Great small hotel, well...let me take that back: the room is actually a small one room apartment, so is quite big, compared to a regular hotel room. The area is perfect with great restaurants and places to go at a walking distance, very safe too. I wanted a happening place with city noise, it was perfect for me, but if you need a silent place that does not wake the kids up at night don’t go there (I mean the neighborhood or Mexico city for that matters, not the hotel)

I thought the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great for me because it was close to where I needed to be. 5 minute walk to a mall with a few American stores like Aldo and Guess, a movie theatre, and some restaurants. We were even able to walk and found a museum and site seeing. There was however construction going on in the hotel but it wasn't bad at all. They didn't start too early or stop too late.

Conveniently near the airport in Mexico City, Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto Ciudad de Mexico is close to Sports Palace Dome, Ayuntamiento, and Palacio Nacional. Also nearby are Metropolitan Cathedral and Zocalo.
Hotel Features.
Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto Ciudad de Mexico has an outdoor pool, a fitness facility, and a children's pool. The hotel features business amenities including a business center, a meeting/conference room, and audio-visual equipment. From the kind woman organizing the shuttle to the polite person who drove us back to the airport the next day, my stay at the Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto could not have been better. VERY quiet (built around an interior courtyard) and clean. Polite, friendly staff happy to speak in either Spanish or English. I would absolutely stay there again.

"Fiesta Inn - good for one night stay at airport"
we stayed here for one night while waiting for a connection the next day in Mexico City. it was close by and convenient. rooms are clean and adequate. i saw some of the reviews complained about security and cleanliness...which i would disagree with. i suppose they may not be exactly what you'd find in a US hotel, but definitely adequate. we couldn't […] find the shuttle a the airport, it would be good to know where to pick that up beforehand. we took a cab and it was fine, and took the shuttle back to the airport the next day. very friendly front-desk staff. "Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto Ciudad de Mexico"
Transportation from and back to the airport was efficient. I had to wait several hours in the a.m. for the pool to be cleaned before allowed to swim. The lobby had a banner advertising a complimentary breakfast, but the next morning they said we didn't qualify. The room, shower, bed, etc. was fine.the wireless internet worked well.

"Room door openable without a key!"
Our room door could be opened from the outside without a key. We didn't realize this until after we had left our luggage, passports, cash, etc in the room unattended for several hours. We came back to the room and I just happened to turn the knob before inserting the key card and the door opened. We were horrified and asked for a new room. They put […] us in a new room, although that one didn't have the security chain thing on the door. And there were rough looking men hanging out in the halls. We were glad to get out of this place in one piece. The hotel is directly across the street from the airport, which is really convenient. However, when we were leaving in the morning for our flight, there were about 20 people waiting for the free shuttle, and we ended up getting a taxi to avoid missing our flight. Read more

overall a decent hotel. takes a full five minutes to get there by bus so it is not right in the airport and the bus transfers in the evening can take a while to get you. the mornign transfers are great and about 15 minutes apart.the hotel has a very nice breakfats buffet and the eveing one is fine as well. "Wifi and shuttle"
I recommend this hotel for what it is: an airport hotel. The restaurant had a good menu and good food. I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked appealing--whether hot, cold or clean, I couldn't say as it's outside and it was a rainy night when I got there. The free in-room wifi is a definite plus and worked well--and this that I was what seemed miles […] from the reception area. The shuttle to the airport is also free, and operated on schedule and without fuss. The neighborhood is quite dark and might be scary if one is unfamiliar with Mexico; however, there was lots of family movement at 9:00 p.m. in the drizzle outside that came and went, and shrines to the virgin seemed to be on every corner, festooned with flowers. The only real issue I had was that at 5:00 a.m., the TV roared to life with the Mexican national anthem, and I had difficulty getting the thing to shut off. This may be an alarm system, but I didn't see any reference to it and was not told of it when I asked for a wake-up call. Read more

"close to airport"
I was able to get a very good deal with Hotels.com for this hotel as we had an overnight between flights. I was quite comfortable and the bed was great, room clean and very quiet. . .etc. My only complaint is that it is RIGHT next to the airport and there is really nothing in the neighbourhood so you have to eat at the hotel if you have not already […] eaten.. I recommend eating at the airport before you go to the hotel if you are only spending one night. Read more

