Rates are good, rooms are small but comfortable for two normal weight couple. Good continental breakfast, personnel at front desk very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, very close to Duval St. where the action is.

Enjoyed the cool light green motif. Was close enough to walk or even better, bike to all the sights. Personnel was very helpful in suggesting sights to see, even would book restaurants for us. Room was a little small and older, but clean. We felt very at home there.

We arrived a bit early and the staff let us store our bags there while we explored, they called my cell when our room was ready and gave good suggestions for places to go. They were really accommodating overall. We stayed for 2 nights. The location was pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. The old town part of the island where most people spend […] their time is only 2x2 miles and all flat. That being the case I highly recommend renting bikes to get around. It was an easy and quick ride everywhere and it created a nice breeze as we rode. They have bike racks on the property and free car parking. The pool area was pretty and the outdoor breakfast area by the pool was nice. The food was pretty basic continental w/ bagels, muffins, cereal, etc. I spent a long time comparing places before deciding to stay here, it has great deserved reviews and competitively priced. Everywhere is pretty expensive in KW. The rooms were really nice, like a studio townhome. The only complaint was the bleachy smell when we arrived, but I have problems with chlorine. We loved staying at the Key Lime Inn. The room was nice, we had the upgraded queen. The grounds and pool were nice. It is a little far from main part of Duvall Street. We walked the first day but after that, took a cab to and from town as it was too hot. Overall we liked the Key Lime Inn alot.

Key Lime Inn is our choice whenever we want to get away from Miami! It is in the perfect area to walk to Duval St, has easy access to stores and eats, and it is also very quiet and peaceful! Great pool area, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We'll be back..as usual!

Great location to Duval St. We parked our car and only used it to drive back to Miami. Rooms small and A/C unit alittle noisy (earplugs provided). Bed/linens were very comfortable. The nicest staff. Would stay again!

Key Lime Inn is a very quiet escape from all the fun and excitement on Duvall...but only a short walk away! We could walk anywhere we chose to go! My husband and I felt very safe and comfortable here! The room, pool, parking area, and breakfast were all rather small...but nice! We enjoyed our stay...and would stay here again.

We stayed here from 4/16/11-4/18/11 and had a wonderful time. The front desk was informative and gave us all the help we needed from where to park and to some discount tickets to nearby attractions. The Key Lime Inn is an interesting place, with individual, albeit mostly connected, rooms surrounding an open outdoor courtyard with swimming pool. The rooms are somewhat small, but clean and adequate for a short stay. Pool area was clean and very close to the room. Continental Breakfast was minimal, but OK. The office staff helped me a lot with accessing […] their WiFi. The issue was with my iPad, not their system. They even brought in their computer expert to help. The inn is a couple of blocks from Duval Stree, where most of the shops, restaurants and bars are. Everything would have been a 5 had it not been for 2 things: my room (#1) was just yards from Tuman Street which is very busy and therefore noisy. The fact that the room was left untouched by housekeeping on one day was a bit off putting as well.

The property was pretty and well maintained. The only disappointing part was the rather dull breakfast buffet. Things sometimes ran out and there were not enough tables at the busiest time. I was thoroughyly impressed by this motel. It was quaint, and even though in walking distance to Duval St. it was quiet and reclusive. Chickens are there, but eveywhere in KW. Parking is limited in lot, but available on the street with no parking restrictions. I would definitely stay there again.

We thought that the hotel was expensive. The room was a bit tatty round the edges, and noisy due to it being on the road, and with noisy aircon and fridges. Whilst we expected the breakfast to be simple, for the price of the room we expected it to be more varied and with better quality produce. Very clean remodeled room. Excellent bed. Nice coffee maker and fridge. Breakfast was very pleasant sitting around the pool. Convenient location to the downtown shops and restaurants. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help out with any need.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. we showed up at the hotel at eleven am and were able to leave our bags and they called us during lunch our room was already avaliable at 12:30 and we got a room upgrade for no charge also booked our dinner reservations for us.

Key Lime was in a good central location, walking distance to everything. No car needed. The swimming pool area where we had breakfast is very nice. We stayed in one of the little cabins which were spacious and had all the amenities. However, the air conditioner is very loud and we had to turn it off for sleeping. Lovely spot, close to downtown and far enough away to be quiet. Grounds were pleasant and a nice getaway from the busy Duval Street. Room was smallish, no desk/table area, but clean and appropriate. We spent two nights in the Key Lime In during our honeymoon. However, even hotel staff were aware of our honeymoon (I mentioned this fact when making the resevation), there were no special greetings or attentions. In other hotels, there was e.g. a flower in the room or we got a free upgrade, for example. The room was small and very dark (only a small […] window which could not be opened - at least we were not strong enough to do so) but clean and the bed comfortable. The fan in the shower was not sufficient, so it always smelled humid and little bit moldy. Our room was located in a small house which has walls thin as paper, so we woke up from noise of other guests very early in the morning. Breakfast is very simple. For the room price we (as European travelers) expected real cutlery and tableware, but we found plastic and styrofoam instead. What a huge amout of waste! What an impact on the enviroment!
