The hotel was somewhat old and outdated, however; it was clean and relatively comfortable to stay in. Hotel staff were very courteous. They were able to accommodate me and my wife with a downstairs room as my wife was unable to walk up the stairs. Breakfast was pretty good...actually one of the better continental breakfasts i have had as compared to other hotels. Overall, good experience with hotel.

When I saw how little I'd be paying for a room in downtown Dallas, I figured it would would be just another cheap motel, but these rooms are great. The atmosphere of the room was very comfortable, it had plenty of outlets for all three of the laptops we had set up as well as free wireless internet with a great connection. The staff was very courteous and saw to our every need.

The room was clean. Bed linens and towels were clean and appeared almost new. The bathroom was very clean and in working order. The air conditioning worked well and the channel selection on the television was good. The pool and spa appeared clean and well maintained. The room was bug free, quiet, and comfortable. We slept well and I would consider staying there again. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Room 146 had roaches, the tub was dirty, and the smoke detector did not have batteries. When the staff was told about the problems at 5:30 a.m. and when I returned from the conference at 5:00 p.m., the problem was not taken care. I was on official business and will never stay at a Best Western ever again. My co-worker in Room 222 did not have air and the front desk clerk stated they turn the heat on.

A few of my friends told me after I made the reservation that Best Western was not a great place to stay in general. I don't know about the other BW's but this one was fine for my needs. Yes, there was a little wear and tear here and there but I have simple needs. The service was wonderful. That makes up for so many things in my book. I stayed there for a training I was doing in town. I recommend it for business travelers with simple, affordable needs. Families may be a little cramped overall.

I have a son with a birth defect and right now he can not walk - the carpet in this hotel was nasty. 1 of the bedspreads looked like it had blood on it. he next surgery he has we WILL NOT be staying there.

Our conference offered all types of hotels but they were all about twice the amount of money. We only were there to sleep and it was clean, quite, pleasant and felt safe. I would definitely send my friends and family to stay there. It is a hotel not a resort but perfect for our needs.

As a Best Western this hotel was fine. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and the location was convenient. My one complaint, as always with hotels like this, is the fact the the bathroom is TINY. The room was a decent size, so why not move the bathroom wall a couple feet and allow the bathroom to be large enough to be able to open and close the bathroom door without moving the bathmat. There's no reason to skimp on sq footage in the bathroom when you have the room available in the entire room. Overall, a good stay.

From the time I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with great service and the willingness to make my stay great. I stayed one night, but had a reservation made by the conference I was attending for another hotel across the way. Wished I had stayed for the rest of the time at Best Western!!

The hotel was alright i guess, but i really get tired of getting the crappiest room the hotel has everytime i book with hotels.com. The room i was given was a handicapped room which would be ok if was handicapped,but i'm not and those things get in the way, i don't like the handles on the shower and toilet and the fact that it didn't have a shower head but just a hand held shower head. The bathroom did not have a door. The room was clean and everything. I just don't understand why i get the worst room everytime i book with hotel.com, i don't know if it's the hotels fault or hotels.com, but anyway luckily i was only there one night.

The room was a little shady and some of the rooms in the hotel opened to the outside (not the best neighborhood, but close to the interstate, I-35 E). The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and the bed was not very comfortable.

The gentleman at the desk when I checked in was friendly and quickly got our room cards. When we got to the rooms they reeked of stale cigarette smoke.I had requested 2 non-smoking rooms and both stunk. We were in a hurry so did not have time to go to the desk and complain.

The person who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. He answered all of our inquiries and gave us information about things to do in Dallas. He was extremely helpful in getting us a taxi, even to the extent of going outside to make sure the driver found the hotel in a timely manner, because we were on a tight schedule. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very clean. The swimming pool is great and very clean. The only thing that we did not like is that the receptionist did not let us add a name on the reservation because it was made thru "hotels.com" and then when we requested a check out receipt or a proof that we had been in the hotel, she repeated that she was not going to be able to do that since this was made thru "hotels.com". Is that true?? That was not very welcoming. But the hotel itself was good.

I've been staying at this hotel for several years, because of its proximity to Dallas Market Center and the price, but I won't be returning in the future. Loud noise from I don't know what - plumbing, maybe - woke me up in the middle of the night and kept me awake.

When we arrived, the hot tub was down but the pool was working, and the maintenance guys had both working by the next day. Breakfast was a nice spread with great variety considering it was continental breakfast. The room we first received had an air conditioning drip, and they changed our room right away. The street the hotel was on wasn't a high traffic area, so we didn't hear cars driving by at all hours of the night. All in all we had a really great trip!

If you like a firm mattress this hotel is for you. Me? I woke up every morning with a back ache. It's really close to downtown at about half the price. I was a little disappointed by the breakfast; it had 2 different kinds of cereal, some tiny muffins, bagels and danishes. Overall, it was pretty average, which-in the end-was exactly what we were looking for.

The staff was very nice, the front desk clerk was willing to help with transportation and recommendations for dinner. The room was good, very comfortable. They provide soap, lotion, shampoo and body wash in dispensers in the room, along with other amenities. I would go back shoul the opportunity present itself.

On the last night of our stay, we returned to the hotel with a note stating that the air conditioner was being worked on and MIGHT be working that night. Luckily, it did come on that evening. After returning from dinner, there was a very FOUL odor on the ride up in the elevator and then in our room. The manager moved us to another room that didn't have the problem. Overall, the stay was fine, but these repairs made the stay a little uncomfortable.

Everything was good and the housekeepers were friendly, the only thing i didn't like was breakfast ended too early i get up everyday at 8 and by the time i got ready to go down breadfast was over so, thats the only thing, everything else was good.

The thermostate in the room did not work it was either on or off with fan/blower speed low medium high. No control over the temperture. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud and noisy it stayed on with the light. Other than that the bed was comfortable
