We stopped here because is was right next door to the car dealership we were picking up a car from. The hotel is a little tired, the room had a musky smell, I don't know if that was the air conditioning unit or the carpet and it was not there in the morning. I would say the hotel was a little tired and in need of a refurbishment.

VERY good stay but the counter in front of the microwave had not been wiped and there was salt. Also, it would be nice if there were an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

I booked this hotel about a month ago for a romantic weekend. It was everything I hoped for. The staff was great and the room was wonderful! We booked the whirlpool suite. The best part was the bed!!!

We were upgraded from a handicapped room in which the heating system was unusually loud and prevented me from sleeping. We needed to request pillows since there was only one pillow on the bed in the first room. After transferring to the second room which was a suite, the whole picturte became a 180 degree change. After renovations are completed, I hope this property will be as inviting as it was when I started visiting it 14 years ago and continue to be willing to return as long as the level of service is maintained at the anticipated level that a Hilton should be. Staff was helpful and pleasant, but it was hard to find a front desk person at times. Overall the hotel was very nice, but with a few exceptions like hair on floor in the bathroom upon arrival, and trash and stains in elevator. The location was ideal for our family reunion, and overall it was a nice stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was very comfortable, clean and practical. There was a mini-fridge and microwave and I can't even begin to talk about how heavenly it was to sleep in the lush king size bed with feather pillows. Manager's reception was a welcomed surprise and a great way to wind down from a long day. They don't have to do so but to provide free refreshments and food coupled with a nice breakfast and very pleasant reception staff, I don't know what more someone could ask for.

Checked in and got in room and saw wet spot on ceiling where ac in room above was leaking in. Called front desk to tell them. In 3 min a guy came up looked at it called desk and said give them another room. He said he'd be back. In 5 min he was back and got our bags and took us to new room down the hall. The hotel lobby and the 1st floor had a foul odor. The hotel staff stated it was due to some trash not being picked up. Also the airconditioning unit did not work properly. We requested maintenance to come into the room and check the airconditioning unit. They sent a lady up to the room to check the airconditioner and she clearly did not know what she […] was doing. We informed her of the foul odor in the lobby and told her it smelled like a wet dog. She stated that 2 dogs were in the room 2 doors down from our room. She states that the hotel policy is no pets allowed, however the people in the room 2 doors down called the higher management in the hotel and were allowed to register for a room with the dogs anyway. Nice hotel, very clean, pretty good free breakfast. Room was spacious and, again, very clean. Good TV and has mic rowave and fridge in room. Great hotel and location if you need to access North and East Raleigh during your stay or ... if you want a place to stay on your way through Raleigh and need to move on Northward or Eastward the next day.

The room was everything that was stated. Clean and comfy. The "hot" breakfast was not as fresh as I remembered when I last stayed in a Hampton Inn, but better than continental. They had cold items that you microwaved, like pancakes, omlets, etc. Overall a great stay. My family didn't want to leave.

For the price, I found the hotel to be of great value! They provided free wi-fi, a good and free breakfast, and provided me with free bottles of water which for those who travel, can be an unwanted expense.The staff was very friendly and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The quality at this Hampton was up to par with what I've come to expect from the chain, and that I could stay at a reasonable price. I've had better breakfasts at other Hamptons, but it still wasn't bad for being included with the room--better than a typical continental breakfast. The room was well-cared for, and when the issue of a flickering bathroom […] light was brought to the front desk's attention, they took care of it promptly. I was pleased to have a fridge and microwave in the room, as many cheaper lodging options would not offer these amenities. The Wi-Fi didn't seem to work on my iPod, but I didn't take much time to look into it or ask for assistance, as we didn't spend enough time in the room to warrant it.
