There was supposed to be a microwave and refrigerator in room. There was not. We ordered baby beds. There wasn't any available eventhou at hotels.com it said they were free. booked two rooms, in one room the bedskirts were stained with god knows what, in the 2nd room, had to get a new room because the toilet was broken, and the room smelled like a smoke room in a non-smoking room. will not be returning to this hotel. overall the vacation was pleasant

The building was open. Every door that should have been accessible by key was wide open. The wifi was inactive most of the time however slow when available. The floors need to be shampooed and bathrooms need upgrading. This hotel needs serious renovations.

Rooms dirty, no water and kept getting told will call me back in 20 minutes. I never got any call back when I was told I would. Very poor service! No vending or ice machines, just trash piled where they were supposed to be. Elevator license expired in January I was there end of March.

So, I will preface by saying once I got to my room, all was fine. The ROOM itself was comfortable, the pillows plushy, slept well, water pressure temperature fine. HOWEVER, getting there was a trip. There must be some really trashy people and sloppy cleaning crew who stay there because at 8pm in the evening, the hallway stank of urine and trash, and […] there were linen carts spilling out of the housekeeping room and into the hallway, abandoned and piled with dirty laundry. It was so bad that at check out I hauled my luggage down the emergency exit stairs rather than go down that dank creepy hallway again. The free wifi was fine and the free breakfast was much more than most and certainly serviceable, but both guests and housekeeping need to have more pride in their public areas. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms where sub standard. The rooms where never properly cleaned. My kids dripped toothpaste in the sink and it was still there after we returned from Disneyland. The bathroom floors looked like they had not been properly mopped in months. I sent an email to the GM and have not heard back. When I complained to the staff their only response was "sorry", never asked what was wrong or what was not completed in the rooms. The entrance to get into the hotel for my room was in the back. This is located right by the laundry facility which the aroma of fabric softener or soap was really overpowering. I always tried to get to the elevator as fast as possible. The hotel was not horrible but it is just so old that is is weird. The room carpets are from the 70's and it has had a coat of paint since then! Nice location but it smells too much. Not good for the family. Pool was closed but no signs were posted. Staff was very helpful at all. With all the choices around I will not be going back there.

The hotel gave us another room but it had a smell of muck.
