Clean, nice staff, great showers. Could not connect to the Internet. Call the front desk and got "The radiation from the sun misaligned the satilites that is why the Internet is down." Really??? I connected my laptop to the hotel next door and got a connection. Over all we had a nice over night stay.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The only think I did not like was that the swimming pool did not open until 10:00 in the morning. I would have perferred that it open around 7:00. We were up and on the move before 10:00 every morning.

For the price it could be cleaner. The bathroom was disgusting! Hair on the shower wall from the previous people, and dirty hand prints, toilet was dirty. They are not cleaning well enough! It is ok if all you want to do is go to Opryland. To far from downtown.

Security was weak. Phone calls in the room from anyone. Guys from front desk just show up to upgrade tv.

Everyone was super nice and very helpfull. The front dest went the extra mile to help us with directions and shuttle buses. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay and very convenient to outlet malls and Opryland. The room was comfortable and roomy and at a great price. We would stay there again gladly!!!

Very satisfied with this hotel. Rooms were large and clean staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Opry Mills but not convenient to downtown except they have a shuttle service that will take you and pick you up for a small fee. Would definitely stay at again if we could not find a downtown hotel which was the case this weekend with the Country Music Marathon for St. Jude going on.

Das Hotel liegt ein paar Autominuten von der Grand Ole Opry und einer großen Outlett Mall entfernt. Drumherum gibt es einige Restaurants und Musikbars. Unser Zimmer war schön groß, mit Sofaecke, Kühlschrank und Kaffemaschine für Kapseln. Das Bad war auch sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war immer sauber. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Nur das WLAN hat am ersten Tag in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert, wurde aber am nächsten Tag umgehend behoben.

We had reserved two queen size rooms for a girls Nashville trip. The rooms were dirty-the people working the front desk were rude. The hotel was over priced and over rated. We were charged $2.00 a night for the safe in our room! CRAZY-We travel at least once a month and would NEVER go back. Any other place would be better.

This hotel is close to Opryland and was great. Our room looked new with great finishes and had everything we needed. K-cup coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Complimentary wi-fi was fast and breakfast hit the spot. The room was large with a nice couch. We will stay here again when we need to be in the Opryland area. The location is convenient to everything around there. A couple of things that I should have done better. I should have read other reviews since I missed the fact there was a shuttle downtown. While I usually like driving, I would have stayed on lower Broadway longer. Traffic around Opryland can be a real pain. It took 15 minutes to drive from the BW to General Jackson on a Saturday afternoon. Solid line of traffic all the way and parking in the mall lot was even worse.

The Best Western Hotel near Opryland was great! It seems newly renovated with granite countertops and nice flooring! We also got a round trip bus ride to downtown Nashville for only ten dollars each! It left every hour and worked out great because then we did not need to find and pay for parking or have a designated driver! The free breakfast had a good variety and was tasty!

This hotel is worth checking out. It is close to the mall and the opry. There is a shuttle the front desk will call for a round trip down town for $10 a person. The rooms are newly renovated and have plenty of room. Fridge and microwave came in handy after being out downtown. Led lighting was a little low in the bathroom but it is energy efficient. The bed was nice spacious and slept good,The only issue is the elevator was slow and only one was working. Had to take the stairs once to catch the shuttle. Besides that there were no other issues. The breakfast was ok again this is a hotel not Cracker Barrel

This hotel is very nice! It is located close to Gaylord Opryland Hotel, The Grand Ole Opry, and Opry Mills Shopping Mall. You could walk to it, it is that close, the problem is the traffic! The hotel offers a shuttle service that is very convenient that will take you to all the attractions down town on the hour and will bring you back on the half hour! We loved this service and used it all 4 days we were in town! Great place to stay!

We booked this Hotel to attend a Kenny Chesney concert in Nashville. It was a little farther out; but everything close was booked up so we took it. The Hotel itself is quite nice - rooms are spacious - but the bathrooms are tiny! We left for a couple of hours to get breakfast - when we returned the room had not been cleaned; we needed to shower so went ahead and did so - apparently that is when they decided to clean the room - since we were in it they left a note stating that it would not be cleaned - the maids were still out in the hall - so we asked if we could at least have clean towels - they said no - you have to take yours down to the lobby. The ladies at the front desk are nice, they will call the downtown shuttle for you - but the Men were very unfriendly (don't know why) It is very close to the Grand ole Opry - and for $10 roundtrip a shuttle will take you downtown so that was nice - elevators were really really slow - they offer a breakfast - but we did not eat it.

We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2013 with good results so we decided we would stay here again for a rare weekend away. I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I ever stay at another best western ever again. We recently lost an immediate family member unexpectedly & almost canceled our planned weekend but decided to go to get away. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 noon after being on the road since before 4:00am & asked if we could check in early. Posted check in time was 3:00pm. We were told no, without even looking to see if there were any rooms available. We expressed doubt since there were approximately 3 cars in the parking lot. We were again promptly told no without even checking to see if there were any rooms available. I then asked to cancel my reservation which they told me I could not without being charged. I understand posted check out times but I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where they did not at least try to accommodate their guests. A call to corporate was useless. They would not assist whatsoever. Guests beware. Quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a hotel.

One elevator working, breakfast OK. Manager rude, inflexible. This franchise owned hotel does a disservice to the Best Western name. We had to leave one day early due to an emergency at our home. Not given refund (even after corporate attempted) but more importantly manager accused us of lying. (offered to have him listen to our phone message). Buyer beware. We booked via booking.com who also tried to help. From my conversation with corporate other managers are more understanding, flexible. Not at this hotel. Customer service, basic operations (elevator) lacking.
