"lovely escape"
My husband and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday at the Four Seasons. The resort was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We did have a toilet that appeared to be lose from the wall and the shower was on the small side. Otherwise, it was perfect!

"great family stay"
Very nice family stay. Far enough away from the strip yet easy to get to the shows and restaurants when we wanted to go. The staff was super accomodating - the tvs in our suite would not turn on when we first got in the room and within 10 minutes someone was there and fixed the issue.

It is did not feel like other Four Seasons that I have stayed. It is on the scale of a regular Marriott. Nothing special in a sea of hotels in Vegas.

"Best place to stay in Vegas!"
If you are tired of the crowds in Las Vegas, this is a great place to stay. Near enough to the strip's madness and crowds, but an elegant and peaceful respite from the craziness of the strip's casinos. Also, Charlie Palmer's steak house is fantastic! Will definitely stay here again.

A pleasant change from all of the noise, crowds, and confusion in casino/hotels. I found the staff polite, courteous, and helpful. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) were beautifully appointed. The wait staff in the restaurant (Charlie Palmers) were not as attentive as I thought they should be, however, the personnel in the Veranda were extremely customer oriented. The food in both places was beautifully presented and very good.

"Perfect"
My experience at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vegas was perfect. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They even offered me a credit when the internet was down the first day...without me asking! The rooms are large and comfortable. The bar is a nice place to sit and have a drink. The pool is quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

One of the few strip hotels where you don't have to walk through a gaming area to get anywhere. An oasis for those of us who enjoy the other aspects of Vegas (shows, food) but not the smoke, noise and lights.

This is the ideal Vegas property, in that you're just a door away (literally) from the action at Mandalay Bay. Yet if you want some peace and quiet, go back through that same door, and you're in a different world that doesn't even feel like Vegas. "getaway with class mates"
location is away from the strip so have to plan to walk or pay for the taxis to and from any event. the taxi wait can be long depending on the time of the day. Hotel Staff extremely courteous, the hotel amenities excellent.

"Only place I will stay ever again!"
The room, the service, everything was amazing! Every time they brought our car around there was cold water for us in it. The rooms are big and very modern with everything single thing you would ever need.

"Beware - really"
Booked through Hotels.com - got to the hotel after 6 hours of flying and they tell me they have no room for me. They put me in another (lesser) hotel and think it's ok to not refund my money or at least the difference.

"Paradise on the strip"
My stay at the four seasons was fantastic. It isn't the first time I've stayed at the four seasons. Their pool was rather small but fantastic. Guests have access to Mandalay Bay pools, but those were even more crowded and full of trashy people.

"We'll stay again, but..."
It's just about always wonderful at the Four Seasons, and we'll stay here again. However, be mindful of the late night/early morning raves at the Mandalay Bay pool, which will keep you awake for several hours of the night, even if your room is on the 35th floor. Check the schedule for the midnight pool DJ parties, and consider a room without a pool view if you value your sleep.

"Kid-Friendly Hotel"
The good: Check-in was fast, and they had a room available despite arriving before 2pm. Kid was given a cookie when we headed to our room. The room was clean, and the floor-length window offered views of surrounding mountains and the airport across (kid loved watching planes and cars). After we put him down for nap, a man knocked on our door delivering kid's amenities (brand new toiletries, slippers and a bathrobe). The bathroom was stocked with 4 (not 2!) sets of towels. The outdoor pool and kids-only wading pool are sufficient for the number of hotel guests. It felt like an oasis from the crowds at Mandalay Bay where we had to circle twice to find an available lounge chair. Food at Verandah was exceptional for both meals, but I'd skip the buffet next time as selection is not worth the price. The not-so-good: Services (housekeeping, mini bar refill, etc.) always came around 2~2:30pm which is in the middle of nap. Their knocking woke me up few times but luckily not the kid. We missed turndown service one day since I had to ask housekeeping to return after 4:30pm. The next day we called them before we headed out for lunch, and thankfully they cleaned the room before we returned and again in the evening. There are designated smoking areas in the hotel, and one of them is right on the path from the guest elevators to the pool. We had to run past smokers twice. I saw one woman smoking next to the bar which is next to the wading pool, and a server walked by her w/o saying a word.

