"Nice property close to Duval Street"
Third time there. Rooms are overpriced. Exceptional housekeeping services. Very clean and very prompt with room cleaning services during the day. Front desk staff not overly helpful. Draconian cancellation policy and pre-payment policy (entire amount due upon reservation, seven day notice for refund or they keep entire pre-payment). For the amount paid […] for room, which was extremely small (over $1500 for 4 nights) front desk could have at least offered a late check out on final day, which they did not. Also, very little privacy, and rooms are not dark at night because of lights in outside area. Pillows very uncomfortable, basically did not sleep through the night any of the four nights. upper level room offers more privacy (king room) but at least $75 additional per night. "Super Place for a Quiet Stay in Key West"
On the quiet end of Duval. Super clean. Excellent staff. Walking distance for everything you need. Good breakfast.Genuine Expedia guest review
Gabi and all staff at front was amazing, informative and friendly. Room was cozy but clean and comfortable, nicely decorated as well. Shirt walk from southern most point, and Duval. Super quiet as well. Check out my favorite site Glass Reunions which is very close to Key Lime Inn. We will be back!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a good location within walking distance of everything. The staff was friendly . The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again. Loved it !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was very nice, a bit overpriced but isn't key west like this??? We did enjoy our stay, the room was a bit to little and missed a couple of plugs too charge your phones, etc but overall was really nice. Staff was great too!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overview of Key Lime Inn"
Rooms are cute, clean and very small. Need room to place toiletries, like shampoo, etc. in shower area. Area rugs may be helpful on either side of bed. Room #1 has a cooler for wine. This is impractical as a refrigerator. Otherwise, the space is really needed for drawers. Thank you SJMGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, lovely accommodations!"
We were only in Key West for one night, but I'm so glad we chose to stay at the Key Lime Inn. The location was very convenient to the hot spots, but far enough off the beaten path to be peaceful. The rooms were wonderful, very cute, and had a mini fridge. Everything was fresh and clean. We'll certainly stay there when we return to Key West!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The service is excellent. The pool is big and surrounded by tropical plants. The rooms are very nice, especially ours with a private balcony. It's within walking distance to almost everything we did. Highly recommend!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location - reasonable price"
Parking is a bit tight on the site. Location is very convenient to get to Duval St. Liked the bungalow village layout. Sheets were a bit scratchy, but bed was comfortable other than that. Water pressure in the shower was pretty low.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Third time there"
This time we had the nicest room yet with a king bed and a large couch for relaxing and watching TV. The breakfast is somewhat light for us so we usually supplement it with a little cheese and meat, then it's perfect. Nice location, close to the action on Duval St, but not in the middle of it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beautiful historic hotel"
We only spent one night. The room was large and newly decorated and clean. The bed was very high, especially if you are not too tall. The staff was very friendly and the location was ideal. The worst aspect was the breakfast. Not really worth having. The hotel is really quaint and I would recommend this hotel to friends.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Loved this little place!!"
From check in to check out, my friend and I were nothing short of pleased with the location, service and quality of our room. We were walking distance from Duval and other restaurants, the pool is well kept and the room was emaculate. We immediately regretted that we weren't staying longer but this is definitely our go to spot when we stay in the K […] eys!!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I found my cottage to be small but clean and confortable. I was able to park my vehicle and walk almost anywhere I wanted to go. I would definetly book this inn again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quaint and friendly"
We really enjoyed out stay at Key Lime Inn. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We really did not hear much of the traffic on the busy Truman Ave., partly because the air conditioner was running most of the night (which was fine by us!). The Inn is also just a couple of blocks […] from Duval St., very centrally located. The only minor negative was that it was a bit pricey for being far from the water, but we would definitely consider staying there again in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very well located"
I really enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime Inn. My girlfriend had never been to Key West before, and she was extremely happy with the Inn. We had a cottage which was very clean and maintained. The breakfast bar was convenient and we enjoyed the pool everyday. Upon check in, the two girls working the desk were amazing! Very friendly and made us feel right […] at home. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The location was perfect, close to attractions, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning again. Breakfast was really just coffee, cereal and bagels. Frest local fruit would be a very nice addition. The staff was excellent and the location was great for walking to all the sights.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our room was very clean and had all we needed for our over night stay. It is small and would hard to stay for a long while. The service was great and the location was close to the main street in Key West. Overall it was a very nice place and would go there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good bet in Key West"
The Key Lime Inn is a good bet if you're looking for something that is walking distance to everything (both sides of the island). The inn has good character - conch houses in key west style - and was clean. The staff was always very friendly and eager to help me out with any of my questions. There were little things that could be done like new caulking […] around the shower, paint some trim, etc that would help the property feel newer. Major maintenance was fine (floors, furniture, exterior, etc. in good condition). Pool was very nice, though a little loud with traffic on Truman Street. Breakfast was utilitarian - maybe even a little sparse (coffee, bagels, yogurt, etc.). But enough to get your day started. Overall, I would stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

This is the second Historic Key West Inn I've stayed at in the past year and was again very satisfied. within walking distance to duval. Staff was super friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Key Lime"
We stayed in one of the rooms by the pool which was very cozy. The office staff were very nice and made us feel right at home.Since we were only a short walk from duval st. Where everything is happening it made it easier to get back if we had a couple to many. Nice place will go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We loved it! We would stay there again in the same room #3 the next time we visit!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Highly recommended. Would stay again."
