When we first arrived we checked in a little early. Our room was a dump. I'm not very picky and I'm not exaggerating. The bed spreads looked like they had oil stains. The lamp was broken. The TV wasn't working and the phone wasn't working either. LMAO! So we called the front desk and they placed us in a real room. This room was clean, the comforters […] were clean, and the appliances were functioning. My rating went from a -10 to a 3 in the span of fifteen minutes. The wifi was great, the matress was comfortable, the shower was also good. The sink and counter is in the bathroom... which is nice if you're sharing the room with another person. Here's my complaints after three nights. The pillows were too squishy and completely devoid of any support- this is a big deal for me because I tend to get a stiff neck. I also wanted to point out that ALL the doors are VERY HEAVY. And the elevator is small and very awkward to enter because of a heavy outer door. If you are in a wheelchair or physically disabled then I would NOT RECOMMEND this place. And we found out on our last night that our thermostat was broken. Sheesh, housekeeping or managment needs to check that stuff! My girlfriend and I are professional videographers and and we were in town because we were shooting a wedding up in Portola Valley, CA. The hotel was in Sunnyvale, CA. We had to wait about 15 minutes before we could enter. we finally got in, the room was clean and the bathrooms were very nice. The best part about our stay was the breakfast they serve! not a continental, more like a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, fruits, breads, various juices, milk, coffee, tea and make your own waffles or pancakes, and a large screen TV in the breakfast eating room. Room key does not work. Reception has to open each and every room everytime you come in your room. Receptionist sleeps in the reception area and attends to the clients without shoes on. Bathroom shower is leaking on the floor. Doors in the hallway are filthy.

Its located in one of the best neighborhoods for Indians. Many Indian shops at walking distance such as restaurants, jewellers, gas stations etc. Breakfast is same everyday and not having much of choice so I would rate as just good enough but not great. Best point about the hotel is its neighborhood and approach.

The room was comfortable and clean and smelled okay. The hallway walls were visibly scratched, including the bottom of several doors. The breakfeast was nice.

This place was pretty good. Noisy toilets, though. There was noise throughout the night in the halls, room above, and the parking lot, but I don't think you can blame the motel for the noisy people staying in it.

There was water damage on the ceilings in bathroom and main room. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. Stains on the bed sheets. The morning person tried to charge my card even though it was prepaid thru you.

Well when we got there we had booked a King size bed room, be we had at the last moment brought along two of our four year old grandkids, so we went in to change rooms to two beds, he said it would cost more I said okay since I had booked another room in this same motel for my daughter and her kids. When we went to the new room the refridge didn't work […] so we called and he came to check it, he said it was work after he worked on it, so I put my wifes Meds in there. Had trouble with the AC finally got it to work. Next day checked my bank balance and found 4 charges from this motel, went up to ask about it at checkout and this "VERY RUDE" lady at the counter gave me some story about why the room cost more and that the charges would drop off after I checked out. One did and the others did not, no one would return my calls at this motel, needless to say I just gave up. Oh did I mention the both the pool and hot tub, one of the many things my grandkids want to use, was down for repairs? They told use we can walk next door and use the hotel next doors pool just show them our room key! Please people don't waste your time going there! Never going back! Read more

The family that operates the property care about their hotel and take pride in maintaining it, very nice folks. The physical facility itself is old, the drive entrance is unimpressive, and the aging elevator might give business travelers some doubt, but don't judge a book by it's cover! Wait until you step inside the renovated rooms, and you'll feel the comfort! Cameras are all over the place and made me feel safe. I visited this hotel for 5 nights on a business trip. While the hotel is old, the room was clean, the service was good and the breakfast was nice. Fruit, homemade waffles, cereal, yogurt and juices. The location is convenient to many restuarants and they have a good deal with a nice gym across the street. Good deal for price.

Can't believe this hotel received 2 stars. It is dirty, worn-out, dark and smoky. If you're a smoker and don't mind dirty, this place is for you. Every floor has a small balcony that is part of the outdoor stair well and is equipped with a plastic chair and ashtray full of butts. Adequate, but very thin walls and ceilings - a noisy neighbor like I had upstairs can keep you awake much of the night. Old furnishings in hallways. Funky elevator - haven't seen one like it since the 70s. Breakfast was better than the advertised continental. Everything else was fine.

We needed a comfortable place to stay near a family event. This fulfilled our needs. The only thing we had a worry about was the outside appearance of the hotel - but the inside was much better! The exterior doors were a bit difficult for my elderly aunt to open - but she was also happy with the interior of her room. All and all a good value!
