"Maintenance nightmare this time"
The power went off on Monday morning for hours. Wi-fi was subsequently unavailable until Thursday morning, and I can see no reason for this.Another alarm (not a fire alarm, but rather an alarm near the pool) that lasted from 1am until 3am on Monday night.This was NOT a good stay this time, and nobody offered any relief.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Everything was pretty good. However, the hall ways were pretty noisy. We could hear people talking in the hall ways and when doors shut, we could hear them as well. I don't think the reviews are accurate on this at all. This is a sub-par motel at best and the absolute most you should expect for a room this poor in such a noisy spot should be no more than $60-70. My neice and I went to Seattle to see the Cirque du Soleil production. It was frustrating that they don't have check-in until 4:00. We had flown in early in the morning, saw some of the Seattle landmarks and wanted some time to rest and clean up before our show at 4:00. We got to the hotel a little before 3:00, but there were no rooms available. After […] waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, a room became available. There are no elevators, so I requested a ground floor room. Unfortunately, to get to the next building, we still had to walk up about a half-flight of stairs. Our building had a weird chemical smell in the hallway, but the room was fine. The bathroom was really small for two ladies to get ready at the same time, but the beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee service in the room.
