Quality Inn Central Denver - Denver

Nice place to stay for a night or two. Thin walls, doors slam - several of our neighbors were in and out slamming doors almost all night! Couldn't figure out exactly who it was - so couldn't complain. Beds comfy enough. Restaurant has limited options, but food was good. Wasn't able to take advantage of breakfast.

Overall our stay was good. This was our 2nd time at this hotel because of it's proximity to Coors Field and free shuttle bus. Getting to the game was fine, but the driver gave us the wrong number to call so we could get back to the hotel. We finally saw the driver again when he came to pick up other hotel guests. He didn't pick us up at the location […] he said he would be. (He was across the street) The van was packed full of people, and the driver didn't help us in to the van. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. They have a free full hot breakfast every morning. The hotel is located in an industrial area, and the Village Inn restaurant next door is only open until 3pm. We will probably stay here again. Rooms are comfortable. Our non smoking floor smelled like a cross between a skunk, and Marijuana and was quite strong in our room at times. The rates are reasonable especially when you consider free breakfast and shuttle service. Read more

My husband and I overall enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn Denver. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the complimentary full-course breakfast at the restaurant off the lobby within the hotel was very good and convenient. Although the plumbing was not very good in the room--the toilet didn't flush well and the coffee maker […] was not clean--the room was comfortable. For the price the room was great. I was on the 7th floor, rooms were clean, we put in the do not disturb sign as we had valuables left in the room but it was taken out and the room was cleaned, nothing was taken though. The free breakfast had everything from cereal to tortillas, ham, biscuits and gravy and more. This hotel was a great price, and in pretty close proximity to downtown. I was expecting a dive with the price I paid, it was very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, no bugs, good shower head and water pressure, and coupons for breakfast were included, although I didn't have a chance to use them. A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, and no bedbugs. […] I stayed on the eighth floor with a view of downtown. Its right on the interstate so there was some traffic noise but it wasn't outrageous. The service at the Quality Inn Denver made the stay for business worth while. The hotel provided free shuttle service within a five mile radius and was very fast about it. We were very pleased that the hotel expanded there shuttle hours to accomodate the us and the other guests that were there for the same reason. We found this hotel acceptable, it's not grand and not in the dumps. For wanting to be close to downtown without breaking the bank it did us fantastic! We had very friendly help from the people at the front desk as well as the hotel security. However, our room was VERY hot, and the bed was not as comfortable as hoped for. The pillows were tiny! If they get those things fized, it would be much better. Overall, it was a good value and very convenient.

The hotel was older but they have done a good job keeping it modern. The rooms smelled a little musty and the heater worked a little too well. The shuttle was extremely convenient!! Breakfast was good for a free one. Neighborhood was terrible though and you are right next to 70 and te railroad. Overall it was fine for the price.

I was completely satisfied with the customer service of every single employee we encountered! There was such a positive and friendly atmosphere. The hotel is clean and breakfast was great! Everything was going fine until we had to plug in our phone. By doing this we had to move the night stand off the phone cord and there was a used syringe behind the table!! Although the staff removed it we still felt uneasy there the rest of the time.

Excellent Hotel with great caring service, free breakfast buffet with more than 25 items and free Shuttle service to Western Stock Show and Downtown. I am very impressed with nice clean room and comfortable beds. All the staffs did a wonderful job even though hotel was 100% occupied during Stock Show. Thanks to Hotel Management and Staff.

This is a nice hotel. I only have a couple complaints. 1) a bit under staffed. A couple of nights, there was one person working the counter and apperantly after you stay there for so long your key gets deactivated (happened twice on a week long stay). Waiting to get a new key so you can go to bed is frustrating. 2) On our last night there was a party […] on our floor had to call security to get it taken care of. They still got a little routy. The next morning there was beer cans and pizza boxes all over the place. It was very close to where we were going to be and between late nights and early mornings it was nice. I stayed for one week. Understaffed, I moved rooms once, had to have the AC unit on to get it down to 90degrees. If you're coming here to sleep be advised the railroad tracks are closer to the bed than the bathroom and constantly running at night. Shower was broken, and the cleaned the room twice. Business center is small and wi if never worked.
