Picture yourself lounging by the outdoor pool, with chilled cucumber slices shading your eyes while the Sunglass Butler cleans your Ray-Bans. A pool attendant spritzes you with a cooling Evian mist and offers you complimentary fruit. The Press lounge offers beverages and light fare in early morning until late evening. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Wireless Internet access is available. The Spa at Four Seasons has been named one of the Top 10 Resort Spas in North America and the Caribbean by Condé Nast Traveler. This lofty reputation is earned by both the spa's expansive size--to the tune of 16 treatment rooms--and its treatment menu, which integrates methods and ingredients from international spa traditions and from the desert surrounding Las Vegas. Unwind in the separate men’s and women’s relaxation rooms and steam rooms, or relax in the co-ed Zen lounge.
Signature treatments include the Everlasting Flower Stone Facial and the Desert Flower Stone Massage, holistic experiences that use nature-derived ingredients, like basalt stones and desert cactus oil, to tame your knotty muscles and tired skin. Peruse the expansive menu for other options, such as Balinese massage, the Thai-influenced Herbal Poultice Massage, and the Champagne Mud Wrap.
Guests under 16 years of age are not permitted in the spa area. Guests 16-18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to visit the spa.
At the Four Seasons, the curved outdoor pool is surrounded by a deck with lounge areas and 2 spa tubs. Recline on a lime-colored lounge chair, and relaxation comes to you in the form of smoothies, light meals, and the services of the Sunglass Butler, who will restore your shades to pristine condition. Attendants stop by with sliced fruit, eye-cooling cucumber slices, and mists of chilled Evian water for parched sunbathers.
A few steps from the pool area is the 10,000-plus-square-foot fitness center, which features steam rooms, spacious locker rooms, strength-training equipment, and cardio machines with headphones and personal TVs. Chilled towels and complimentary mineral water are also provided.
As a guest of the Four Seasons, you also enjoy access to the 11-acre pool area at the adjoining Mandalay Bay Resort. Drift in the lazy river, float in 3 freeform pools, or stretch out on the sand--their beach has 2,700 tons of it. Mandalay Bay also offers aerobics, Pilates, and yoga classes (surcharges apply).

"The only quiet place in Vegas"
Everything was perfect (and that's coming from a perfectionist, so that's really saying something). Housekeeping was spot on, room service was quick (and good), but expect to pay for parking ($20 day).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Small elegant hotel in a busy town"
It was a great hotel, I will be staying there again! It's easy to drive in and out valet, which in Las Vegas is not the case in most hotels. No Line at the front desk!! Wow what a pleasure!! The rooms are very nice and clean and you are connected to the Mandalay Bay so can enjoy the hustle and bustle of Vegas or you can just enjoy the quite of your […] hotel. Great spot! "Beautiful...stunning and gorgeous resort"
Four Seasons Resorts have always delivered on their superior service. I'm not a big gambler so I really enjoy the peaceful lobby when I arrive instead of slot machines. I've stayed here in the past and I have always received amazing service from the front desk, the Veranda Restaurant, the valet and room service. I can't say enough about the service. On our first trip to Vegas, nine years ago, we stayed at one of the original casinos that I will not name. This year we returned and stayed at the Four Seasons and will only be staying there in the future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful staff and rooms"
Our recent stay in Vegas was with our 1 year old daughter. I was worried that it was going to be stressful traveling with a baby. The Four Seasons staff were incredibly accommodating (crib, room location, etc) and just so nice to us. It made our weekend relaxing. I couldn't ask for more from the moment we checked in until we left.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Four Seasons, Las Vegas"
A superior hotel, what you expect from a Four Seasons property. At the end of the Vegas strip, less crowded surroundings. No casino so we didn't have to walk through neon lighted, smoke filled rooms to access the guest elevators. Connected to Mandalay Bay for those who want a big casino. Verandah served outstanding food. Service was impeccable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Wonderful Stay at the Four Seasons"
