I'll keep it simple, the pros...convenient location to shopping, easy on and easy off the interstate, fair price, somewhat updated rooms and service that's tolerable. The room was comfortable, heating and cooling worked fine. Now the cons, housekeeping needs to be retrained or trained better or simply replaced. Look a little deeper and you'll see dirty […] toilet bowls, dirty floors behind the toilet, showers that were not cleaned properly, spatters of something on the shower walls. They've done a nice remodeling on the rooms at this property and I was mostly pleased. Still need better heating/ac units that will allow the fan to run continuously.

Will not be going back to this place. Checked in to 1/8 roll of TP and half a box of tissues. Ran out of TP (first day) that wasn't replaced for the rest of my 4 day stay. The front desk said they were "out" of TP and tissue. It took half an hour to fill the tub 1/2 way in the morning to clean up. Forget about the shower option, it was just a dribble. […] I don't mind the no new towels and make your own bed deal to save money but I do need the paper stuff and a working shower. Read more

The room were very clean and modern. The hotel service however was lacking. I stayed for 4 nights and not once did anyone ask to change my linens or replace my towels. I had to request it, anbd I think they charged me for it.

We frequent this hotel and while the price is great, sometimes we have issues. This time we had an upgraded room which was a suite. We walked in and the room appeared fine and clean, but...no toilet paper in the bathroom, no face cloths to wash your face..only one spoon..not enough sugar for coffee and the refrigerator was not clean and no ice tray. […] To me, this is substandard an their is no excuse for having to go to the front office and retrieve supplies for your room. Toilet was clogged and we had to request a plunger to use after every flush. Cigarette burns on the bathroom sink. Two out of the three lamps did not work. Fire alarm went off when someone burnt their dinner and opened the door instead of the window. Dogs running up and down hallway. Very disappointed.

We come to this hotel frequently. Although we have had a few instances of the fire alarm going off, this hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Friendly, helpful staff. Liked out-of-way, quiet location. Hotel and room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice kitchen area, if you want to cook your own meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff rude and not helpful at all. The guy who was there overnight refused to let me checkout at 630AM. So I had to wait until daylight clerk came in at 720AM. Cockroach seen on the bed within 5 minutes of arrival. I agree rent is low, but it comes with a guaranteed cheap service and quality of stay. I would not stay at this place again.

Unless you like hard, flat pillows, bring your own. Also, approach northbound on Pasquinelli Drive, otherwise you'll miss it. No signs for those arriving southbound.

I was stuck here because I could find no other place to stay and had to stay here. EVERYwhere else was booked; big tradeshow weekend. I needed some change for vending and the night person said I was SOL. I wouldn't recommend my dog for this place. Also, no soap or shampoo, really???

The room was okay. The room I initially was assigned to had no tv or light bulbs or shades for the lamps. However, the attendant was more then willing to correct the problem. She upgraded the room and everything was okay after that. The rooms are decent and affordable. Thank you!

Convenient to our destination and reasonably-priced. Had a few housekeeping issues - toilet seat broken, slow-draining tub, lights out in kitchen area, thermostat needed maintenance (battery?), kitchen flatware a bit skimpy - but nothing that adversely affected our 4-night stay. A perfect central hub to Chicago's western suburbs! Friendly check-in service, large room with convenient & well outfitted kitchenette, and easy access to a major highway made my visit with family even better! Hotel can be better than this, but it will cost you more $. For the money we paid Homestead Chicago - Westmont - Oak Brook was a very good stay. It has a small stove, fridge, microwave, etc. It's very good for people who want to stay away from fast food.

No hicieron la limpieza mas que una vez en toda la semana que estuvimos no nos querian dar kleenex el desayuno que ofrecen es pan fruta y cafe no me daban cafe descafeinafo no me gusto nadita el hotel y no regreso jamas a este tipo de hoteles si no hago la limpieza en mi casa menos en el hotel en el cual la tarifa no es nada barate
