SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Bothell

We checked in and the room looked great, had everything the ad stated. Went to dinner and came back to watch some TV. The room was billed at two LCD TV's but the TV in the sitting area had Major issues. The cable cord in the back was broken and we could not get a picture. My two teenage daughters came with us and they wanted to watch other movies and […] not what we were watching. I went down to the front desk to see if the TV could be fixed or if we could be swittched rooms and I guess that was not something you could ask at this motel. The night clerk was very rude and stated she had no one to fix the situation and that this type of problem was not a reason to be switched rooms. Not getting anything accomplished with the night clerk I went back to my room and we proceeded to watch what the girls wanted. The next morning a repair man did come and fix the TV but it was too late since we were checking out. Please teach your night clerk some customer service skills and to listen to customer complaints. The service was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. The only thing disappointing items were the COLD indoor pool and the broken hot tub. This was the TOP reason we went out of our way to stay here. Other than that, it was all good.

It would be hard to beat the combination of location, service, and price offered by the SpringHill Suites. Within a few miles are dozens of wineries and several great restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone doing a Washington wine tasting trip.

We were travelling without reservations in Seattle area and had difficulty finding a good place to stay. Decided to go out a ways from Seattle and it was a lucky, good decision. Quiet, clean area. Clean, newer hotel, lots of free parking. We would stay here again. Safe environment.

Rooms are decent size and had all that you need for a short stay. Disappointed that they use paper and plastic for comp. breakfast - huge waste and would consider staying elsewhere due to the lack of responsibility by the hotel.

We stayed there for one night. Very clean and new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location isn't great but this is amongst the best quality for price deals around. I would go back anytime.

Excellent location for convenience and there are some ammenities within a short drive. Don't expect to walk to any restaurants or shops, though. Very quiet area (at least during the weekends as the hotel is situated in a business park). Easy access to major highways so that you can get to things you want to see and do. Would stay there again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel. The room was clean. Pool was full of clean towels. We will be back. The hotel was too far out from Downtown Seattle as that is where we were headed.

We were suprized when we arrived and the Hotel was in the middle of a Teck Park.Interesting, the facilities are great, the desk staff were friendly but not informed about visitor sites in Seattle. maybe there is no need because the hotel likey serves the Teck business in the park. I think there could more pamphlets in the hotel about services - groceries, […] restaurats, etc in the general area. Everything was fine. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and tidy. But maybe because it was winter, the kids liked to go swimming but the pool was so cold that they couldn't enjoy the swim. We have been to this hotel many times because it can cater my family of five, which a lot of hotels do not. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

My sister and I went down to Bothell, Washington to meet up with a friend for a day as well as to do some Christmas Shopping. We were so pleased with the front desk, Rachell. She was so helpful about finding us a good restaurant to dine in with a mapquest directions. The Suite was fabulous, the hot tub was clean and the pool was very well cared and […] maintained. Amazing hotel with great amenities. The room was spacious and clean. Two queen beds with a pull out sofa bed made it ideal for kids. The continental breakfast was awesome and very filling, the kids couldn't get enough of it! Great selection and variety. I would DEFINITELY go back to this hotel!

This hotel is in a business district but on a Friday night it was very quiet. The suite was huge with fridge and microwave and large washroom. Comfortable beds too. The breakfast was standard, small dining area. Had a good stay and would stay there again.

We had a hard time finding this place and stopped by another nearby Marriott to ask directions, but were steered down the wrong street! Then had difficulty because they hadn't turned the outside lights on. The hotel is in the middle of a business district, so not really appropriate for family travel. Good hotel - solid 3* - nothing fancy but everything was clean, the staff really are excellent and the breakfast was good. The only thing we were disappointed in was the bed - not terribly comfortable (but fine for 3 nights) and the linen / duvet were not what I would expect from a Marriott. But for all that, good value for the price.
