As usual, Red Roof Inn failed to disappoint me when I have looked for a balance between cost and decency of accommodation. Indeed, it is the best value for the buck and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had to change my booking and then check out early due to personal reasons but the hotel didnt flinch but rather gave me (through Hotels.com) a full refund for unspent nights. Needless to say, I will prefer to stay here when I can.

There were certainly less expensive hotels to be had, but the Crowne delivered a big bang for a reaonable buck, The hotel is adventureously styled and felt like a high ticket venue without the sucker pricing. The staff us very welcoming and resourceful. I will be back.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby that included cookies in the afternoon. It was convenient for walking to the sites in Worcester and not too far from Old Sturbridge Village.
"Not Worth"
They are cutting small small items in the room-like lotion, shower cap etc. These creates inconvenience though.

Everything was fine, except the staff. They were OUTSTANDING. They couldn't have been friendlier, more cordial, or more helpful. I would return just for that level of welcome and service.
Mariott Courtyard is very centrally located. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I recommend this hotel.

"downtown location"
great hote, right next to many downtown amenities - good swimming pool. No free breakfast!

Fine hotel, nice staff a bit out of the way of restaraunts, shopping etc. Pool was tiny, luckily we hit the hot tub when noone else did. Breakfast buffet good for the price. For a quick hit, the hotel was great but for any more than a night with kids there's nothing for them to do at the hotel or anywhere around there.

"Amazing Hotel"
The hotel is literally 4 blocks from the MCPHS, which is where I was interviewing. They have a free shuttle to take you to and from the school. They also have a great breakfast selection and dinner delivery to your room from restaurants! It was a great experience. Everything was perfect.

Title says it all... OK room at an OK price, but the pool / spa water was unclean.

Clean, friendly, close to where we wanted to be (WPI) and the smallest room we have ever rented at a Marriott. You can not put 3 people comfortably in that room. The deck was almost as big as the room.

"blood on the sheets and pillowcases"
It was not as though someone was murdered there. Just a few smears and drops of blood when we took down the bed at 11 at night. Probably the housekeeping staff had a cut and didn't realize she had bled on the bedsheets. The manager sent someone up with a pile of sheets (and no pillowcases) and wanted us to make up the bed. We kind of expected him to […] do it and he asked us to strip the bed for him. Like I want to deal with someones dried blood if he doesn't? He finally explained he was in maintenance and was supposed to leave at 11. Although the manager offered to give us a new room, we didn't feel like getting dressed and packing up at 11 at night. "Clean, but not worth the price!"
Hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of ambulance noise on the street, easily heard through windows. No mini fridge in the room. Not a convenient location for the town, but easy to access. Overall an ok stay, but not worth the price charged.

We have been there before and it was OK. But this time was awful. The room stunk of cigarettes. We were told there were no other rooms. When my brother got there. On the second nigjht he found the had cancelled his reservation.There was a noisy party that woke us at 3 AM Well the wedding we came for was great but not the marriott Courttyard.

"Marriott Worcester Hotel-- worth a visit"
This well-run and comfortable hotel seems to be in an neighborhood that is being / has been gentrified. There was a lovely pub-restaurant about a block away and the Worcester Art Museum is about 4 blocks. The staff was quite helpful. I'd definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
"Just OK"
Pro: Convient to Becker College. Cons: There were dirty linens in the pull out sofa bed and no clean ones in the room. To make matters worse, the hotel was full, so there were no extra pillows for use with the sofa bed since we checked in late. No surprise, it was not very comfortable. Also, the bed was hard so we woke stiff & sore.

There are not a lot of hotel choices in the Worcester / Holden area of MA, so Courtyard Mariott was most convenient location choice. The staff were friendly, the pool was nice, the spa was too hot though. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, Just enough for 2 people though, not a large room. "Great Hotel"
From the front desk to the room, everything was great. Quiet neighborhood and nice people all around. But I was surprised when they charged my credit card $4.19 for an animated movie my 3 year old daughter put on. This is a movie that shows on our free TBS channel locally in New York. I stay at this hotel because the beds are so comfortable! Plus the rooms with two beds are Queen size rather than Full size so that is nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpfull. Bathroom was very large. King size bed was very comfy. Jacuzzi was nice. Liked that I could workout any time.

Good hotel for cost and location. Except the 3 nights that we stayed the key would not work everytime we got up to our room they had to re program. Overall wasn't a huge deal

"Great hotel...but"
As a business traveler, I found this hotel to be comfortable and reasonably convenient. However, I did not receive a receipt when I checked out and had to request one. What I was given did not provide even the slightest amount of detail (not discovered until my return). I ate breakfast in the hotel breakfast nook and, while the food was good, it was […] not clear I would be charged. When I was billed, I was not given a receipt and had to track down the attendant to ask for one. My room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room and the hair dryer was stored on the top shelf of the closet where it was not at all obvious (thankfully, I had my own). The carpeting was lightly stained but otherwise appeared to be clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Everything else was clean and in good repair. I did not use the in-room coffee maker. "Excellent value for the price - Worcester"
My basic use of the hotel room was just as a place to keep my things as I attended a concert a few blocks away at the Palladium and to sleep off the after-effects of said concert. The room was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable, the room smelled fresh and clean and I liked how it was laid out, very nice decor. If I had business in the downtown […] area and I had to stay somewhere for a few nights to a week, I'd give this place a go. I liked the easy to access Internet just outside the lobby as well. I didn't have to wait at all to jump on for a few minutes. The cafe looked nice too, but I can't give it a review as I did not eat there.
