and the best time ever! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We enjoyed our stay and will come stay again sometime! The only thing we were disappointed about was that the pool was small and that there was no hot tub. But the room was very nice and clean! Thank you!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Front desk customer service ony so-so."
Great location, especially if you like shopping. Walking distance to Pikes Market.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Better than expected"
The staff of the hotel act more like it's a boutique than a very large hotel. The facilities are terrific--including a great gym, and nice, comfortable rooms. We thought the hotel delivered great value and would definitely return. It's conveniently located near shopping as well as airport and other transit.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Location In Downtown Seattle."
Very congested location but most are in downtown Seattle. No onsite parking except Valet which is $65 per day. Closest offsite parking lot is 3 blocks away and costs $20 for a hotel overnight. I am always amazed at how many hotels now charge for internet services whereas a Ramada Inn still gives you free internet and a free breakfast and Seattles Best […] coffee. The location was good for seeing Seattle on foot. Hotel was clean and service was good. Could hear people in hallway all night, talking and slamming doors, They need better sound blocking doors. There was only one working elevator....took me 30minutes to get to the lobby from the 15th floor.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very nice facility, the staff was very professional. Two things were small but expected - the cost of parking - but that is what it is. - no free Internet in the room. That should be standard.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Anniversary Celebration in the city"
The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel located smack dab in downtown Seattle. It was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the view of the city and Puget Sound from the 19th floor. We went without our kids, but it would be great for families too. The only negative was the cost of parking. We […] chose to park at the nearby Pacific Place shopping center, which was running an overnight special, saving us over 50%, and it was a mere couple of blocks to the hotel. There isn't in-and-out access, but we planned on walking everywhere anyway. We just have an issue with spending hundreds of dollars a night on a hotel room and then an additional $44 to park in their lot. To be fair, most downtown hotels charge a comparable parking fee. "Beautiful hotel, ideal location, great staff"
Exceptionally friendly staff assisted with all of our needs. The location was fantastic for getting anywhere in the city by public transportation. Loved the pool and fitness center as well.Genuine Expedia guest review
I stayed for two nights, and wanted to be close to Pike's Place Market and the downtown restaurants and bars.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel great location"
When we first arrived we tried to check in at 3pm but the room was not available. We had to wait an hour and a half for a room and were not offered any comps. The first room was nice, view was average. The shower grout was in need of a whitening. The remote for the tv did not work very good either. After a day in the room I spoke to the manager, who […] was extremely helpful and offered us a new room with club access. He made the initial experience tollerable. The hotel was so close to everything. The concierge was very nice although the whale watching tour on the victoria clipper was a huge let down. No whales and just was to long. "Nice Hotel Poor Management !!!!!!!"
The Sheraton did not have my reserved two bed room, instead they could only give us a king bed and one roll away.. Try that with 4 adults! AND that was for BOTH nights! If they can't provide places to sleep with a room paid for in advance by one month, then what good is a reservation?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice hotel, close to Pike Place (Market)"
We came to Seattle this time for the Paul McCartney concert - hotel was chosen for it's proximity to SafeCo field, it was great getting there but we thought hotel could have arranged better transportation information considering the amount of people that were going. Loved all the new updates the hotel did but where is the hot tub with the pool ( I was […] looking forward to soaking in after all that walking)....Oh well, can't have everything! "Gorgeous hotel, great gym!"
I thought the hotel was lovely, I stayed on 34th floor, which is club level, so I'm sure that had some bearing. The room was exquisite, the club room was fantastic and the 2-story gym was amazing. There's also an indoor lap pool, still short, but a good length by hotel pool standards! Also, there's a wine bar downstairs with really tasty tapas and delicious […] wine! WiFi was good, too. And staff was nice. I really enjoyed my stay! Also, lots of toiletries and accessories provided in the bathroom, that's a big thing for me! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great hotel experience"
This hotel is really convenient to downtown sights, only a few blocks from pike place market and right next door to the convention center. Rooms are big, well organized, comfy beds and nice views. Room service and valet parking were both excellent, and the on-site restaurant is good for a quick lunch. Every single staff member encountered was friendly, […] helpful, and met us with a smile.
