We spent the weekend in Lexington for my sister's college graduation. Five family members in 2 rooms. My husband and I are self employed and internet access is a must. The wireless wouldn't connect in our room (and there was no wall connection option). The desk clerk rebooted the modem twice and still no go. 2 ipads, 2 dell laptops and 1 iphone could […] get no connection. I had a deadline that I missed because the problem wasn't fixed in the 2 days we stayed. My husband used the computer behind the front desk to check emails (SLOW connection) and I went to my parent's hotel to finally finish my work. None of the staff seemed concerned. As far as the hotel, our room temp was nice, great shower and water pressure, VERY SMALL breakfast area and food options, beverage vending machine was empty for over a day. The room and hotel is just fine for overnighting...nothing fancy -- but perfectly good. The pool looked nice - we just never had time to spend in it! Wish windows opened....I understand liability and safety, but I also like fresh air and a constant fan is a nuisance. Otherwise --- good place.

We chose this hotel for the price, which was reflected in the condition of the room. It smelled like a sweaty gym sock. Also, there's no elevator so luggage must be carried to second floor.

Noisy...hard to sleep, could hear doors slamming constantly. Wanted more towels and never received them. Front desk worker was nice but not enough for us to stay again. Pool was Very small.

Overall, it could've been worse. We chose this hotel as a convenient spot to stop on I-75, and mostly because it had the things we wanted as a family: an indoor pool, free breakfast, and free wireless Internet. I even called ahead to make sure that the pool was in working order before booking the room the day before. Things looked fine when we arrived, […] and the room was comfortable (although quite dated), so we crashed. The next morning, the breakfast was okay, although basically pre-packaged bread and cereal, with no real fruit selection. I think there was an orange. BUT, the pool was closed for maintenance, the wireless Internet wasn't working, and our room phone was dead! To their credit, the staff was helpful and did the best they could, and they did eventually get the Internet working, but the kids were really disappointed about the pool. The room was satisfactory. It was clean and I appreciated that. I was there for a conference and not really in the room much. I did not even partake in the free breakfast. Parking was convenient and there is a McDonald's within walking distance. My only complaint is there was a musty spell you had to get used to both in the halls and in the room.

This place was just gross all around. Service was bad and unfriendly. Everything was run down the non smoking room wreaked of smoke and the sheet covers were stained with dried snot on the walls... Do not go here.. Also the free breakfast was a joke .. This place should be burnt down.

the pop machine was empty...the snacks machine was not filled...and the bed was so HARD. it was like sleeping on the floor. we left hours earlier than planned because neither one of us could sleep. stay away!

We stayed one night at the Ramada Limited. The hotel is close to the University of Kentucky, shopping and restaurants. It has a pool, sauna and hot tub. The price was right, hotel staff helpful and our room was comfortable. We will stay here again when we return to Lexington.

So I did a 12 hour drive from ATL to my hometown in Michigan. Needed a nice halfway point. The night I stayed there were a lot of teenagers for some reason in the hotel. The front desk offered to put me in another room, but since I paid for a King I thought I'd keep my original room. Shortly there after the front desk called to make sure everything […] was okay. This Ramada is an older hotel but well maintained. I used it for a brief one night stay and it was more than adequate. It did include breakfast and that was respectable as well. If you are looking for an inexpensive night in the Lexington area, this hotel is for you.

This seemed like the best hotel pick by far, until the 3rd shift guy took his duty. I never did get to see his name but I have never been treated so BADLY in my entire life. I stayed here December 1st-2nd. The way I was talked to and the situations that unfolded have made my mind up on NEVER going to this hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised. For an older building the room and the hotel was immaculately clean and the room rate was reasonable. Customer service at the front desk was very helpful with giving us directions to the shopping center and restaurants which are less than one mile away. Easy acess to I-75. We would definately stay there again.

Maid service cleaned room but left no clean towels, front desk staff were not very cooperative in assisting us with booking our room for an additional night. Also the sign in front of the hotel stated one price but front desk charged a higher rate. This has happened to us several times at this hotel.

Overall good facilities except that carpeting in halls and rooms are old and somewhat dirty. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast on one of the two days was really good. People there are fine. Got wake up calls on time. Neitghborhood ok but not great. Lots of fast food nearby. Location close to interstate. Reasonable rates.
