We went down for my nephews Boot Camp graduation for the Marines. This hotel staff was polite, professional and customer service was their first priority. My only downfall was that dogs were allowed there, and an owner did not take care of their pet properly while there. But my personal stay there was wonderful. Thank you.

My first stay at Sleep Inn Beaufort and I was inpressed with the cost, cleaniness of the room, and the service. Will definitely stay here again if my travels bring me to this srea.

The hotel seemed nice, good service from the staff and comfy rooms. And it seemed pretty clean BUT we had roaches in our room multiple times in two days and there were dead roaches in the hallway both days as well. The hotel does not have outside hallways and we were on the third floor, so either they were getting in on the first floor and up the stairs or they must have been coming in through the walls--neither of which is good. I told the front desk about it and they did not seem concerned and did not send anyone to check things out. This is SC, so I understand that roaches happen but it seemed like this was really at odds with the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Very good for the price and location. Friendly staff. The only bad thing was that the elevator broke. Not a problem for me but for older people and people with kids. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Just enough to start the day. I didn't had a chance to get into the pool but my friend say it was ok.The wireless internet is not always available (at least for me) and you also have the option to get high-speed internet thru a conection on the wall but you need to bring your own network cable. In overall, I rate it good. Will come back.

This hotel was excellent with anything you might need. Close to everything, breakfast was great. Probably could use a little more scrubbing in the shower, but it was still clean, staff was excellent. The only thing I can say on the negative (and it's not really a negative) side is the pool area was being painted and the pool was closed.

Breakfast was good. Very polite cust serv. The only thing is that I saw a big roach in my room, but my mother in law took care of it :0). After that was just fine for the price.

For the money, the hotel was great. When I first went into the room, there was a smell, but after that, I didn't notice it. The room was comfortable, the staff was great, everyone was friendly. My son is a U.S. Marine and we were visiting the base at Parris Island. It was close to the base. The hotel was close to restaurants, stores, etc. I could get on the net via the computer in the hotel lobby. Check in was 2 p.m. We arrived at 10 a.m. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check into our room early. That meant a great deal to us because I drove straight from Ohio, to Quantico in Virgina to South Carolina. A long way.

We asked many questions about the area: meals, shopping, distance, time allowances, etc. and always received a complete, polite answer to our concern. We requested our room "not to be disturbed" which was respected. We had no difficulty trading soiled towels for clean or receiving additional ammenities for each night's stay.

The employees at the hotel were amazing. Very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfotable, but the carpet in the room was in very bad shape. Actually the carpet on the whole first floor was questionable. May have been flooded at some point.

This hotel was okay for night. The continental breakfast was not great. I've stayed in other Sleep Inns that were 100% better than this one. I will stay somewhere else the next I need to stay in Beaufort. This hotel is not worth the money.

I stayed for one night and enjoyed it. I was going to a wedding at the Marine Corps Air Station and the hotel was just minutes away. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel. The customer service was good and supportive. The public computer connected to the internet for the guest to use for free in the lobby was a plus and I didn't have to pay anything to print copies. Overall, this hotel was good.

We stayed at this hotel while waiting for my daughter's house to be ready for move in. The staff here is very nice, very friendly and very helpful. The hotel gets alot of use because of the Marine Corps Boot Camp graduations, and could use some updating and maintenance, but it was extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were great for the money and breakfast available was convenient. The only complaint is lack of maintenance staff for a plumbing problem in the morning. The desk manager was very busy with checking people in and out. Overall the hotel was very nice and we would go back.

The shower needed to be bleached. And the room would have looked cleaner if the walls were painted. Besides that, everything was fine. The people were very nice and helpful. And everything else seemed clean.

The room was comfortable but needed a very deep cleaning. Carpets were filthy, shower floor was stained. When I left the hotel the next morning I had some type of insect bites which when mentioned to the front desk person he did not seem concerned at all.
