"Pleasant and close to Rittenhouse square"
Located above street level so the entrance is a little hard to see, but we found it quickly walking from Suburban train station. Good attentive service, clean and attractive, free snacks in the lobby. Elevators to the rooms are very fast and secure since you need your key to access guest floors. The Hotels.com reviews noted the rooms were small so we […] bought the larger room which was on a corner and very roomy. We'll stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Good value at $135 /night. Rooms are basic but good. Depending on aspect some rooms noisier than others. Very good restaurant.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, good value, weird room"
I'm sure that all the rooms are not like this, but I was in a room with NO WINDOWS, only skylights. It was fine as I only slept in the room, but I have never encountered a hotel room with no windows before. Otherwise , it was a great value for the location, the staff, and the hotel itself.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"I have become a club quarters fan"
Having now stayed at several CQs, I really appreciate the combination of comfort. price and location. While the rooms may be a bit smaller that most, they do it right. "Great location, cruise ship size room"
My stay at the Club Quarters in Philadelphia was lovely except for the size of the room. I had booked a "club room" but when I checked in they "upgraded" me to a "bigger" room (a standard room it was called), and it was the size of a cruise ship room. Granted I didn't stay in the hotel for very long except to sleep and shower . The hotel was beautiful, […] fantastic location in the middle of Philly, great service. Oh! And you need to ask for a map to find the parking garage because it's not near the hotel(weird). Great stay, a little uncomfortable/inconvenient. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice place."
I loved the hotel. The design was great and it was close to all the things that I had planned to do. The service was great. A lot of food and shopping around it. The price was great. The only thing was that being I'm not from Philly, it took me some time to find it even with GPS. It was a little hidden on the street but it was a great place. I had a very nice stay there. The hotel was appropriate for my business trip. Very good service and clean. The rooms are not roomy and a little old. Friendly staff and safe area. Beyond my expectations. "When the bars are full, you'll be up all night."
Overall, the hotel was vey pretty. The service was great and the price was right. The rooms are tiny - but just as they appear in the pictures. However, what was most bothersome was how loud all of the nightlife was on that block (the side actually). It sounded like an outdoor block party right under your window. For the price, you cannot beat the location. Also was happy with the service and that they offer chilled, bottled water for free. Very cramped and noisey both from within and outside. "Business or Leisure - Location - Small Rooms"
Excellent Lobby, Check-in can be confusing with all their Kiosks and personnel. Good job handling our early luggage drop-off. Great Location. "room is way to small for the money"
the club rooms are way to small for the money good for one person not two on the positive side the hotel staff were much friendlier then the last time I stayed there 5 years ago and there was construction going on in the room next to me................room was cleanGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hard Working Staff Members"
I was extremely disappointed with the initial room booked. It was as small as a bedroom on a cruise ship. I couldn't even walk around the bed and the bed looked to be full size. The staff offered an upgrade at no charge, based on my dissatisfaction and the room was much more of what I was expecting. The staff members of the hotel were very accomodating. "Not such a great room this time"
We love the CQ, and in the past have lucked out with largish rooms, ample desk space, nice view, nice night tables, TV in appropriate spot: this time, we seem to have gotten a smaller than usual room for the disabled (though we are not disabled), no night table on one side of bed, spartan bathroom toiletries, television way off to the side where it […] is hard to see, and some walls seemed like they had been "un"decorated--maybe room was in transition to some better arrangement? But for location, quiet, cleanliness, we still love the CQ, and especially now with the cappuccino machine in the lobby for an early morning cuppa to take back to the bedroom. THE FIRST NIGHT. WE STAYED IN CAPT QUARTERS. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOR 1 PERSON.IT WAS TOO SMALL. . ALSO EVEN THOUGH OUR CC WAS PUT ON FILES FOR INCIDENTALS. THEY DID PUT A HOLD ON SOME FUNDS FOR INCIDENTALS WITHOUT TELLING US AT CHECKIN.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

room was clean and cozy, couldn't ask for a better location and overall a good stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is a C+ to a B-. The room levels are poorly laid out with narrow corridors and awkwardly placed room entry doors. You can hear every time your neighbor opens their door. The rooms themselves are not bad. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small but clean. However, the plumbing is poorly insulated so you can hear it almost every time […] the room above or below you turns the faucet on or off or flushes the toilet. The TV is bad and exemplifies how cheap the hotel is by only using a small 24" tv above the desk that you are supposed to pull off of the wall and angle towards your bed. Again, bad layout. The front desk staff and service staff was outstanding, incredibly helpful and raises this hotel to a new level. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"No frills, did the job"
It was fine for a no frills, one night stay in the middle of the city. There were complications with my reservation and I ended up paying twice for parking because it is offsite. Clean hotel in a very convenient location. Room was small but clean. Snacks were not available on the weekend so I couldn't take advantage of that. "Exactly what you need"
Small but efficient rooms. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Secure elavators, and off-street check-in. Excellent location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I stayed at club quarters because of the convenient location but I would not stay there again. My room was on the 2nd level and was very noisy. There are loud pipes. I could hear everyone's shower, sink, and toilet. At 4am there was a garbage truck making noise outside my room. In the am, I was greeted by a very grouchy receptionist.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pleasant Time at Club Quarters"
Club Quarters is located in downtown Philly. Historical sites were within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. The pillows were soft. "Some nice amenities"
After being checked into a room less than what had been booked, the situation was straightened out. Took some time, but the staff was pleasant. The room was tight, but it is a city hotel. "Good, but not worth the price"
For the cost of my stay, the room was just too snall.....and I paid extra to have the kichenett with more space. The only window was half the size of a standard window with a terrible view. The hotel was well maintained and in an excellent location. However, parking was limited to local garages and was not inexpensive. Also access to the hotel was difficult - entry at street level, small elevator to reception, different elevator location to small roomsGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for single traveler's"
I loved it. Area was perfect, right in between Historical parts and Museum parts. There are restaurants of every variety and price. From a cheese steak to a delicious ribeye at Del Frisco's. "Ok place; small rooms"
After reading other reviews I knew this hotel had small rooms. So that wasn't a surprise. My biggest complaint was the room service was only from 5-10 p.m. which is NOT when I wanted food delivered to my room. They do have other local restaurants that will deliver to your room, but the food was not very good and they charge delivery fees, etc. I paid […] a total of $60 for two hamburgers and fries.
