I've stayed here a few times now and it's always good. I'm starting to notice a few things getting old. Like the AC in the first room they gave us was not working well but they gave us another room with an even older AC unit (I couldn't read the #'s next to the dials anymore) but it worked and everything else was fine. The rooms looked clean and comfortable, though the hotel looked like it could use a little maintenance (ie. halls and elevator), but the location was great just a short drive to ruby falls and other Look Out Mountain attractions. The indoor pool was a geat bonus. Overall we enjoyed our stay. For the price I would stay here again.

The location was great if you are doing Lookout Mountain activities such as Ruby Falls, Incline Railroad or Rock City. About a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. The breakfast area was filthy and depleted when we ate around 8AM. When I asked the clerk if I could get eggs, I received an attitude, along with an "Eye ball roll". I would later hear […] the clerk complain on the phone on how they need more staff for the breakfast because she was running around all morning. We were unable to obtain a roll away bed. Also, this is not the hotel to stay at if you want to sleep in. We were woken up at 7AM to vacuming in the adjoining room. For one night, this place will do. 3rd and 4th floor are half smoking and it's horrible! I had to put towels under the door and duct tape around the door frame. The halls had a cigarette haze in them. We were very pleased with the hotel itself, clean, well maintained, pleasant staff, and a great continental breakfast. Right next to lookout mountain and 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Comfortable stay at this location. Kinda dissapointed that before reserving it said they had video game console but it wasnt one. Plus my reservation said check out time at noon but at the hotel its 11:30. Other than that a good hotel.

I was rather disappointed by the level of upkeep at this particular Baymont Inn. There were a number of indicators that this hotel had seen better days - there was no drain plug in the sink, the laminate was broken by the kleenex holder, a cigarette burn on the tub. Then there were the four different signs spotted on the way from our room down to the […] breakfast nook - 1.) On the tv by the breakfast nook: TV out of order, sorry for the inconvenie. 2.) On the ice machine on the first floor: Ice machine out of order, sorry for the inconvenience. 3.) On two rolling luggage racks in the hallway on the ground floor: Broken. Do not use. 4.) On the door to the stairwell: Please use other stairwell. This last one was the most problematic for me as it didn't indicate use in case of emergency was possible. Read more

Clean with a friendly helpful staff. Several places nearby to eat, although nothing fancy. Near a Wally world. Short drive to get to Lookout Mt attractions and not too far to downtown. There were a couple of maintenance issues that should be taken care of but all in all it was a pretty good place and a decent value

We just returned from our long weekend in Chattanooga. The hotel's location is very convenient - close to Lookout Mountain and next door to Wal Mart and other stores.
