It was a very nice place to stay. There for a wedding in Los Altos. Convenient to that venue, but far to everything else. Needed a car. Some children in our party, and one day the pool was closed, the other day the hot tub was closed. Disappointing to the kids.

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Hilton seems to have made a strategic investment in high quality beds and desk chairs - and it is paying off. Customer service was also wonderful. I left my phone charger in the room and the representative at the front desk retrieved it and had it waiting for me when I returned to claim it.

It was a very nice clean and comfortable Hotel. When first arrived two men at desk were not as friendly as all others there. Staff throughout always smiled and were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and wonderful sheets!!

Nice hotel but there is no restaurant or room service on weekends. You can't even get a drink, this means people are bringing fast food poolside to eat and there were large take away pizza boxes left on top of the pool bins. Our group of 16 had a variety of ages and came from all over the country for a family event. Everyone raved about our daughter's selection of this hotel. Staff was polite, considerate and helpful in all matters. The beds were so perfect w/the selection of your firmness/softness that we all wanted to take them home! Conveniently located near quite a few restaurants and stores. Neighborhood isn't stellar, but isn't terrible either. The staff was friendly and courteous, and they had a nice (small) gym on-site. Would definite recommend this if you have business in the area.

I stayed here with my daughter on a busy soccer tournament weekend. I got a better rate by $10 a night than the block rate that was offered to our team by booking through Expedia. Yeah! We loved this hotel. Everything was beautiful, clean and new. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, cozy pillows and comforters. The bathroom had nice big towels, […] shower with good water pressure, plenty of counter space and builti-in blow dryer and a full selection of toiletries. There is a nice area with mini fridge, microwave and in-room coffee maker. The lobby with fireplace and the breakfast area was a nice place for us to hang out with soccer team mates and families. The breakfast here is the best I have ever seen on a complimentary basis. They have everything - omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, a wide variety of fresh fruit, scones, english muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh orange juice and grapefruit juice, tea, hot chocolate, and of course plenty of hot coffee. The staff were attentive and efficient taking care of a crowded room with seeminly no issues. Really one of the best stays away from home we've had in a very long time. Read more

The hotel was a very attractive place, well maintained with a very professional and friendly staff. I would go here again- in fact I'd have to be convinced to go elsewhere if I were to stay in the area again- because I was much more satisfied with the ambience and service than I have been at most of the other lodgings I've stayed at over the last 3 […] or 4 years. The only two very minor mentions I would give was that there was a bit more sound coming through the door but I and my partner are both very sound sensitive and it clearly didn't prevent us from sleeping and, frankly, I think my notice of this may have simply been the result of finding all else- especially for the price- top of the line. And also it's nice to have a checkout time posted on the door. The net effect of those, however, was too minor to being a deterent to staying there again. I do highly recommend this hotel. Read more

You get what you pay for here. The room itself was ok, but there were rips in the upholstery in one of the arm chairs and some of the carpeting seemed a bit worn. For all of the comments I read about how improved the hotel was since its rennovation, I was pretty unimpressed. I'd hate to see what it used to be like. They were especially busy, and weren't […] able to accomodate our booking request for a King sized bed which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable for my husband who is well over 6 ft. tall.
