Modern building near the airport, Nice polite staff .... the room was noisy. I could hear toilets flush, showers run, the ice machine on the floor above me. The room noise insulation is too weak with regard to the freeway proximity. The room stays very noisy at night due to high traffic on the freeway.

Get a room not facing the highway, hotel is new, hard to regulate room temperature because of 10'+ ceilings, rooms are NYC size. Good thing is they have a bistro and "Starbucks"- but don't expect much from your barista in service or drinks (i.e.you can't have a venti iced drink). If it wasn't for the newness/cleanliness I would rate it a 3.

We stayed here overnight because we had an early morning flight. The bed was comfortable. The room was not too big, but it was okay. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We left our car there and took their shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient.

This hotel was very convenient to get to with the Shuttle, was very clean & I think that was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! They were in the middle of some construction, but we were put far away from it, so didn't bother us.

I stayed here for a night during my drive from California to Colorado. The hotel staff was attentive and nice. Lots of parking was available, with a small pool and exercise room. I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport, and we had an early flight. The sight advertises a lounge where guests can relax with a drink. They indeed serve wine and beer in a brightly lit room, but you must order food in order to partake. Staff was a bit standoffish while explaining the drink policy. We only stayed one night, arriving late and happy to see the restaurant stayed open till 10 pm. The pool area w/hottub looked great and there was a nice lounge wlarge TV to hang out in, as well as a business center. Room was large and comfortable although the bath needs updating.

enjoyed our stay. your front desk staff is always very nice and helpful. the gal from hawaii was especially kind to us. our son is disabled and she tried to find a room that might have been even closer for him to walk to. we had not even asked her, she just saw how slow he walked and tried to help us. kudos to marriott courtyard slc airport!!

This is our second time staying here. We came to go skiing and stayed here because of the great prices and the easy/close proximity to the slopes. There are several resorts you can go to, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We visited Yellowstone in August, 2011. We had a great time. Our return flight was from Salt Lake City to Houston. We decided to stay at this hotel since it was close to the airport and my past experience with Courtyard Hotels by Marriott has been good. Although the hotel is close to the airport, it is hard to get to. When I called to get the direction, […] I was told by the front desk that it is the first hotel on the left after I exit from the highway. They failed to tell me that I had to go to the first light and turn left and go all the way around to the back to get to the hotel. Since it is located on a private road, our GPS could not locate it by address. The first left is actually a U-turn and it puts you on to the ramp going back to the same highway that I had just come from. Anyway, after a 5+ mile unintended detour we managed to reach the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and mentioned that sometimes people turn left before the first light and then it is hard to get to the hotel. I wonder why the same person did not give me this useful information when I called earlier. I ignored it as a slip and checked in. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the mountain facing room also faces the on ramp to the highway. Needless to say it was noisy. The kicker was the next morning. We had paid for a room with a full breakfast. When we went to the restaurant, the waiter shooed us away by saying that the breakfast was in the room across the hallway. We were shocked by his rude manner. It was almost like we were imposing upon him by walking into the restaurant. We found that the room he had sent us to was for a tour group that had already finished their breakfast and there were crumbs left in the food trays. There was none of the hot food that we had paid for. I went to the front desk and told them that we had paid for the full breakfast. When I checked into the hotel late on Saturday for and early flight on Sunday, the young man at the front desk told me that there was a lot of road construction and provided detailed alternative routes to the airport. Overall a great (though short) stay.

When I arrived at the hotel to check in. The Courtyard did not have any information on my stay. I had to used my conf. paperwork to proof the a had a resv. Once everything got straight out, it was a great place.
