Most of experience was good. Unfortunately, we had some very noisy "neighbors" who continued to talk loudly and make noise until I called the front desk at 1:00 a.m. The desk attendent was apologetic and said she would take care of it. About 10 minutes later, she knocked at the neighbors door and asked them to quiet down....which they did, thankfully. […] My only regret is that I didn't take action sooner. Hotel convenient to rt. 40 West, very clean, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, complimentary happy hour and breakfast, although just average, was an unexpected treat. Pool was tiny so don't stay for that. Good value for the money! Would return.

The hotel staff and and the room was fine. However, the pool area was gross. Could not use was very dirty. There was cake all over the the floor around the pool and hot tub.

That was ok, we just got another room, however, this room wreaked of smoke and so did everything we had that we took home. This was the closest pet friendly hotel (that would allow 2 dogs) to Burlington, but disappointed in the lack of area in which to walk the dogs. Very little grass on the property, had to go to side street to walk dogs on the strip of grass.

I've stayed at this hotel every time I've been in Greensboro due to its cleanliness, convenience and accessibility. It's far from luxurious, just a decent, clean place to lay your head. The morning buffet is strictly low-quality carbs, but it's fine for a quick cup of coffee before heading out for your day.

Every year I go to the Womens ACC Tournament in Greensboro and every year I have stayed at a different hotel....until now. I chose Drury because it was pet friendly and I had to bring my dogs this year but this will be my hotel choice every year now, with or without the dogs.

We were supposed to arrive at the hotel at 5pm on a Friday. Unfortunately, we got stuck in Chicago due to bad weather and had to take a later flight to another destination and drive more than an hour to get to our hotel. We arrived at 2:30 am and were greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk. As soon as I walked in the door she addressed me […] by name. My husband had called her and let her know that we would be checking in late. I told her about our ordeal and she hurried to get our keys so we could settle in for the night. In the morning, I used the treadmill in the fitness center. The fitness center is nothing to write home about, but with 4 treadmills and an elliptical machine it served my purpose just fine. The complimentary breakfast incuded muffins, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt and bagels. It was self-service, but it was good food in a comfortable dining area. When we checked out it merely took dropping my keys off and saying goodbye to the new nice lady behind the desk. It literally took seconds to depart from the hotel. The Drury Inn is nothing fancy, but it is definitely a nice hotel. It is quiet, well upkept and comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I was pleased with my stay and would recommend it to anyone who likes something a little extra from their hotel but who is also budget conscience. Read more

Good price with a lot of extras. The hotel has good breakfast, popcorn and softdrinks at night and at 5:30 they offer food. Out family comes here just to get away and for fun. We love the extras and the indoor pool. It is nice during the winter! The staff is always helpful and friendly. Exceptional staff- friendly and helpful! They even had a treat for my dog at the front desk! The breakfast was great and my seven year old loved the soda and popcorn served in the evening. We will definitely be staying there again!

I booked this hotel because it is December and there is an indoor pool. My son and I enjoyed the hotel and pool. My favorite was the free drinks during the daily Kickback affair in the lobby / dining room. My sons favorite was the free popcorn, except that he dropped his 30 seconds after I gave it to him.

I have a large dog so only stay in hotels that allow pets. This was the cleanest hotel, no spots on carpets etc. that I have stayed in where pets were allowed. There were several others staying there at the time yet the grounds etc. were spotless. I will look for this hotel name when I travel.

I stayed here one night to attend a concert downtown. The staff at the front desk and the dining area were super-friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, just off the interstate, but it was very quiet. No negatives about this hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE ONE THING I HATED WAS HAVING TO PAY $30.00 FOR A TAXI TO TAKE ME TO THE AIRPORT. IF A SHUTTLE IS TOO EXPENSIVE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT IF AN ARRANGEMENT HAD BEEN MADE WITH A CAB COMPANY TO CHARGE LESS.

Pieirre, the front desk person, was incredibly nice and helpful when we checked in. the next morning hew was also helpful, cheerful while breakfast was being served. The internet connection was very good also. We will definitely stay there again.