I surprised my fiance by taking him to Vegas for his birthday for one night. I had originally booked the Mandalay Bay but ended up canceling that reservation and booking one at the Four Seasons instead. I remembered the horrible check-in process at the Mandalay and wanted a smooth, stress-free trip. The fact that the Four Seasons was on TOP of the Mandalay […] and had their own check-in desk was great! Since we only had one night here, I made sure to plan our whole trip so we would not have to leave the hotel or cab it anywhere. As suspected, check-in was a piece of cake (literally, because there was a tiny but delicious bday cake delivered to our room shortly after we checked in). They gave us an awesome room that overlooked the airport (where we could see planes taking off and landing) and about 8-9 pools. We had dinner at Mix at TheHotel and saw the Michael Jackson One show. Best night ever! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
overall excellent. a bit out of the way from the rest of the strip, but not always a bad thing. navigating the mandalay bay and looking for the elevator to the bat cave is tricky, but worth it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

What a fabulous hotel! Accommodations and twice daily maid service are fabulous. The pool staff is very attentive with complimentary snacks and great lunch items. If you want a wave pool, simply walk over to the connecting Mandalay Bay where entry is complimentary. Then come back to the Four Seasons for quiet and relaxation. We stayed at this hotel for one night and wished it could have been more. The hotel is beautifully appointed, with everything one could want from a luxury hotel. It is a quiet refuge from the strip as it does not have it's own casino but it is above the Mandalay Bay(MB) hotel and all the amenities of the MB are available if needed! From the moment we […] arrived at the hotel the service shone, the doorman, the valet parking, Winston who welcomed up at the check-in desk and made sure we had everything we needed. It was perfect. We experienced basically what we expected for a Four Seasons--excellent decor, serenity despite being on the strip, quality service, attention to detail, and a feeling of luxury. Depending on your reasons for being in Vegas, there may be better options. If you want to be two minutes from better shopping and want a larger room with better nearby restaurant […] options, stay someplace like the Bellagio or Venetian/Palazzo. If you want a more peaceful stay, the Four Seasons is perhaps the best option on the strip. We attended a concert at the Beach at Mandalay Bay. The acoustics were poor, but that's to be expected when a band essentially plays in a wave pool. The environment around the Four Seasons and Mandalay Bay is among the better ones on the strip Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Simply put, AWESOME!! The staff was very friendly and professional and the rooms and facilities were immaculate! We visited for purposes of a bachelor's party (6 young men) and we were treated like royalty. I've stayed in many hotels and this was undoubtedly my best hotel experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
We have stayed at Mandalay several times, but I got a great last minute deal at the Four Seasons and thought we had better take advantage of it. We were very impressed with the level of service that we received - even just walking in the door was impressive. I have always heard that the service and ammenities were wonderful, and it really did live up […] to the expectations. The room was amazing - especially the Four Seasons bed and bedding - we actually came home very early one night just because we wanted to be lazy in bed! (I actually inquired about purchasing a bed, it was THAT good). It was also the most quiet room I have stayed in. We had a view of all the pools, and really enjoyed the quiet non-gaming, non-partying crowd. However, when we were ready to amp it up - we just stepped through a private door into the Mandalay. As far as we were concerned, it was the best of both worlds. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Calm Vegas Oasis"
The Four Seasons Las Vegas, in typical Four Seasons fashion, feels like a home away from home. We came for a girls' week, but since we're not party people, we chose to stay here because we knew we would be able to relax. Rooms and bed linens were spotless, but bathrooms and closets could use a little sprucing up. The pool area, although small, is wonderful, […] especially after comparing it to the adjacent zoo that is the Mandalay Bay pool complex (avoid at all costs). My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff seems disorganized. It took all day and several phone calls every time we needed extra towels, soaps, and a mini fridge. Also, we had one employee knock repeatedly on the door to give us some sort of dental kit even though we had the Privacy tab in the door (I was trying to sleep)...we informed the front desk, and they assured us that would not happen again. Guests were mostly families, so I would not stay here if you're looking to party, you WILL feel out of place. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the calmer side of Las Vegas. "5 star hotel? Really?"
