Overall a very nice, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For instance, they helped us find a tourist attraction not on the map and with figuring out the public transport to this site. One complaint I have is that the wifi isn't great in the rooms. Our devices would often drop it, and we would re-sign on or at times couldn't find it […] again at all. There was complimentary croissants and orange juice in the morning. Everything at the hotel was wonderful - nice staff and nice neighborhood. I could either hop on a metro which is right outside of the hotel or walk straight down to the city's main tourist attractions. Little eateries around the hotel so if you need early morning coffee or late night snack, you can have it without any trouble. The only thing that I […] was kind of annoyed by was that when I specifically indicated at the time of booking that I wanted two twin beds instead of one double bed and a non-smoking room. I ended up getting two twin beds but they were more like one double bed because of the fitted sheets pulled out on them. So I had to call and explain the situation and after some hassle they were able to take care of it. I also got a smoking room, which I ended up being okay with but the hotel obviously did not look at the requests I had made at the time of booking. Breakfasts had a broad selection of meats, breads cereals, yogurt, etc.. What a nice place. Really a business hotel in a tourist area, but as tourist we were made to feel very welcomed. Underground stop is only a few steps away from the hotel's door, making the Old Town area only a few minutes away. Location right in the middle of a shopping are/restaurant area. Room consisted of a separate living area with wet bar, fridge, […] microwave, sink, couch, chair and coffee table, work desk, and a separate TV from the Bedroom. The bedroom was good sized with a sink and closet in the next room. 1 more room over was located the tub/shower and commode (with a second door leading to the living area). All rooms were separated by sliding pocket doors. Bed firm and comfortable. Of the 10 rooms we stayed at in Europe on this trip, it was easily the best. Room was more than quiet, it was silent! One of the best overall we have EVER stayed at for the price - which was much less than the usual rack rate. Only problem we had was one of the 2 T.V.s was not working, but they replaced it the next day. No biggie, we were not there for the television programing. Read more

There were three of us, so we took a triple room which consisted of a double bed and a sofa bed. The room was a good size, and there was a kitchenette with microwave. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided was excellent. Disappointing for the grade and chain of hotels. Rooms facing the road were noisy and the lack of decent ventilation required windows to be open. Equipment was poorly mainatined (eg fridges) and the provision of cutlery and plates and items for use in making teas/coffees was varied and poor. 家族で4泊しました。部屋は広く清潔だし、朝食は美味しいし、地下鉄の駅は目の前にあるし、大満足のステイでした。　ただ、ホテル前のマリアヒルファー通りは、土曜日は歩行者天国のようになります。完全に車を停めているわけではなく、時々車は進入してくるという変な感じで、私たちは西駅まで大荷物抱えてタクシーに乗ろうとして、タクシーがなかなか来なくて、フロントの人にも「今日は車が入れない日だから、歩いた方がいいかも」と言われ困惑しました。結果、タクシーは来ましたが、ハラハラしたので、ここに泊まって週末にタクシー使おうと思っている方は気をつけた方がいいと思いました。

Dejligt hotel med rummelige værelser i gå-afstand til centrum. Ligger godt lige ud til u-bahn og indkøbsgade. Søde folk i receptionen. Locate at the heart of the major shopping street in Vienna and very near the metro station. Sound isolation could be better, laud at night (if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs!). Very practical underground parking in the building, but expensive, EUR 19,00/day. Good breakfast.

가족들과 겨울휴가로 비엔나에 갔는데...빈 서역과도 가깝고 박물관 구역 및 링과도 멀지 않아 여행하기에 아주 편했습니다. 특히 아침 식사가 깔끔한 것이 아주 좋았어요. 호텔 주변에 쇼핑할 만한 곳도 더러 있어 여러 면에서 아주 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다. 물론 직원들도 아주 친절했고 객실도 아파트 형태로 지내기에 여유롭고 편했습니다. 다음 번에 빈에 또 방문하면 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan Wenen. Ruime kamer, heerlijk bed. Receptie personeel behulpzaam en plezierig. Gratis wifi een plus, maar werd af en toe onderbroken. Teevee klein en ouderwets, maar je komt niet naar Wenen om tv te kijken. Een aanrader!

Na minha avaliação, esse hotel foi o mais perfeito que fiquei na viagem inteira que fiz pelo Leste Europeu. Fica colado da estação de metrô, próximo da estação de trem, limpo, novo, quarto espaçoso, próximo de várias lojas e bom atendimento. Somente o preço que não é tão bom, um pouco caro, mas pelo custo-benefício, vale muito a pena.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Hotelzimmer war auf den ersten Blick sehr sauber, allerdings ist mir von meiner Tochter der Schnuller unter das Bett gefallen und da wohnen die "Wollmäuse", schon Monate lang wurde da unten nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Das war etwas ekelig. Normalerweise hätte ich aber auch nicht unter das Bett geschaut.

Sin embargo, el hotel o, al menos, la habitación que nos dieron, no respondía a lo que esperábamos (no os fiéis de las fotos; haced caso de los comentarios de los usuarios). Too noisy at night for the low-floor room (close to the street); bad soundproof window affected the sleeping quality, especial too many people and car in the street! It is okay if you love shopping and crowded street/people feeling.
