Outside looks like a seventies office block and the lobby being renovated making it slight un-tidy. Room was quite small very comfortable with everything you need, the walls are very thin lots of noise early morning.

We were only there to sleep at night. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Although it was near a tube station, it seemed as if it wasn't as centrally located as the other reviews made it seem. It's almost as if it was on one "side" of downtown London.

meet up with relatives from canada, who were at the same hotel, breakfast was ample, Selection of full "british" or yoghurt, rolls, ham, cheese, cereals. No need to go hungry.Room very comfy & clean, the whole area was quiet and peaceful.

We were in England for 12 days. We booked a variety of rooms in different towns. This was the only hotel we stayed in with an elevator and air conditioning! It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and well priced. It is also close to two tube stations.

hotel perfect. room nice and big.the only problem if you call it a problem was the shower.it was so powerfull you flooded the place.did not eat in as to dear but staff very helpfull.big plus is the tube station across the road.its only a few stops from oxford street.. if you dont want to do this there is a huge new shopping mall beside the train station.it has every shop you could want .we had breakfast there .we were only there for two nights but would go back to this hotel.

We booked the hotel back in November 2008. We had just bought some tickets for Take That at Wembley and this hotel certainly made our stay more pleasurable. There is a tube station a minutes walk away and 1 further up the road as well. Close to Hyde Park and very versatile with the nearby attractions. Definitely recommend!!

Nice hotel to stop by for the night after a long day in London. Very convenient position to get quickly to the centre or anywhere... Excellent service by the staff & perfect cleanliness! But make sure you quit smoking before getting there, because if you make your choice for a ''smoking room'', you will have to ''enjoy'' the smallest possible one with closed view to the wall of the opposite building... Well, bad habits should be paid for :-)

The hotel was ideally situated for a short city break. It is in a fabulous area with great local amenities - restaurants etc. It is on a good tube line for easy access to other areas such as Kensington and Notting Hill. Watch out for the bar prices, but there is a great pub just down the road!

Hilton was a great hotel. staff were very friendly, Rooms were clean and comfortable, Only complaint is i was charged for a breakfast i never booked and i never had, it was on the monday and that was our checkout day, was not happy about it

Got charged for a mini bar bill which we didn't pay as we never used anyhting so beware of this. Child did have a mars bar and charged £1.50 so very expensive. Very friendly and helpful overall. Air con very poor, hotel and rooms far too stuffy and hot. But cleanliness very good.

Great hotel for the business person. Internet access was great.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the new Westfield Mall which is the largest mall in Europe and is simply amazing! Also 5 minutes to the Tube. The rooms were clean with trendy decor and the onsite restaurant served good food, however the service was very slow. Overall a great hotel.

smart interiors, spacious lobby, great facilities (including a gym), room was very comfortable with all the facilities you look for...I'll be looking to use the hotel again on another stay

We appreciated a lot this hotel, very well located. The people are very helpful and professional. We recommand it definitely.

If you are traveling on business and need all things business, this is your hotel. If you are on vacation, there are better choices with more comforts. Its a hike to the subway, which you will and should use all over London. The rooms are older and very small. But I can't give it a bad review. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and it's in an upscale neighborhood. But I think if you going for fun, you can do a lot better.

Schönes Hotel für einen Besuch in London. Gutes Badezimmer in welchem die Dusche einwandfrei funktioniert.

Godt hotel med venlige personale. Værelset var et standard dbl værelse ikke særlig strort men udmærket allievel fint og i god stand. Morgemad til 20£ person/dag. Man kan også vælge at spise full english breakfast til 3-5£ i en af restauranter tæt på. Internet access koster 6£ i timen Service var for dyrt. 2-3 min fra Shepard Bush station.Man kan også tage Bus 94 direkte til Oxford st. lige uden for døren.

Nous avons passé une nuit tres agréable dans cette hotel. Chambre confortable mais un peu petite, literie de tres bonne qualité. Le réel plus de l'hôtel est sa situation géographique proche de hyde parck et de Portobello.

Hotellet ligger 20 min promenad från Portobello Road. Be om nyrenoverade rum så blir du inte besviken (1a vån har de inte renoverat ännu). Fräscht och prisvärt hotell. Snygga rum i beige, vitt och svart. Marmor badrum. Inte särskilt charmigt hotell utan mer ett businesshotell.

Hotellet er fin og ligger godt, men jeg håbede på at internet og morgenmad følget med i prisen.

rent, breda sängar, skön madrass och kudde. Litet badrum med badkar, dock väldigt fräscht. Bra service, trevlig personal som var mycket serviceintiktade. Bra tv med bra program. Hotellet låg när bussar, lätt att ta sig in till City.

Hotellet har god beliggenhed og i gåafstand til både Holland Park og Shepherds Bush stationer. Værelser rimelige i størrelser med alt nødvendigt komfortudstyr og med rigtig god rengøring. Morgenmadsbuffet en katastrofe. Én morgen måtte man stå i kø i 30 minutter for at få et bord, til trods for at der var rigeligt med ledige borde. Personalet virkede uorganiseret og der var konstant mangel på brød, tallerkner, juice osv - selv om restauranten ikke engang var halv fuld. Det "varme" mad som æg, pølser osv. var ikke ordentligt varmt, og det kolde mad var lunkent.

afstanden til nærmeste station er noget længere end nævnt i reklamen Kæmpetykke madrasser, men med løse fjedre kun 1 dyne i en dobbeltseng, vælg enkeltsenge, da dobbeltsengene er smalle Toilettet virkede kun hver 4 gang værelsesstørrelse ikke for store pas på med køleskabet, der er sensorer, så man får regning, hvis man fjerner noget i skabet, for ar placere sine egne varer

Rolig og pent strøk. Grei kommunikasjon til sentrum både med buss og undergrunn. OK standard. Vennlig og hjelpsom betjening, ikke minst consierge ved inngangen, som var flinke med gode råd om buss/bane etc.

Kjempebra hotell. Fine rom, serviceinnstilte ansatte. Hilton på sitt beste... Anbefales til alle.

Hotel trés agréable, bonne situation géographique prés du centre commercial et du métro .... Mention spécial pour le personnel qui est trés accueillant. Petit Bémol : Chambre pas trés grande !!!!!

Net hotel, mooie ruime lounge, vriendelijk personeel. Badkamer van oude staat, maar kon ermee door. Mooie inrichting en goed bereikbaar.