The Key Lime Inn is one of the historic Inns in Key West. Historic, yet renovated. Everything was wonderful. The only minor thing that was a little off was that the sheets were not "fitted" and the mattress could stand some updating (it sunk in toward the center). But those are minor points.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"central location, friendly staff and happy guests"
Central location allowed easy walking to both ends of Duval Street, morning coffee and cont. breakfast outside around pool deck was very nice, made several new friends among the guests and the front desk people were friendly and knowledgeable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Cottage-Style Place"
I loved this place, I moved here from a motel that was across the island to be closer to everything and because the first place we stayed at was unsatisfactory. This place was cozy, the staff was personable, the continental breakfast satisfactory.. I could walk to anywhere I wanted to go in Key West, it was nice and clean and just what we needed. The […] continental breakfast was really good, but it could use some expansion to be honest, but overall it was a really great find! Loved the neighborhood, too! "Wanted to really love it"
The hotel is soo cute and in a great neighbor - so easy to walk to Duval street. The pool was great and the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. The bedroom was decorated very nice, but the bathroom was very dated and needs to be renovated. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room which was also nice. The only real problem with the […] room was the bed. The mattress was terrible soft and saggy! My husband and I both rolled to the center of the bed and neither of us got very good sleep. We both woke up with sore backs. If they got new mattresses, this place would almost be perfect. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great base from which to see Key West"
We booked these rooms on short notice so we were happy to find something like this place because of it's convenient location. It was on a busy holiday weekend so we weren't shocked to pay a high rate for merely adequate accommodations, but we really didn't intend to spend any time in the room or the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Central, friendly, and delightful."
After seeing all the local sights and being on the go both day and night, the Key Lime Inn was an oasis of relaxing and charming peace and quiet. It is within walking distance of Duval and the Hemingway House. It has a breakfast by the pool or a charming retro Denny's for a late breakfast three blocks away. We stayed at Christmas and went to Midnight […] Mass across the street at St. Mary, Star of the Sea. Too awesome! We had a small private patio with seating and a canopy of bright pink bougeanvilla. The bed was super comfy and the room was lovely and clean. The staff was wonderful, cheery, and helpful. Only one thing, the carpet could have been cleaner. But I give this place a 99% for ambiance, comfort, and location. Merry Christmas! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Duvall street"
Had a great stay! The staff was very friendly the pool was nice and the rooms were a liitle small but perfect for two people. We only used the room to sleep anyway. Beds were very comfortable. We walked every where we went so we parked the car when we got there and didnt need it to get anywhere. If you have younger kids it might be a far walk to get […] to Mallory Square but you can drive a couple of blocks and park for free on a side road or pay to park to get closer. It's around $ 15.00 a day to park or you can use the meters for around $ 1.50 an hour. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Went for a two night stay down to Key West with a friend for a "girls weekend" and completely enjoyed this adorable hotel. Very charming and "key west." Great location, two blocks from Duval at about the midpoint of the long strip. We had one of the little cottages (there are only three), which is a little more private and distinctive than the other […] rooms. Pool was not massive but there was plenty of lounge chairs and enough shade. The breakfast was very basic and we chose to eat out instead both mornings. The onsite parking is free and convenient, which is an added rare bonus for the keys. The bathroom was very tiny, but for two, it worked. My only major complaint is that the bed and pillows were by far the worst I've ever slept on...like rocks. Had it not been for pure exhaustion from the walking and swimming all day, we would have never fallen asleep. Overall, I really enjoyed this quaint hotel and would definately try it again, especially at their reasonable prices for being in a great location in Key West. from the second we checked in everyone was so polite and nice. the cottage was well beyond the 2 stars that it was given. it was so cute and very very clean. well above our expectation, we would definietly stay there in the future. it is also only 2 blocks from duval which is good if you plan on drinking too muchGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Cute but way 2 noisy. Not good if you need to rest"
The place is gorgeous, very well maintained and clean. People are very polite. Everything went ok until 6 am. It was literally like sleeping in the parking lot. Every noise from the street, including the blessed bells from the church across the street make impossible for us to sleep beyond that point. A big bummer! If you have a normal sleep (without […] pills) and don't have hearing problems, make yourself a favor and AVOID this place. The breakfast without natural options was also a bad surprise. "Nice place excellent location."
