"Our Favorite Place to Stay in T.O."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.
"An excellent hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.
"Adequate, not much more"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
We chose this hotel because it was closer to city center than most others and about half the nightly rate. The room was very clean and bed was pretty comfortable, good water pressure, etc. Furniture and linens were a bit aged but that was no problem. The ice machine wasn't working but the owner of the hotel was kind enough to fill our ice bucket out of her own freezer. Biggest problem with this room was that there was no thermostat, and it was VERY warm the second night. We were able to get the window open a little, but it was about 15 degrees warmer than we would have preferred. Very quick and easy drive to all the major shopping/dining in Burlington. Overall, this motel met our needs and saved us quite a bit of money over the other options. I would stay there again.
"Average Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
The free breakfast was good. The hotel itself was nice, but nothing special. Parking seemed very expensive.
"First trip to Toronto"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
It was a great experience. We arrived a bit early (almost 7am!) and the rep was kind enough to let us checked in (we drove 10hours from washington D.C.!!) This is a big bonus! The hotel rooms were clean and nice. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The gym, although small, suited our needs. Wish there is an indoor pool since it's ~30 degree out... The front desk was courteous when I called to inquire about some liquor availability, but the bartender hung up on me while I asked my friends which would they like. Bartenders are pleasant in person. Room service did a good job of cleaning while leaving things undisturbed. A bit of a drive (~20min no traffic) to downtown but not too bad and I expected this when I looked it up on the map. Only has 2 working luggage carts. Wish wifi is free in-room, not just front lobby. Great restaurants across the streets.

"Mediocre hotel, high cst"
For the price I paid, this hotel was below par. Very small and uncomfortable rooms Front desk not very polite or helpful. Could not provide me with anything I needed , nor were helpful in giving directions around the hotel. Breakfast is nothing to write about. Shuttle to airport seems to be more of a favor than a service High price
"Airport stop budget stay"
Everything was fine with our stay. However if you are going to airport the shuttle service only starts at 12 noon for every hour tik 1 am. So if you need shuttle service before or after these times this is nit the place to stay. Parking is only minimal per day , if you prefer this to park n'fly.

"You can do better for the money...."
Very poor service. The restaurant was extremely low end.
"Exceeding my expectations."
This hotel exceeded my expectations at check in. After driving all night, I arrived in Toronto 8 hrs earlier than scheduled. Taking a chance I went to the hotel to see if there would be any possibility that I could check in at 4:30 in the morning. Way ahead of normal C/I time. The staff at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating. By allowing […] me access to the room early, I was able to rest until noon, shower, eat and be on my way to my destination one day early. "Great Value for Money"
Hotel staff is helpful and curteous. Rooms are good for the rate. Location is convenient for quick access to the airport and for driving into Toronto or Niagra. Restaurant next door is pretty expenssive and can be avoided.
"Overnight Stay"
No vending (except ice) on my floor. Food at Grill inside was good. Sorry for the delay, I was on an extended trip to Cuba.
"Quality Inn in Toronto"
We found the Quality Inn very convenient for an overnight stopover from Toronto Airport. It was near closing time for the restaurant when we arrived, but the gentleman in charge kindly waited for us to complete checking in and getting our luggage placed in our room, so that we were able to get a snack before settling in.
The hotel is close to the airport.Room was clean. The person at the front desk was very helpful and couteous when we got there late at night
"Good value for the price"
Very pleasant staff, free parking, free breakfast, clean room and very comfortable bed. The only issues I had were the hefty $25/day/dog fee - definitely excessive. Also, the window heating/cooling system was very noisy, so I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep.
"No way"
There is no way I'd stay there again. The front lady was unfriendly and the place was a dump. No good at all.
"Quality Inn, Ambler Dr. Mississauga"
The hotel is not that easy to find and is in an industrial section of the city. I checked in and the attendant was very confused. He tried to charge me for my room even thought it was prepaid through hotels.com. I complained about the internet connection but nothing was done about it. The fitness room had 1 treadmill with a broken display, one elliptical […] trainer and 1 weight machine and nothing to clean off the equipment before or after use. The continental breakfast was good but that's about the only good thing I can say about this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it. Read more
"Quality Inn & Suites Airport"
Easy to get to off the 401. Good selection of dining in the area. Room was clean and hotel was well kept. Breakfast was good and better than most hotels I have stayed at. Would recommend it and would stay again.

"Good Deal"
After reading some negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised during our four day stay. Clean rooms, helpful personnel, satisfactory complimentary continental breakfasts. For the price, you can't ask for better than this. Just be aware that ordinary rooms do not include fridges or microwaves, only the suites have these conveniences. We would not […] hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends. Read more

"Quality Suites"
great stay, good location there are about 6 restaurants available within walking distance. Overall a great affordable hotel
"Quality Inn & Suites Airport"
Great if you have pets. However no microwave or mini fridge so bring your cooler. Don't bother with the breakfast it is not even enough for a child. However for something quick and cheap A&W is close by.
In spite of the information that a 24hr shuttle from the airport was available, and after we had phoned and been told they will pick us up in 10 minutes, we waited for an hour and finally had to go all the way back at the airport to the taxi stand to finally get a taxi.
