1st room it was 50 degrees finally got it to turn off and fixed we left only to come back to a half flooded room. They did promptly switch us to room number 2 which the are didn't work hardly at all.

The overall stay was good except when we first entered the room the air conditioner was set at 55 degrees. Very cold tried to turn heat on to warm up but it didn't work. Maintenance was notified never fixed. Also the faucet dripped in the bathroom was kind of noisy. Hotel refunded our resort fee which was nice. Service desk never would answer their phones at night. You would go up there and they are laughing caring on. You would try to talk to them and they were Very rude and disrespectful. The hotel itself is pretty much the same as the rest of the franchise hotels in the area(Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn, etc.). Their pool is unique for an indoor pool. The price was very nice and the location was incredibly close to the Disney parks. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling on a budget.

The room was clean, although bathroom had tons of water damage. Beds comfy, a/c nice, smelled fine. The best features of this hotel is location to Disney and indoor pool/spa. The pool temp was great, water seemed less than clear. We love relaxing in a hot tub after the parks, but this spa is nasty. The water wasn't hot, cloudy and had a filmish feeling. […] The hot tub wasn't filled enough to allow water to flow into the drain filter, making the jets just shoot bubbles of air not massaging water, and because of that I think it keeps the tub very dirty. Really, the hot tub was more like human soup, we avoided it. It's a shame, the pool area is the best reason to stay, the hot tub condition was disgusting, the $10 additional resort fee would be worth it if they maintained the pool and especially hot tub better. We are looking into finding a resort with better pool maintenance, although the rest of our stay was fine, we just love swimming after parks on our vacations. Read more

So our stay started off by walking through the door finding a larege line of people trying to check in and only one person at the reservation desk!! Then a manager finall y comes out of the back and looks up my reservation and I advise him that make sure it is a King bed with pullout sofa and my reservation stated...of course I get to the room and there […] is no pullout sofa...after being moved to a new room, I find that the toilet has been clogged (looks like for days) so maintenance came up to fix and then leaves a mess!! I had to call the front desk and after no success of anyone answering I had to track down and a cleaning lady to come take care of the bathroom!!!! To make matters worse, the room they swithced us too was smack in the middle of a large group that had about 10 rooms and here we were in the middle...the kids were so rude and unrully that security had to be called to keep them out of the hallways and away from my door at 10pm at night!! The pool was inside the hotel and was nice but this large group that stayed of 11-14 year olds felt the need to take over the whole place!! NO control by the supervising adults with the group and the hotel didnt do much about it either. I will not ever stay here again or recommend anyone to stay!!! Read more

The hotel is a good value if you dont mind hard beds and not being able to move the next day. The buffet breakfast is a good deal.kids like that they had Mikey mouse waffles. Great family hotel close to Disney! I was concerned after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. This is one of the few hotels in Orlando with a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, so my kids loved being able to swim even when it was raining. It literally took only 11 minutes from hotel parking lot to Disney parking lot! The staff was very helpful. […] Checkin was seemless, receiving the exact room booked. The whole hotel was non-smoking with designated smoking areas, which we also loved for the kids. This is an older hotel, most evidenced in the bathroom. I took lysol wipes and spray and disinfected everything before we used the room, but that is typical for me. I also took a candle and febreeze to help with the musty smell older hotels often have. We got the family fun suite with king bed, twin bed and bunkbeds. The kids loved having their own space and tv. Lots of restaurants close by. Old, rundown hotel from the 70's. ROOM WAS CLEAN--I'll give them that. Weird hotel with indoor pool courtyard that made the whole hotel seem must. No free breakfast, fridge or micro. The lobby had a strong ordor of chlorine, weird a pool in the lobby area with little ventilation. The room was musty, stuffy and smell liked mildew and cigarettes."HINT" it was a no smoking room. I can say for certain we will not be returning to this hotel "resort". Had to request clean towels. Out towels had hair all over them. Wi-Fi was a joke, extrememly weak signals. We had to request a remote for the outdated TV. Lines for customer service were long. All and all next time we will opt for a better place to stay.

We had no cell phone reception and no wifi connection. The room smelled real bad, the shower didn't drain. No towels for pool area even when we went to the front desk to ask for them. I was close to shops and parks. It was not a good stay and I don't recommend anyone to stay there!!!!!

The inside pool was always clean, had clean towels, cool hot tub; RELAXING, and the bar next to the pool provided some nice drinks while the kids were playing in the pool.
