Didn't receive any of our preferences for Smoking or King Suite. Brought to their attention. Let us see a room which was perfect, but wouldn't let us move. Everything worked out though.

Hotel was just okay. Refrigerator had McDonald's bag in it from previous customer, no shampoo in bathroom, recliner was heavily worn on arms, tv remote was taped to keep batteries in, PLUS the entire grounds around the hotel was covered with DOG droppings! The size of the room was very good for the price. There is only a treadmill, bike and elliptical in the gym, minimal, but enough to get your workout in.

The hotel was not clean at all. Example: I went to use the microwave and there was a huge puddle of spilled coffee that was never cleaned. The bathroom was gross. The tv was not cable, it was still on analog which made the screen very very fuzzy. The staff was nice seemed as though they didn't want to be bothered. Checked in late, original room assigned wasn't cleaned. We had to wait while the night desk physically looked for an empty clean room for us. They did finally find us a clean room with a queen bed instead of the king we reserved.

We had chosen this hotel since we had stayed there on 2 other occasions. This time there was 'old food' including spoiled milk in the refrigerator. There was mildew in the bathtub and the room appeared not to have been cleaned for awhile other than the bed had been made. It made me wonder if the bed had been changed before we arrived. The first thing we found out is that the free breakfast advertised on the website is only on weekdays, NOT weekends. Then the first room they sent us to wasn't cleaned, so we had to go to another. That said, staff was friendly, pool stays open late, and it really is close to everything.

I wouldn't stay at this hotel as an extended stay place, but for a night or 2 it's just fine. Wouldn't be a comfortable place to be for any long period of time, not as nice as other extended stay hotels I've been at. Dated rooms, but clean. Extended Stay, for me, in not expected focused on "hotel service". By design they are sparsely resourced with respect to on site representatives. I need an affordable and close to as possible efficiency type apartment as possible. Unlike some other over price accommodations Extended Stay fits my need right fine. This place is dirty,we had a smoking room, but it seemed like the person before was a chain smoker, the pool was closed and it looked fine. Then at 9am the fire alarm went off and the whole Alparetta Fire Department showed up, there wasn't even any smoke or a fire.

I checked in at one time and their records show me checked in an hour earlier which wouldn't be a problem except they charged me for a long distance phone call from the room I stayed in. Hotel was fine. Breakfast options were limited. Pool was beautiful. Liked the kitchenette. The plug-in air freshener was overpowering and should not be put in the rooms since some people may have allergic reaction (asthma, COPD).

Great North Point / AlPharetta location. Friendly front desk staff. Looks good from the street. The rooms are just a place to lay your head. Some deferred maintenance but does the job on a budget. Safe neighborhood with great walking trail. Budget a few bucks per day for wifi access at this property.

It was reasonably priced, but the room was a bit cramped, the closet door did not work properly, and the bed was not very comfortable. It wasn't a nightmare experience by any means, but outside of its convenience to where I had to attend a meeting there was nothing in particular to recommend it.

Furnishings worn, stained and generally grubby. big hole (6-8 inches long!) torn in middle of blanket. (How could they miss this, when they made up the room?) For the cost, the hotel was a great value. It is in a nice, safe location with easy access on and off the highway. The hotel in general seemed a little "tired" and the amenities could have been a little nicer, but overall I would recommend it for its "bang for the buck".

Hotel adequately clean upon check in. Free Breakfast consisted of muffin or bagel and coffee only. Could use more variety. After few nights stay, pests started showing up in form of a variety of insects.

for the price, it was fine. However, there were some items that could stand some maintenance--like the air conditioner did not have the "knobs" on it to control the temperature. I had to take a butter knife to adjust the temperature.
