We expected a massive, loud and over-decorated Dallas hotel. Instead, the Marriott was quiet and tasteful. Our standard room was good-sized and nicely... decorated. Front desk staff was awesome...valet and bell staff very helpful....had not great service in the bar....they were slammed...even though they should have anticipated the volume of business with the hotel being sold out for a convention. Construction in atrium a bit noisy early in the morning (7 a.m.) Other than that great stay.

I have stayed in this hotel numberous times, but this was the frist under Marriott. For the price, it definitley needs an update. Our tub was cracked in more than one place and the coffee maker was broke so you couldn't even make coffee. I was definitely disappointed on this stay and will think twice before staying here again.

Wonderful stay in downtown Dallas! The hotel was beautiful and very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We really liked the location and the Centric bar and resturant in the hotel lobby of the Marriott!! It was a blast! Definitely will be staying there again For future stays in Dallas!!

This Marriott is one of the better I've patronized. Decent-sized room, well-appointed. Good fitness center. Nice lobby. Excellent food. Only issue was that, for me, the location was a little off the beaten path (on the edge of downtown).

There is no free parking for guest of this hotel so be prepared for that. Also there was some type of water leak that soaked the carpet and all of my clothes and the hotel staff didn't seem to care. Other than that the stay was good.

The staff was very helpful and helped us find a great restaurant nearby. The room was recently updated and had a balcony overlooking an ice skating rink.comfortabe beds with lots of pillow choices. Will stay there again!

It's a very good location for any type of walking around if you want to just relax it literally has everything you want in the building. I attended the Success Summit. All we talked about was Exceptional Customer Service as THE thing that seperates great businesses from the rest. Your hotel personel truly live by that concept!! One unfortunate thing did happen and I'm praying that you remedy it 100%. I went to Fort Worth to see a friend on Saturday night. He wanted me to return on Sunday so he lent his car to me. I drove it back to the hotel and dropped it with the valet. The next day, the valet brought it to me but it had been wrecked. I've been told that the damage to the car is about $7000. I know that you contract out the valet service but I believe you are ultimately responsible for the damages and again, I pray that you will do the right thing and remedy the problem 100% to my friend's satisfaction. The rooms are quiet, I never heard any doors slamming shut or loud people in the hallway and we stayed on a Saturday night. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was that room service closes down at 11:00 pm!

Accomodating valets and conceirge desk. Volunteered printed out easier directions back to correct interstate. Enjoyed different daily citrus infused waters in lobby especially in very hot sunny weather I experienced during stay. Added to generally favorable impression of Dallas.

Hall ways not kept too clean,. But rooms, lobby and other areas very good. It is a cheap taxi ride to the Dallas Convesion Center. Taxi's are at easy access. My stay was for business, over a Sunday. Most close restaurants closed early, but room service was just fine. Marriott Mattresses are always comfy.

Came to Dallas for the H2O concert with a few friends, checked in pretty late, after the concert was over, but were not given any trouble about it. An inconvinience was the check in time at 3pm. We had no option but to go to the stadium & change in the car and leave our luggage there too. Otherwise, no concerns! Our room was on the 7th floor & had a great view of dt dallas and a mural on a building across the way. The beds were by far the best in comfort that I've experienced in a while, very plush comforter and pillows, & CLEAN. Plus the swinging double outains was a nice addition, we wanted to sleep late and the room stayed as dark as night even at 11AM the sun right outside.
