"Great location, room condition uneven"
This Sheraton is in a convenient location and lower price than most other hotels in the area. While the overall room was fine for the "night before the cruise" the condition of the furnishings was uneven. Good beds, desk, bathroom, but a desk chair that had the upholstery naugahyde torn and peeling off.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very late getting room ready and had to give another. However, everything else was fantastic!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location downtown"
Facility offered everything you need for business or personal enjoyment. Great exercise room and pool, close to shopping and many restaurants.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was very nice but we booked two full size beds and were forced to accept one king size will a roll away bed to be added. That was very disappointing to us.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Sheraton Seattle - short but nice stay"
Excellent overall experience Everything was very good Customer service was open, fast, and easy Few minor challenges, Hallways to rooms dated, not modern or decorated. Also valet is standard now days, but $35 per day without local parking option problem if I had been staying more than two days.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location and beautiful hotel"
The hotel was within walking distance of most of our activities. We did catch a bus to the zoo and museum of flight and we did the monorail to the space needle. The concierges were knowledgeable and friendly every time we needed assistance. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful. We paid a little more to have a club floor and it was definitely worth […] it. We ate breakfast there every day and hot h'orderves every night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Paying for Location"
The location is great. My issues were as follows. I waited in line for over 15 minutes to check in and it was after 11pm. The next morning I found hair on the walls in the shower. Yuck! Was the shower even wiped down? I then called to ask if they had any hair product. They had hairspray, so I asked if they'd bring some to my room. They showed up about […] 10 minutes later with a hair dryer. That evening I wanted to exercise. I had to take the elevator from the 20th floor (where my room was) down to the main floor, walk all the way across the lobby and take another set of elevators up to the 35th floor. On another note, the exercise facility is extremely impressive for a hotel. I was very pleased with that. Hotels.com says there is a hot tub at this hotel. There used to be, however I was told at the front desk that, with the ACA, a wheelchair lift was required if they wanted to keep the hot tub and the hotel didn't want to spend the money. All that to say, there is no hot tub anymore. Personally, I think the Holiday Inn Express provides a better experience for less money. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Arrived there at about 11am (normal check-in at 3pm) and our room was already ready. The room is very spacious and the view was nice up on the 23rd floor (Room 2308 in the Pike Tower). Our room was close to the lift, which was convenient and surprisingly quiet. Located in a prime location, as it is right on Pike St. Takes you 5 minutes to walk to […] Westlake Center where you can catch a monorail to the Seattle Center for $2.25. Walking to Pike Place Market takes less than 10 minutes, as the hotel is located on 6th Ave. and the market is on 1st Ave. All the shops are right there as you walk out the doors, so it's a great location for the serious shoppers. The hotel has a useful map, so don't forget to grab one at the Concierge. They also have a car service that takes you to the airport for $40, and a 24 hour gym. The only downside is that you have to pay for the Internet. I think it was $10.95 per day. Out of the 5 hotels I stayed at on this trip, I paid the most for this hotel and it was the only hotel without free wifi. However, I would stay again and would recommend it. "Great location - Front Desk Staff Needs Work"
Upon Arrival there was a line (6+ ppl) that lasted all day, long after we checked in. Once we checked in and the person that was checking us in told us what type of room we where going to be in. I explained that it was wrong. We had paid for the upgraded room through Hotels.com. He then proceeded to argue with me, saying that because my hotel room was […] through Hotels.com that it didn't always qualify for the upgrade. Um, excuse me. I actually paid for the upgrade. I had to pull out my receipt and show it to him in order to get my paid upgrade. The front desk staff received a 0 in my book. Everyone else however was very helpful. Hotel location was great! The hotel itself was clean and nice. The room had wet carpet and smelled like stinky feet. When I told the front desk, all I got was a "that's too bad."Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel, great value, great location"
Lives up to the Sheraton name in all respects; hotel is in immaculate condition and the service is great. We didn't get a chance to try out the lounge but that's because the location is so incredible - it's right at the end of an exit ramp from I-5 southbound and a block or two from one off I-5 northbound so you'd be hard pressed to find an easier downtown […] hotel to get to. Not quite walking distance to Seattle Center or the stadium area, but not an expensive cab ride either. Mere blocks away from the downtown core with all the dining and shopping you could ever want, and about a 10 minute walk from Pike Place. Higher floors have a wonderful view. This might be our overall favorite downtown Seattle hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location, hotel comfortable, excellent service. Only negative comment is that carpets need to be replaced. Lobby well maintained. Wi fi, computer, business office available for scan fax etc.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Need better instructions"
We were told that as SPG members, we would receive 10% off on Daily Grill meals. We ate most of our meals there. At checkout, this was not reflected because server did not ask and we did not know we had to say we are SPG.clerk at checkout said it couldn't be resolved.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quality of Service"
The hotel is in a great location and walking distance from many tourist sites and from transportation such as the light rail and the monorail. The service was good for the most part; however, the concierge was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was as if we were bothering her for asking for a recommendation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was excellent, except that we had a special food delivery to the hotel. The food had been delivered and left at the bell boys but the hotel could not locate it or acknowledge the delivery which was quite aggravating for us given the circumstances.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Place to Stay in Seattle"
