We booked and prepaid for two double beds and we checked in and they only had a king with a sleeper sofa and our room was out of the hotel like a motel.

Only problem we had was trying to get into the room upon checking. The room was on second floor and had a outside room door. The door keys would not work and of course then couldn't get back inside motel except going down outside stairs and around the whole bldg to get back to front desk, while my wife waited in windy and freezing temps. This hotel needs to replace the mattresses on the beds and the water pressure was a little low, otherwise it was a nice hotel. They were doing some remodeling there, so maybe it is in their plan.

The facility was not well maintained. The furniture was very worn. The first night there was no soap in the room. The third night there were no clean towels left in the room. On both of these occasions, I tried to call the front desk numerous times with no answer. I finally went down to the front desk and found the worker outside smoking! One of the […] main reasons we booked this hotel was for a hot tub. The hot tub had been broken for over 3 months and they had no intentions of repairing it. Staff of hotel was friendly and courteous. Pool was nice and well-maintained. Breakfasts provided were very good. Wi-fi service and shower did not work properly, and requests to fix both of them lead to nothing. Air conditioning temperature worked well during a very hot seven days - but the system is very noisy. Well the hotel was being painted; painters everywhere and the smell that goes with new paint. The lobby was a disaster due to painters. It had to be done but wish it didn't happen when I was there after a long drive.

While we were very pleased with the hotel employees and could not have ask them to be better, our room had a stunning view of a refinery which depending on the exact direction of the wind at times made it impossible to sit out on the balconey. The bathroom sink had a hole in it around the drain and I marvelled that that big of a hole didn't even drip […] onto the floor. For the size of the room, which we were happy with we felt the jacuzzi was too small. Great location. Nice and clean. Helpful staff. Other than the fact that we asked for adjoining rooms months in advance and when we arrived and were told they didn't have them only to find out that one of our rooms was in fact joined to a room, it was a decent hotel. Breakfast was iffy. No fresh fruit. All processed foods that were ok.

This was a very nice hotel off the freeway and close to downtown. The room rates were excellent the room was cozy and the staff was attentive and informative ! The only drawbacks were that the pool was not available for use and 2 out of the 3 nites upon heading out for the evening there were no less than 3 police cars parked in front. Had nice staff and the rooms were clean and comfy, and overall quiet except for the air unit (unless you like white noise). Hot showers, good breakfast, coffeemaker in the room, and about 3 mins from downtown. Everything you need!

We arrived at 4 in the afternoon and our room had not been made up. After supper we returned to find the room done but no coffee for the machine and no shower curtain in the bathroom. When we asked for no maid service our 2nd day we got maid service. Overall a very average stay. The front desk people were pleasant and did help when when requested.

This hotel even covers my biggest requirement. An exhaust fan in the bathroom. Most hotels do not have an exhaust fan in the room, bathroom or even a window that you can open. Was very clean, comfortable & I would stay here again.

I did not have shampoo, soap, or any other items in my room when i checked in. Additionally the Air conditioner was very loud and would make odd noises. It often woke me up. My final complaint is that there were several large beetles in my room at various times. My wife and I went to a concert at the BOK Center in Tulsa. The hotel location was perfect, 5 minutes from the BOK Center. Then staff was very nice, room clean and breakafast was very nice. We will stay there again the next time we visit Tulsa.

the entire four days the spa did not work, the bottom of the pool was dirty, the outlet my the microwave did not work so I had to move the coffee pot to use it and could not use the microwave at all. The room and bathroom was clean. the hotel was located in a great place to go around all the road construction.
