Valley Forge Casino Resort - Casino Tower

Stayed here on a business trip. The room is overall very nice. Wifi was excellent for working. My only complaint would be that the hot tub/jucuzzi did not work. I asked to change to a room where it did but apparantly ALL the jucuzzi's don't work. That was the only bummer after a long day at the office. Otherwise the hotel is great.

Stayed here for a night before we continued to our final destination the next day. Easy on and off all major highways, very nice, big, and clean rooms! the casino is pretty small but I'm not a gambler so that didn't matter to me. Overall experience was very good, for the price I would definitely stay again in the future.

This hotel is a good value if it's location is convenient to what you want to do. Across the highway from Valley Forge Park and easy access to highways for getting around the Northern and Western suburbs. Overall kinda of fun especially if you like to enjoy a little gambling. I enjoyed the property, but the spa bath did not work (they told me they turned off the jets). This was one of the reasons I stayed at this hotel. I have a spa tub, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Every year, I travel to this area of Pennsylvania. This hotel is the closest to where I want to be. However, it is also very clean, and very nice. We checked in, went to our room and the keys didn't work. Went back to front desk where clerk said our cell phone deactivated them. she couldn't make new keys and kept blaming the computer but turned out her machine was unplugged. We were met at the room by someone from security who opened our door and left. We went inside to put our luggage away and […] discovered that the room was already occupied. We quickly left and went back to front desk and was given a new room. Unfortunatly for us the king suite we paid for was now unavailable it had been given to someone else so we were given a room with two queen beds. The room was adequate but disappointing. good stay. staff was very friendly and helpful. Casino was a little smaller than expeceted. Over all it was a nice stay, food pricing in the restaurants was as expected a little high, there was a few restaurants near by. I would recommend if you enjoy the Casino or are looking to be close to the mall.

When we booked this hotel, it was nearly fifty dollars a night less expensive then the surrounding hotels and was clean, had a restaurant, and free parking. It worked out so well, we booked it again the following night.

It was very convenient for the conference I was attending. And close to other attractions. The room was clean and confortable but the fridge kept making noise. I asked information desk for a small map or brochure about the Mall and other attractions. They could not provide any.

We booked 2 rooms for a family getaway. The rooms were old looking. The bathtub was grimey. I refused to give my three year old a shower. Our room was right above a night club, so all we heard all night was the music and the dj. The carpet in my in-laws room was stained, and the circut for the bathroom kept tripping.

I seldom write reviews, but I could not pass this hotel up. For a casino hotel, I was very disappointed. First off, I couldn't take a shower without the alarm system going off!! The steam actually sets off the alarm in your room so twice in mid-shower, I had to stop, and try to stop the ear deafening alarm. If you're a man and need to shave, be prepared […] to question the designer's decision to offset the mirror---it's not even hanging over the sink?!? I had to keep scooting over to shave. And forget telling the staff, they have a deal with it attitude. The rooms were just dated and dirty---the vanity area was immediately to the right as soon you entered your room so it gives zero privacy if you have guests over. The food was what you'd find in a food court of any mall and double the price---c'mon this is PA, not AC or Vegas. The hotel needs a lot of updating. The carpets in the hallway were worn and dirty. When I got to my room, the air conditioner was on full blast and it was freezing in the room. The heat did not work. The phone didn't work. The light switch didn't work so I had to walk into a dark room before I could turn on lights. I asked someone to fix these things, […] but no one ever did. I had to go back to the front desk and get new ones. After a long day, that was not what I needed each night.
