The only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable. Other than that, great place to stay.

Unlike most Orlando area guests, we were there not to visit the theme parks but to attend a convention at the large resort facility right across the street. We were well satisfied with our clean, comfortable, affordable, easily accessible accommodations that included free wi-fi and breakfast (which the higher-priced facility did not).

Other than the location of the hotel, everything was pretty pathetic. Feels like a hospital from inside. Rooms are old and smelly. Lifts smell like weed. 1 out of 5!!

After reviewing the hotel from previous guests comments on this site, I chose this hotel for its location and price. The hotel was clean, guest check in / out speedy and customer friendly. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The hotel offers park shuttle service which is a bonus and departs at 730am but doesnt return until after 6pm. The location […] is off of International Drive (not on it but setback behind the Walgreens) with a Walgreens (which has Everything!) in the same parking lot. There is a discomfort odor in the hallway of the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is OK. Fast check in and check out. Nice breakfast. Convenient to attactrations, such as disney world and Universal Studios.

The location was really great for me. It was close enough to the highway to head to Tampa or downtown as well as able to drive down the street with no real delay. The hotel itself was kept very clean. My only concern is more time for breakfast or easier access to food

The door handle in our room fell off and we were trapped - had to "McGyver" our way out! Booked this room over a few others based on price location and ratings. This one best the others for their hit breakfast. Waffle maker seemed to leave the waffle a raw in the center. Garbage. Our hotel room was clean, the hotel is clean overall but the staff, especially at the front desk were not very helpful. I complained on Sunday 3 times that the toilet was not flushing and no one came. They gave me a plunger to plunge the toilet. In the evening I called again and was told I can move to another room. I had already unpacked and it was […] late so we didn't move that night. On Monday we left early to go Universal studios, when we got back I thought that the toilet was fix. It was not, so I complained again on Tuesday and the manager was there so she got someone to fix the toilet. On Monday when we got back from Universal studios our room was not cleaned. Only the beds were made. The coffee pot wasn't cleaned, I did not get new supplies and the bathroom did not get cleaned. When we checked in we were told we can print our tickets to Universal, however, another staff said she can't print for us. The concierge was overcharging us for the tickets to Orlando so we ended up buying the tickets online but still had to go in the line for our tickets since we couldn't print. On Tuesday we went out and return around 3.30pm and houskeeping did not clean our room. When they came we were eating so I told them to return in 15 minutes. They returned at 4pm. We wanted to do some laundry but there were no coins at the front desk. The vending machine does not take the dollars. Myself and one of my kids had to use the restrooms in the lobby because our toilet was out of commission. Read more

The hotel was a great value for the area and proximity to Universal. The floor we stayed on had a strong chemical cleaning odor but nothing unpleasant. The staff was both friendly and helpful. The night staff happily provided me with another set of sheets when my daughter got sick during the night. Overall, a good stay.

Good clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Wifi works. Good Breakfast options for free but go early or you'll eat cold eggs and breakfast meats. A bit hard to find, but I actually prefer the location because it probably more secure since its tucked back from I drive. Lots of families on vacation but I don't mind as a business traveler.