The location is great. The hotel beautiful. Although this is a convention hotel, I never felt that I was a small fish in a large sea. Rooms are plenty large enough. Small annoyance: They have a green service where you can choose to delay your room laundry replacement but it seemed to be an everything or nothing choice. I wanted my towels changed daily […] but not necesarily the bed linen so I had to decline the green service. They should modify this service accordingly for more participation. "Comfortable Setting with Average Service"
Coming in on a holiday weekend, I should have expected that the hotel would be busy, however that does not make up for neglecting service toward the other guests. Throughout our stay, it seemed as if the service was more focused around quickly getting standard guests done and out of the way to better accommodate those that were appearing for an event […] at the hotel. On the other hand, automatic guest name to service desk and room service is a good touch for feeling special, the building was beautiful and rooms clean, even though a bit outdated, and all and all, it felt like an average hotel experience. Not necessary worth the price if you're looking for leisure. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Hotel in the City"
A couple of blocks away from Pikes Place Market, if you need to head anywhere just use Uber and you are about $5 away from anything surrounding. A great central location to just about anything your heart desires. The rooms are wonderful, spacious and the view is just as good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel staff is top notch! We requested a high floor with a view of the water. Our corner room had a view of the city & elliott bay. It was beautiful. The location is fantastic! My only complaint is the bed was a little too soft for my taste but that would not stop me from staying here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"You get what you payed for"
Sheraton is a beautiful place to stay and the food is 5 star. My room was a closet inside the palace and my key lock stopped working and it took two trips to the desk and a manager to fix the electronic lock. My room A/C worked in low and auto and I was hot all night. Did not use room service and the valet parking was expensive for parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenience and Comfort"

I enjoyed my visit very much. Especially when I arrived at 5:30 in the morning and thought my room would not be ready till 3pm; I was surprised when they told me it was already ready. The fact that I could go up to my room immediately and take a nap made a huge difference; really appreciated it. The room was very nice, super close to the market and […] other local locations. Perfect location and very clean hotel; didn't seem old like other hotels in the area. They also have a little care package with a razor and shaving cream which is nice! "nice hotel but inflexible booking"
I was disappointed when I accidentally mis-booked my reservation. Hotels.com was wonderful about helping me to make the chance but the Sheridan was not willing to shift the reservation by one day despite availability and my willingness to pay any difference. Thank you Hotels and shame on you Sheridan.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was in a great location central downtown - all of the major hotels, the meeting center next door. This is the shopping district - which is great and quite convenient. The number of pan handlers in the area is unfortunate but not something the hotel can fix.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfy beds and beautiful room with a view"
We had a wonderful stay before and after our cruise. The hotel concierge was very knowledgeable of the area. Room service was delicious. The coffee shop and hotel grill was perfect. The gift shop even had sundry items we needed. Close to restaurants and pharmacies outside of the hotel too.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Can't wait to stay again"
Wonderful staff and very clean and organized hotel. Only thing to improve on is the air in the rooms. Our room was stuffy and we had the air conditioning was at 61 degrees.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My room was okay. However, the bathroom floor had spills on it and a dirty towel left hanging on the curtain rod.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, upscale qualtiy"
Very nice Sharaton Hotel in a great downtown Seattle location. Rooms are large, good views, great beds and suprisingly upscale. Would stay again, just beware of price - Seattle hotels are expensive, so although lower than some, the Sharaton was still over $300 on a weekday night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I was recently in Seattle for work and needed a place to stay downtown. I was surprised to find the Seattle Sheraton had better rates than some nearby 2 and 3 star hotels... booking here was a no-brainer. The hotel itself is quite impressive, and boasts the typical grandeur one might expect of a high-rise 4 star establishment. The view from my room […] in the Pike tower (27th floor) was breathtaking and the room was comfortable and clean. Bed was on the firmer side, but very comfortable nonetheless, and the blackout curtains did the trick on the one and only sunny morning I had during my stay. Beside the view, I think the thing that impressed me the most was how the staff went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone I encountered was SO nice and helpful. It really made my stay that much better. Bravo. Tips: - Booking a 'deluxe' room gets you on the 20th floor or higher - If you want to access the mini bar you have to ask for a key in advance - Internet access is $11 per day (boooo) - Downtown Seattle is a ghost town after 11pm and there are no convenience stores or grocery stores nearby. If you want late night snacks it's the mini bar or bust. - Apparently parking is pretty pricey. - Hotel bar is pricey but lively. I had a great time meeting travelers from all over. Overall: I would definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"central & caters to business"
Centrally located, you can walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. Do yourself a favor, at night park at the WAC across the street. It's $7 from 5 pm-5am then hourly vs. $46 to valet!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The downtown Seattle Sheraton is an awesome hotel. Their staff is very friendly and competent. Room service is swift. It's a great value for a premier hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"If you like downtown..."
The hotel has a luxurious feel and level of cleanliness. However, because of its location, parking is very expensive. Even when I was lucky to find a meter, it was stressful to have to watch the time. I had to sleep sideways on the king bed to get any support. Next time I will stay just outside the downtown area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