I was so disappointed in the care of this hotel room. Room 37-308 needs much improvement to bring it anywhere close to 5-star status. Expedia offers a lot of Accessible rooms and unless you are disabled, you should stay away from them as they are usually a little run down and not as luxurious. The marble floor had many water spots. There was something […] that looked like crusty regurgitated remains in a corner, so I had the front desk to have housekeeping to attend to it. He said he would have the staff to re-vacuum and mop, but they couldn't remove it all because some of it was too hardened to the floor. The towels and bath robes were super hard and wrinkled, so I threw them all on the floor and requested some that were freshly washed and warm from the dryer. The bed linens (especially the comforter) were a dingy white and also full of wrinkles. The toilet bowl had hard water deposits. The closets were tiny. I sent two new dresses to be dry cleaned and they came back nicely pressed, but smelled dirty. I'll never waste my money here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"THE BEST REAL-HOTEL IN LAS VEGAS"
This is the only real hotel in Las Vegas. It has nothing to do with all the annoying fuss of the casino-hotels which attract the thousands of the Las Vegas visitors (most of them drunk and tragic). Conveniently located in the end of the Las Vegas strip, family friendly and absolutely clean and relaxing. I recommend it by all means.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Need to add another star to the five star rating system for the SIX star facility where everyone who works there beleives it is their mission to make you happy. "First Class in every way."
We were only in Las Vegas for two days. As usual, we were trying to cram as many activities in as possible. The Four Seasons made our brief 48 hour stay into a vacation. The bed was very comfortable, with sheets so smooth that we didn't want to get out of bed Saturday morning. We decided to have breakfast poolside, which was a great decision. We were […] provided with lounges in a covered shaded area at no additional cost (rare in LV), and the breakfast was well prepared and served very quickly. There was easy access to the Mandalay Bay Casino, and the Valet Parking at Four Seasons was fast and efficient. We were allowed a late checkout on Sunday, and room service breakfast was delivered to order within 20 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to a friend, and it has moved to the top of our list in Las Vegas. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"As good as it gets"
From check-in (friendly, knowldegable and proactive but unobtrusive) to pool-side service (great food, free ice-water delivered regularly, evian water sprays) to those enticing little freebies we all love so much, I cannot imagine a better get-away location for that Vegas trip. We took 3 tearaway kids (6,9,10) and were a little concerned the hotel might […] be too upscale for them - not so: they were treated perfectly and described it as "most kid-friendly hotel we've ever been to". The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade at a discount, normally my family of four just get a double bed room but since we were in Vegas I decided to take the upgraded, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. I must say the upgrade was the best decision I made. By doubling our room square footage we didn't feel […] like we were crammed therefore were able to enjoy the room and vacation. The Four Seasons is a great break from the typical Las Vegas craziness. I didn't have to deal with people partying to all hours of the night and keeping me awake. "Great alternative for LV vacation"
We needed a quick getaway and didn't have time to go to Mexico, so we thought heck, let's try Vegas. We do not gamble and thought this would be the perfect hotel for our daughter and ourselves as we don't want a casino in our hotel and we don't smoke. Well, this fit the bill. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and we didn't want for anything. […] We loved the little treats they passed out at the pool. And on July 4 they made snow cones for everyone! We had an executive suite, which was PERFECT! My only disappointment was that apparently on Wednesday nights there is a party at one of the pools at Mandalay Bay until 3:00 in the morning. I know it is Vegas, I get that, but when you are on the 39 floor and your pillow is vibrating along with your room due to the music, that to me is excessive, so it made it difficult to sleep. So, if we went back, which we will, and we are there on a Wednesday, we will get a room on the strip side, not the pool side. Other than that we were very, very pleased and happy. Love the people at Four Seasons. Andres (I hope I am spelling that right) at the pool was topnotch! Even my husband commented on his interactions with every person he spoke to. Hopefully the FS management team can mentor him so he can move up the management chain there at the FS before someone sweeps him up. All in all, this was just what we wanted. Thank you for a lovely getaway! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