"Very impressed. Class all the way."
We stayed at the Four Seasons because it was a convenient location for a trade show we were attending at the Mandalay Bay. We were very impressed with the service we received. From the time we arrived the staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasurable. We stayed in a strip view suite and the view is amazing at night. My wife was in love with the decor of the room. It had a full walk in closet which I thought was a bit overkill since most hotel stays don't last more than 3 or 4 days but she loved it. My only issue is the shower was a bit small for a luxury resort. It is not a huge deal but we have stayed in a couple other 5 star hotels in Vegas that had large stream showers and we really enjoyed using them. Overall, the service and accommodations earned 5 stars from us.

Expedia did not request two double beds according to Four Seasons. They only had a King, and we had to get a roll away and move the next day when two doubles became available. Not what you want to do during a short vacation Expedia!

Loved the rooms, views of the airport- we could watch the planes take off and land all day, and the friendliness of the employees was spectacular. Only issue was the insanely loud noise from the Mandalay Bay concert and night clubs---just ridiculous.

The service was excellent. A bit removed which was a plus for us. That being said we had to take taxis to the main part of the strip. It was good the have the Mandalay nearby. We visited the Shark Reef which was fun and quick.

Amazing and relaxing stay. Four Seasons is the epitome of the utmost of standards and quality. The spa and gym facilities were exceptional and top of the line. The guest room itself had a beautiful view, was spacious and prestine, and the furnishings and bathroom were top of the line. The private pool is beautiful and the wait staff were very professional and accomidating. All hotel staff were very friendly and very professional. I would come back to the Four Seasons in a heartbeat. 5 out of 5 stars hand down.

"Quiet hotel among a lot of action"
Four Seasons is great if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay while so close to all the action. No casino, no smoking and no crowds in the hotel - if you choose it that way. Otherwise, just use the private entrance and you are at Mandalay Bay's casino with all the action (casino, smoking and noise). Food was good. We ate by the pool and Verandah. Rooms are showing some aging though. AC was a bit loud and not so efficient. I think they could use a bit of a makeover.

"lovely resort"
Found a great weekend rate and thought to try the Four Seasons. Service and amenities were lovely, with great attention to comfort and service. Private pool and spa was nice and away from the riff raff of the Mandalay bay pools, pool staff were great. Wish the Spa@Mandalay access was included. The Four Seasons spa is just showers and steam room. Breakfast buffet was nice though pricey. Room air conditioner was very weak and maintenance barely helped improve it. The floor hallway was much cooler than our room. They comped my parking for that. Desk staff thought our reservation for a king bed was incorrect and wanted to switch it to double queen beds, kinda insulted the start to our getaway to celebrate our fifteen year anniversary together. Would have to think first about staying again.

I like the lights, shows, activities and vibrancy of Las Vegas. And yet at times it feels overwhelming. Being able to return to and begin the day at the Four Seasons was the perfect balance. No casino noises, no running around, no crowds, quiet atmosphere. Staff is friendly and has the time to smile and great you; room was spacey and well appointed (get the strip view); pool was relaxing with shady areas to sit; restaurants with great atmosphere and great selection. The Four Seasons is the place to be for the visitor seeking a break.

"Great Family Accommodations"
Four Seasons is at the top of our list for family vacation accommodations. Perfect service and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Proximity to the Mandalay Bay water facilities a huge plus for this Las Vegas site. Looking forward to our next stay at our favorite hotel.

"An Oasis of tranquility in the Las Vegas craziness"
We don't love Las Vegas due to the smoke, noise, craziness, but sometimes need to visit. This property is a fantastic solution for those that prefer something besides the 5000 room resorts and prefer individual attention. It must be the only non-smoking property in the state of Nevada which alone we would pay a premium for, but the beautiful accommodations, wonderfully presented foods, the warm & efficient service makes staying here a distinct pleasure. Our son wanted to be a little more active than the hotel pool offered so mere steps away he and his friends could go to the wave pool at Mandalay Bay. This hotel was the difference between us grinding our teeth and putting up with Las Vegas and really enjoying our visit to the town. We found our friends staying at other properties wanted to congregate at our hotel and many of the other families kids' kept asking to come to visit us as most of them had in their own way reached their limit of smoke and noise. One can easily access the shows, restaurants, entertainment, etc. that Las Vegas has to offer from here, but not be mugged by it. Last, it had been a few years since our last visit, one of the staff at the front door/taxi stand remembered us from our time years prior and provided a service that did not come from any customer database. A thoroughly enjoyable visit.

"Best service"
We are Las Vegas locals and have stayed at most of the 5 star hotels on the strip. This hotel is by far our favorite. The service is unbelievable, from reservations, to valet, to pool staff, etc. We are regulars here and will continue to return because no other hotel in Las Vegas can come close to this level of service.
