Only one thing that made the stay bad. There was only one pack of cream and sugar for a room for two persons. Coffee was bitter to the taste. Other than that it was very good.

Never ending coffee but cups way too small. Good selection of food at breakfast bar but more seating would be helpful. Staff always accommodating to requests. I arrived expecting the two double bed room for my party that I had paid $10 extra for and was given a king suite because they did not have any rooms with two doubles. Should I have been given notice that they were out of that type of room and been given the cheaper option??

My husband and I spent one night here in April of 2013 for a concert at the Ford Center. It was in a convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff was polite and helpful, and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The hallways (carpet, mainly) were a little outdated and the floors felt like they buckled a little […] under your step, but this was not the case in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and very little noise from the nearby expressway. There was an iron/ironing board, blow dryer, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator, and I liked the free WIFI connection. Internet was down for almost 24 hours. People at the desk did not notify customers about it and no one could not fix it. For me this is one things I look for when pick a good hotel. If I would known I would have gotten another hotel. Good bed and clean hotel. However, the furniture is in need of being replace. Cushion on the couch are going flat.

There was construction, but you hardly noticed. But the business center was closed because of it. Also the fitness room equipment was not all working. They said we could go to another hotel to use their's but we didn't. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and quiet.

This hotel has PAPER THIN walls. I booked a king room about a week before I was set to stay in it. The hotel looks appealing, is close to most things you would want to do in Evansville and neighboring New Burgh. Our room was mostly clean, though there were some speckles of stuff left in the shower, and some dust on the bathroom floor. Nothing I couldn't […] live with. What I couldn't live with is, after having booked that far in advance, being placed in the room next to the elevator shaft, and the paper thin walls. This allowed me to hear clearly, every single elevator ride taken throughout the night, conversations in the elevator, the creaking of the shaft, and so on. Not only that, but the room next to us... As I went to bed at 11:30 and tried to sleep after an exhausting day of running around Evansville, I was kept but by the room next to ours. They were using normal speaking voices, there were no altercations, but I could hear EVERY. SINGLE. THING. they decided to say for over an hour and a half, until mercifully, they saw fit to go to bed. It did not stop there, however, as I could hear the gentleman in the room next door snoring through the night. Lesson learned, I will never book this hotel again. As a fairly extensive traveller who has stayed in many hotel rooms throughout my life, I can say I have NEVER experienced walls that thin. Read more

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately they had had a water leak days prior to us arriving that took away the area for their morning breakfast. They did everything they could to make things still accommodating as possible as they were making repairs to the space affected. My stay was pretty good! I have stayed at the Baymont Inn & Suites a few consecutive times so far and it has really been a pleasure to stay at that hotel. It's conveniently close to major businesses and the downtown area!