"Budget hotel at premium price"
The staff is really nice, but this really looks like a cheap budget hotel even though the price is high! Good location close to the airport though.
"Old and expensive, but..."
This is a 3 stars hotel that has two main advantages: it is close to the airport and it has its own shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. This is good if you don't want to bring another hour or so in the heavy traffic of Mex City. It suits single persons and families, though the latter should think about this hotel as a transit […] possibility only, since there is really nothing to see in the nearest area of the hotel. Actually, I wouldn't recommend anybody to adventure in the surroundings of this hotel. When it comes to the service, me and my family arrived Mex City after a long 15 hours flight, so it was perfect to have a place where we could arrive within few minutes. However, the room was too warm to sleep in, so we asked someone to fix the air condition, but since it was still December (and it was "cold"), the management explained to us that the air condition system wasn't working yet. Nevertheless, we got another room with a big balcony that we could open during the night to get some "fresh" air. The prices of the hotel's restaurant were what surprised me the most, and not because they were low, but rather the opposite! The staff was good, polite and friendly and everybody were eager to let us feel comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind old fashion-furnished rooms, and expensive breakfast in the restaurant and if you are not planning to stay longer than one night. Read more
Very placent stay. I have forgoten certain items and the staff of the hotel was very helpful. Definitevely would recommend it
the only big problem is the heating. it was very cold and i called the reception and a ingineer played with the air conditioner and nothing helped. i caled a day after and was told that the air conditiner doesn/t heat and they brought me a heater. i suffered 2 nights from cold and i cannot understand why i couldn't get a heater at the first time. "Hard to find"
The hotel can be seen from highway, but difficult to get to needing to drove through seedy neighborhood. Signs would be helpfull! Hotel staffcould not decibe if the internet room was free to hotel guest. The night of our stay if was free, but the next morning they wanted to charge us.

"Desagradable Olor!!!!"
Las instalaciones del hotel dejan mucho que desear la estructuras estan muy deterioradas pero lo peor fue que el hotel tenia un olor muy desagradable !!! como que lo hubieran construido debajo de una fosa septica es un olor tan prenetrante que te intoxica !!! lo bueno es lo cerca que esta el Aeriopuerto.
"Desayuno"
El desayuno no estaba incluido en la compra. Si bien no decía en el voucher que estaba incluido, tampoco decía que no estaba incluido. Sugiero que se aclare bien que no lo incluye, así evitamos que los futuros huéspedes pasenun mal momento al saber que tienes un cargo extra.

La mayor ventaja es la proximidad al Aeropuerto. El personal del shuttle es muy amable. Hay un poco de dificultad a la hora de hacer reservaciones, pero es un lugar conveniente.

el hotel es clasico, muy estilo de los 80 ya es viejo, mi habitacion tuvo demasiados problemas de plomeria, las camas comodas , el edificio es de 2 niveles la vista de lashabitaciones no es interesante ( mi habitacion tuvo vista al estacionamiento) todos son muuy amables, ojala mejoren el hotel y lo hagan mas contemporaneo ya que es muy viejo ,

"Muy buena elección opción cerca al aeropuerto"
El hotel queda al frente de la terminal 1 del aeropuerto, sin embargo toma un poquito de tiempo llegar hasta allí. El hotel cuenta con un servicio muy eficiente de shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto cada 15-20 minutos. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y silenciosas. Recomendado para una noche de descanso antes de un viaje en la mañana.

cuando entras a la zona de los cuartos parece un hotel viejo, oscuro y frio, pero cuando conoces las habitaciones te das cuenta que son en sumo confortables y ... bien equipadas, y sus areas comunes como jardines y restaurante agradables, dan ganas de volver. SALUDOS

Excelente ubicación en cuanto a la cercanía al aeropuerto (yo me fui caminando a tomar mi vuelo). Los alrededores no son muy atractivos. Cuenta con servicio a cuarto las 24 hrs. por si llegas cuando han cerrado el restaurant a media noche. Amables y eficientes en recepción.

Hyvä hinta-laatu suhde. Joutuu ottamaan taksin lentokentältä, mutta hotelli tarjoaa myös ilmaista kuljetusta kentälle. Sänky oli kova, mutten ole varma ovatko ne yleisestikin kovempia kuin mihin suomalaiset ovat tottuneet. Aamupalabuffet oli loistava!
