"UNABLE TO SLEEP!"

The room was a great deal for the money; however, while we had stayed there previously and were quite happy, this trip (booked on hotels.com)we were put in a room that felt like the interstate was right on top of us. The traffic kept us awake ALL NIGHT LONG! I have to believe that is where hotels.com customers are assigned, since our friends who also stayed were assigned rooms in a different section of the motel (just as we were on a previous occasion when we had booked on the phone),and they had booked their reservation on the phone.
