Excellent stay. I went on business and my wife and kids on vacation. The check-in counter/customer service/staff were exceptionally good. The only minor issue I had was that the shower head in the bathroom is too low - I am 6'2" .

"Brick Wall"
Reserved my room 3 weeks before my girlfriends birthday, recommended a room with a view of City Hall. Ended up getting a view of a brick wall, even after I called 48hrs before hand to confirm my view, and I was told that I had the best view of city hall. The bed was comfortable, but half the appliances in the kitchen didn't work. The valet parking attendants […] were cool as hell though. But overall I wouldn't stay here again due to the fact that the hotel totally disregarded my recommendation, even after I called to confirm. Plus the fact that the appliance didn't work. A large room, small but clean and well appointed bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, excellent view. "Nice hotel a little long in the tooth"
Heating and cooling system was unresponsive and therefore too hot. We kept the windows open the whole time. The ice machine on our floor did not work, I had to walk down a flight of stairs to get ice. People were friendly, place is convenient to where we wanted to go.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Photo's misleading, not modern, great location"
Cons-Room was not as shown. Hotel was not modern. The site should clearly state/show what rooms come with. We would have paid a little more to get what we saw online. Ex., it had a galley kitchen, not as shown. Appliances were old. Felt like we were in an old apartment. Pro's-The hotel felt very safe/secure. The shape of our building does not lend itself to all our rooms being laid out exactly alike, particularly as the sizes vary between 450-500 sq ft for the studios, and 850-900 sq ft for the one bedroom suites. "Useless interent"
Internet is consitently useless. The provider insists it is working fine at 1Mb plus. Speeds during the high traffic times are 10 kbit! As long as you don't need internet thhis is a nice place to stay for the moneyGenuine Expedia guest review
