It was okay, but not nearly as nice as I remember Red Roofs. Just an inexpensive motel with hard beds, old tvs, and no amenities like hair dryers and such. Probably would not stay there again.

The room was fine, but one of the beds had been broken by a previous guest and forced us to sleep on an incline. We didn't get back to the room until 1:30 am, so we didn't alert the front desk until the next morning. The personnel was extremely friendly; we left a pillow behind and they had it available when we returned. We would stay again.

Clean hotel, good for the price. Bare minimum of items in room, excepting there was a Microwave and Fridge in the room surprisingly.

My room had flies, the beds in smoking rooms were practically on floor, and not to mentioned the regular guests, grilling right outside my door. Won't be back.

For what this site charged me I thought it would at least be decent. It turns out they charged me almost twice as much than if I had booked it straight through the hotel. Had I known the actual price I never would have stayed there. The room was filthy. I pulled back the sheets on both beds to check for bed bugs... no bugs but there stains on the sheets. […] We had a set with us that we put over theirs. The light switch between the beds was covered in something gross and whoever cleaned the room before we arrived left the towel they cleaned the bathroom with on the back of the toilet. EWW! And just so you know, it was the same kind of hand towel they put in the rooms. We were visiting family and didn't spend much time in the room, so we just stuck it out. But never again!! Read more

This hotel was close to Worlds and Oceans of Fun but that was the only thing it had going for it. No free breakfast, no pool, no amenities at all. Both beds had soiled comforters with holes in them, the compressor on the air conditioner was going out so everytime the air conditioner kicked on it sounded like a refrigerated semi was inside the room with […] us. First of all, let me say that this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We saw a lot of cockroaches, including one in our bed. The front desk attendant was absolutely unfriendly and not helpful at all. As we pulled up to our room, a guy walked by us and said that his room had been robbed. We put a chair against our door and left nothing in our […] car overnight. I paid good money for this dump, so we stayed the night, but we left at 6 AM and will NEVER go back. I took an unexpected trip on short and was able to get a room at Red Roof Inn. The customer service associate went up and beyond call of duty finding me.a very clean and safe motel that allowed me to check.in before 7am! I will always be booking my room at this location!!!

Comforter was smelly & old, stains on walls and ceiling, tv was an ancient tube style, batteries in remote were almost dead, mattress was old and uncomfortable. Asked for wake up call at 645, they did not call. Overall would never stay again, or recommend.

Terri (not sure of her spelling) at the front desk was very customer oriented and called the room 30 minutes after arrival to ensure everything was ok. Quiet evening and out of the way from heavy traffic. No problems to report... the stay went smoothly.

Hotel w as convenient to local amusement parks. We arrived early but was given a room that had already been cleaned. Ladies at front desk were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and bed comfortable. This is not a 5 star hotel so do not expect it to be like one! However it will fit the need for 2-3 day stay to enjoy the Worlds of Fun parks.

The room was very fifty, it looks like it hasn't been clean in weeks and it was red stains all over the carpet. I had to stay because I was on the road for over 11 hours and I was tired. I slept with all my clothes on in top of the bedding , I didn't even got under the covers. Table and carpet were damp from the air conditioning unit. Bathroom door knob was bashed in. We arrived in time to go to bed and left just after waking so it served its purpose, but I will not be back. I would not have felt comfortable if my husband wasn't there with us.

I reserved a room over 2 months prior but when I arrived the desk clerk looked on computer and couldn't find any rooms available. The motel staff was very helpful at check-in, the rooms were clean, comfortable and the air-conditioning was great! Location was great also - close to the casino, the amusement park and the local ball parks we had to play in...I will definitely stay here for all my KC trips!