This is located on Truman ave a short distance from Duval street. Its a 20 minute walk the entire length of Duval to get to the waterfront area. We don't mind the walk and Duval is fun street to walk. If you stay closer to the marina and the cruise ship dock you will see a lot more foot traffic and crowds, possibly when you do not want to experience […] them. Restaurants line Duval street and there are some scattered about. Hotel has a nice pool and outside area for hanging out. Ice machines are available. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We booked our hotel through this website and were quoted at one price. When we went to check in they said that this website had made a mistake and told us we had to pay $20 extra per night. They had us by the short hairs as we had no recourse as we needed a place to stay. We even showed the hotel personnel the printed quote but they still would not […] honor the quoted price. I will definitely look for another place to stay when I return to Key West! And reconfirm the priced quoted from this website. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Key Lime Inn- Cute hotel except for the small room"
My wife and I stayed there February 20-23. It was our first time in Key West. It is a cute little hotel and the service was fine. However, the basic room (#31) was small and the bed was not the most comfortable. The room also had a mustiness that bothered my wife's allergies. The windows did not open in the room. They give you a basic continental breakfast. […] The location is okay, toward the quieter end of Duval St. Our overall experience was okay, but we will consider another hotel option on our next trip. the bad...trainee forgot to call us when room was ready...toilet flapper valve leaked and toilet kept filling up...however you couldn't hear it because of the window shaker (a/c)...brought back a pizza to room and had to eat it off the bed..not even a 2' round table in room..quite pricey.. but that's Key West.....on the good side...nice location, quiet […] and fairly near downtown....nice pool...the grandfather clock at the Catholic church sounds awesome echoing over the neighborhood.... The key Lime Inn is in need of some major repairs. Sophits at rear of rooms are rotten and there is evidence of mold. Also many spider webs at rear. Beds are very uncomfortable and poor for category of hotel. Staff seem to have to look after property with little supervision.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Key Lime Hotel"
Had a very nice stay. Office staff was very freindly. Liked the idea about having a safe in the room. Size of rooms are a little on the small side but ok for two people. The only problem we had was noise from hotel workers that were talking and yelling between each other as they set up the poolside breakfast early in the morningGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Happy New Year"
It's not the fanciest of places, it's not the biggest of places, but if you want a real Key West type setting with a private pool area, palm trees and roosters out your door this is the place for you. It's a great location, ample parking, minutes to Duval and the Southernmost Beach. The staff are friendly, the rooms are modern, bathrooms clean and fresh, […] and there are variety of rooms to choose from. If possible choose a room with a private balcony for sure! "The Key Lime Inn is in Key West"
This quaint, village like hotel, very conveniently on one of the main roads, perhaps a bit short of the supreme location of Key West, deserves the Historic label it qualifies for! Very clean staff friendly and ample room. Breakfast is self service european style, with toaster, but we only saw it the day of check-out. The rustic look and walkways hamper […] suitcases on wheels. we must give 9 out of 10! Would go back. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
