We were pleasantly suprised with this hotel. I don't believe I have ever stayed at a hotel with a restroom (including a shower) in the pool area...great for someone who has small children! Having checked in later in the evening, it was great to have a list, with phone numbers of places to eat and who delivered to the hotel provided at the front desk (didn't even have to ask for it).

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN. THE HOTEL WAS WORTH THE PRICE AND WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I WILL DEFINETLY BE BACK HERE AGAIN. VERY CLOSE TO RESTAURANT, AND SHOPPING.

No problems with the hotel once we were checked in. The hotel did not have our reservation made with hotels.com. We had to call and wait 10-15 min. for an operator to confirm our reservation. Lucky they still had a room. Guess I will call hotel directly next time and confirm directly.

My room key didn't work, and I had to have someone at the front desk. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the remote to the TV didn't work.

The inside of the hotel was very modern, clean, and welcoming. The room was well kept and the pool area was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We had 2 rooms reserved. We were able to have them next to each other and both were nice. We had extra towels in each room. Not being from the area we called the front desk about places to eat and/or have food delivered. Everyone was very helpful. The free breakfast in the a.m. was great. Our kids had a great time in the pool and hottub. The pool was on the chilly side, but the kids didn't mind. All in all a great time was had by all!

I visited a hotel not far from home to just get away and relax without the madness that life brings. I decided to stay at AmericInn and as soon as I walked in the door, I helped a gentleman fix the rug so that no one would trip. I would do that anywhere it's just second nature for me to. Anyway, he was very shocked and appreciative that I did something that was so little. He went around the desk to assist me and was extremely respectful. I was a bit early and asked if I could still check in. He said of course and asked if I had a preference. I told him no. I know that sounds normal to most, but it was a "southern comfort" that he gave me and I typically don't receive that from other hotels that I've visited and paid a lot more for. So thanks to the staff there and keep up the good work.

Good quiet hotel. Construction is insulated Concrete which makes for nice quiet rooms. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff always friendly.

It was close to the freeway but we didn't hear any highway noise. The room and common areas were clean and neat. Would stay there again. Awesome continental breakfast! I used the computer in the lobby to get directions to some attractions - very handy. I also liked the coffee in the lobby but it would have been nice to have a microwave oven to warm it up - it was usually not hot. The curved shower curtain rod gave a bit more room - just a little nicer than most hotels.

Nice clean room for the price paid. I had to switch rooms after the first room they gave me had a bad telephone connection (my cell phone had died). The front desk got me moved to another room across the hall within minutes and all was well.

Great place-extremely clean, very friendly service. The only complaint is that the mattress was horrible! It sagged in the middle so bad that my feet were higher than my head! I told the management about it and they were great. They vowed to fix the situation.
