      The room thermostat was set for 85 degrees during the morning time schedule so I woke to the room being over 81 degrees and still heating. I had to reprogram t-stat to normal setpoints.

    I stayed at this hotel while my father had surgery at Jordan hospital. It was one exit away and just off the exit so it was very conveniently located. It was within walking distance to Plymouth Rock and other locations. All great. The downsides however were that the hotel was not clean by any means. The bathroom floor looked as if it hadn't even been […] swept. Even in a nonsmoking room it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The pool was very cloudy and green and extremely cold. The hallways were cloudy (from cigarette smoke) and just felt dirty. Quite honestly, I was afraid to use the towels, linens or anything because I just felt like the place was not clean. The woman at the desk was unhelpful and I was charged a rate different than the one I was told it would be. Overally, I could have spent $20 more and stayed a little further into town at the Hilton which looking back on now I wish I'd done. This hotel is a good example of the outside not telling enough about the inside. I've stayed in many hotels ranging in price but usually wind up in a budget low end hotel chain and even in some of the cheapest hotel rooms i've had better experiences than this one. Read more

    We found the Comfort Hotel on Samoset St. in Plymouth to be easily accessible, accommodating, and truly "comfort" able. The breakfast the next morning was a special "treat" - no need to drive all over the place to find a place to eat before departing the area. We definitely will come again.

    We used this location as a waypoint between Martha's Vineyard and Boston, with a day trip to the Plymouth attractions. Just a few miles to Plimoth Plantation and the harbor. Would stay here again

    We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Plymouth Mass, a very nice place to stay. There was a issue that was my fault. This issue was very professionaly handled by J. Brown and we were treated extremely well. The Inn is in a good location, it was very clean well kept place I recommend it . They won my future business. Thanks again!!

    We arrived after 10 PM and greated with friendly staff at check-in. We had an added value (not advertsied on the web) with breakfast included with our stay. Hostess for breakfast was friendly and helpful; they made our waffles for us. Also, they added food that was taken by earlier dining guests. We would stay at this location again.

    "Decent Hotel close to sights in Plymouth, MA"

    We were glad the hotel was close to sightseeing. Disapointed with breakfast - not much food and not enough room to accomidate the hotel vistors. Indoor pool room needed repairs. Other than that, hotel was clean and staff was great.
