The Four Seasons occupies the top several floors of the Mandalay Bay. With a separate entrance and lobby area, this is a luxury oasis amidst the casino chaos atmosphere. Yet, it is just steps away. As soon as you step into the 'private' doorway on the Mandalay casino level, you're welcomed with fresh air, tranquility, access to a great spa and just […] sheer peace. Use the house car (S-Class sedan) to shuttle around the strip (versus the cattle call taxi line at Mandalay that usually has 40 people snaked around ropes like an amusement park queue). The hotel is very nice, was a bit surprised that it was the top floors of the Mandalay Bay. The staff go out of their way to make you feel very special. Hotel amenities are in the Mandalay Bay.

They were in the process of upgrading the rooms and unfortunately our room had not been remodeled yet. The door to the minifrig fell off and some of the pulls on the draws came off in our hands. The Four Seasons service is top-notch. Rooms were great (had a huge suite). Pool is small but clean and relaxing. Pool-side lunch service is wonderful. Wave pool and lazy river at Madalay Bay were close and also clean and fun. After staying almost exclusively at Bellagio (and once at Wynn) we will likely stay again at Four Seasons.

A pleasure to have no smoking anywhere in this building. It looked and smelled clean-most of Vegas has this stale cigarette smoke smell even in non smoking areas. It was great to be able to share the pools at Mandalay Bay resort as well although the pool at The Four Seasons was spectacular and relaxing-great service and the complementary frozen watermelon […] balls were a treat. A true oasis from the noise, chaos and cigarette smoke that is every where in LasVegas. Although pleased with my stay a few things should be said. They allow cigarette smoking in their outdoor restuarant that is next to the pool. This for me was a negative. This was our first stay at a FS and we LOVED IT! From check in to check out the service was impeccable - the rooms lovely and quiet - love being in the heart of Las Vegas but not experiencing the loudness of the casinos, the smoke or a lot of people. My husband and I have stayed here a number of times, and for us, it is the only place to stay in Las Vegas. The fact that it is a smoke-free property too is a big plus! For me, it's all about the pool and the service you'll find there... where else can you get your sun bed personally set up for you by one of the accomodating, friendly pool staff, who […] will also bring you a jug of ice-water and two cups, frozen fruit treats, Evian spritz's, offers to clean your sunglasses for you, etc., etc.? It's all part of the service. You also have access to the pools of the Mandalay Bay, but guests of that hotel do not have access to the Four Season's pool. They just walk past the gates (which require a Four Seasons room key to access) looking in longingly as you enjoy the exclusive amenities and treats! Closer to the airport but a bit of a trek to the main strip area though there is a tram from there down to Excalibur where you can cross the road to find other trams at MGM or just past New York New York. The rooms are actually located on 5 floors of Mandalay Bay owned by Four Seasons. You will have access to the smaller […] less crowded pool for your hotel as well as access to the larger and much more crowded pools and water park at Mandalay Bay. From beginning to end, the Four Seasons did not disappoint. From the moment our taxi pulled up outside, the hotel staff was impeccable. Within 5 seconds, our bags were on a dolly being brought inside and we we were offered complimentary bottles of cold water (it was over 100 degrees outside). The concierge was welcoming and polite and reminded me of […] how customer service is portrayed in movies features from the 1950s. You know.. back when people cared. It was wonderful! Our room was located on the 36th floor. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathtub was big enough for two people. Unlike some of the other hotels in Vegas, the Four Seasons is located at the very beginning of the strip (part of Mandalay Bay). It seemed to attract an older crowd, which was pleasant considering how rowdy young groups can get in Vegas. The hotel was quiet, the staff was fantastic, and the room service was delicious (you've got to try the Creme Brulee!). I'm not a huge fan of Vegas. We came specifically to see the Beatles LOVE show at the Mirage. It was awesome! But if we come again for another show, we'll definitely be staying at the Four Seasons without a doubt. Read more

All the luxury of a Las Vegas 5 star without the crowds. This hotel is attached to Mandalay Bay so you get immediate access to the Casino, shops and entertainment. It has a separate entrance so that you can escape the chaos of Vegas when you want. The private pool is secluded and quiet and staff roll out the red carpet.

This hotel was wonderful! The service was beyond anything I've experienced. They couldn't do enough for you. It's part of Mandalay Bay so we had the best of both worlds. Peace and quiet but a mere touch of the hotel elevator and you were in MB's casino - perfect! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to return myself someday.
