Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel - Paris

The location of this Hotel was great, down the street from both the Eiffel Tower and the Metro Stop. However, the Hotel is old and is undergoing a major facelift so to speak. Our room was OK, furniture was old, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the hallways were dark and they smelled, the carpet was dity and the wall paper was peeling […] off the wall. If you are one that likes to sleep in, forget it, construction started everyday but Sunday at 7am. I must say, the staff was so very kind. They were friendly and so helpful with everything that we had asked for. I would not stay at this Hotel again, until the construction was completed. Yes they are remodeling but the service, the room, the view, the location, all was amazing. Our room had a balcony where we could just sit drink wine and stare at the Eiffle Tower. The people who work there gave my wife and I 5 star service.

I lost my money and small bag in my room. During our breakfast in the morning from 9 to 10 AM, maid did cleaning and I found my bag with my 200 Euro was disappeared. I surely lost my money because I draw some money from my bag prior to leaving the room to buy some milk and something for my baby and put my bag on the desk with 200 euros. Anyway, they didn't believe my complain and massed up our trip and did't show any reactions and responsibility. I heard and saw there were lots of steal issues, but they are trying to hide those issues and just considered tourist will leave sooner or later. Great location. Breakfast buffet had good variety with omelets and warm waffles. Staffs customer service was excellent in all stages of stay. What I would suggest is to request a Quentin size bed before arriving. We had 2 twin beds pushed together and they would keep on sperating. Difficult to cuddle .........

One block from the Eiffel Tower, this hotel was a good, comfortable place from which to begin exploring Paris. It was our first time in that beautiful city, and staying there certainly did not diminish our experience, but it didn't add anything either. If you want a more "authentic" Parisian experience, I'm afraid you will have to look elsewhere.

My mother and I arrived after nearly 15 hrs of travel to celebrate her 70th birthday. We were early for check arriving at 9:30 AM. We were told that we could leave our bags and walk around until check in. After hours of sightseeing we returned to Pullman for our 2 PM check in and were told our room was still not ready and would not be for another 20 […] minutes. At this time my mother was tired and I told the staff that we would wait in the lobby. We fell asleep there for about an hour and a half at which point I woke and went to check in. It was now close to 4 PM. Our room was STILL not ready. After a bit of questioning we finally got a room. We went upstairs to our room, without a view, and entered to find one bed in a room that was prepaid for and was to have two beds. I immediately went back down to reception where I was told that there was nothing they could do for us except move us to a very nice room with a view of the Eiffel Tower the next day... that never happend and we stayed in the same room with a roll away for the next 4 days. The location of the hotel is great with easy acess to public trasportation and the ability to walk just about anywhere you want to go... but customer service? Horribe!! Read more

The hotel is in a great location. Very safe, lots of restaurants and a very short stroll to the Eiffel Tower. We absolutely loved how close everything was and it was nice that there was always a cab waiting to take you wherever you want to go. The river cruise you can walk too and a must to see. This hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower and 2 train stations. Very easy to get around town from this location, plus it's in such a beautiful area. My room had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was AMAZING! It's just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. There was a hair dryer, an ironing board and iron, bidet, […] coffee and tea in the room, plus a fridge with mini bar, and a good sized safe that had room for a large camera (SLR type) and still enough room for wallets, documents, jewelry, etc. I think you could've gotten 2 cameras in there, plus had room for wallets and jewelry, etc. The staff spoke English and were very friendly, polite and helpful. The elevators were close to the entrance, so once you got to the hotel, you didn't need to hunt for the elevators. Great hotel and staff. We were upgraded to a room on the sixth floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative is the elevators can get very busy and backed up at check in and check out.

The room was clean, spacious, with plenty of light. Make sure you ask for rooms facing the river. The other rooms' views are not that great. Our AC was not working well and the hotel did nothing to fix it, even though we asked them everyday to fix it.

This hotel was in a fantastic location less than a block away from the Eiffel Tower. It was close to the Hop On bus stop and the Seine river rides!
