We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping up the room. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks.

Very nice hotel, within walking distance to subway for access to Manhattan (take the 7 or E and you can get to grand central, times square, penn station). Just a few blocks to local restaraunts. The room was very clean, excellent staff, free shuttle to subway. Overall an excellent place to stay if your touring new york city. One note, if you are considering a "view room" save your money, the view is obstructed by a number of taller buildings (the hotel is only 7 floors). Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely stay again, especially at the rate because of the new hotel discount. If you plan to take a cab from the hotel call one yourself because the service the hotel uses charges a flat rate to specific areas and you can get a cab on your own for cheaper generally.

Very nice hotel in the theatre district. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic room accomodations but very clean. Would recommend.

I wasn't crazy about the check in process. The front desk staff was not friendly. The room was just ok--bed too soft, pillows not great and must have had a lot of dustmites as my allergies went crazy.

We stayed here twice because our car was parked in the long term lot next door. Nothing fancy and food is only by delivery service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Good if you have an early or late arriving flight. Rooms are small and clean. Served the purpose.

"You get what you pay for."
You get what you pay for. Cheap price, but one of the worst I have stayed in. Room smelled, hallway ceiling had holes and waterstains. Very good front desk and airport shuttle service.

Non-descript accomodation which was all I needed as I had an early flight from JFK. I live in Boston, flew in the night before, and got up and went to the airport. The facility was clean and neat and obviously well cared for. They had breakfast in the morning, which was mostly ready before the shuttle left at exactly six AM. Good job.

"My observation"
The towels in the room were slightly damp. But the desk clerk was very courteous and professional. It was very convenient to my needs of international airport arrival. I do suggest that all employees be able to speak at least basic English. The breakfast worker was a pleasant woman, but spoke no English and could not understand the words "peanut butter" […] and a few other basic English words. I am not prejudice and resent any response to that effect, but this is the USA and employees in this country should be able to make the effort to speak our language. My father was an immigrant and had to learn English. He didn't find that to be unreasonable. Read more

The guy at the reception desk was very nice ... but it doesn't change the fact that we found bed bugs. We left right away.

I had to stay overnight to catch an early connecting flight out of JFK. Upon arriving JFK, take the AirTrain to Federal circle to catch the hotel shuttle. It's less than 5 mins away from the hotel. On the way back to JFK, the shuttle would drop you off right at your departure terminal - which is really helpful given that I had two huge suitcases. Only down side is that my room was next to the elevator...some noise whenever it's moving up & down... Overall, I would recommend for a quick overnight stay near JFK. Read more

"No Comfort"
I checked in late evening for an early morning next day. I was given a room on the 1st floor, and could hear every noise from the hallway and the lobby. The room was equipped with a window air-conditioning unit that was very noisy. Needless to say, I didn't get any sleep.

I stayed at this hotel (Comfort Inn) for one night. It is very convenient because there is a shuttle that pick up at Federal Circle. They were very quick when picking me up. The service was great! The front desk lady was very helpful giving me directions to where I had to go.

"Hotel room was dirty and everything old"
the hotel room was flimflamed cleaned and many soil marks on floor & sheets. I didn't want to really sleep on the dirty sheets and blankets. A real bad experience & I felt at that point i would be safer sleeping under a bridge or freeway. Very Poor hygene.

"Convienient to JFK"
Simple, Clean, Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Had an overnight connection for a flight out of JFK. Had shuttle and free wifi in the room. Nice staff both at check in and when leaving. A bit pricy.

The hotel located minutes away from JFK airport which makes it very convenient choice if you need to spend a night waiting for a flight. Room is clean, complimentary breakfast is quite edible, parking is free and accsess from the highway is quite easy.

Room was clean and spacious enough. Hotel staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very adequate, I woud stay again. Unfortunately, things that you can't change are: 1. The limited and narrow parking spaces. 2. It's a sad thing that you see so many people waste the food, and are so inconsiderate of others. 3. Wall paper held up by masking tape. Had moldy smell
Being close to JFK, hotel served great purpose as we had to pick up our daughter at 7am. Was during the heatwave and hotel's air conditioner struggled to maintain a reasonable temperature. Otherwise everything was fine and front desk staff were very helpful and courteous.

Do not stay at this hotel, the same management company owns other hotels just down the street that are so much nicer and cleaner! Only thing good about this hotel is it's location to JFK, although the other hotel has just as easy access!

Stayed there only one night, and can't complain. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good. The airport shuttle worked well on the hour every hour, and it took only 10 min. to get to the airport. had trouble finding the room because the numbers were written in pencil on the wall, had a lot of hair in the tub like it was never cleaned after the previous guest. "Convenient for airport not to get to N.Y."
The airtrain was broken so had to take a bus to get to the free shuttle. If you need to get into the city for the day, it's a $15 cab ride to the metro from the hotel. It's also a $15 cab ride back to hotel, and not that convenient. You can call Rock a Way cab company, but there's still a wait at the metro station. Their pick up at the hotel was prompt […] though. The hotel was comfortable enough, and the breakfast adequate. The cost was still too expensive for what you get, but I guess that's New York for you. If you have to sleep to get right back on a plane, the hotel is fine. I would find something closer to a metro if you're wanting to go to Manhatten. Read more
"As per expectations"
There is nothing to complain about this specific hotel. The hotel and the room was clean, relatively well maintained (showed some aging). Masking tape in places was yet to be removed. The breakfast was as expected - adequate. The hotels in the JFK area are overpriced, universally.

"Don't stay here"
This was a horrible experience. We had a long layover at JFK and needed a close place to stay. This hotel was LESS than 2 miles away, but it took us OVER ONE HOUR to get there. The person at the froht desk repeatedly told us the shuttle was only 5 minutes from getting there. We arrived at 12:30 AM and didn't get to the hotel until almost 2 AM. Had I […] known he would continually lie, I would have walked all the way back to the baggage area to get a cab. The room was subterranean. "A terrible place to stay even for just one night!!"
This hotel was terrible it smelled old and smokey ene though we had a non smoking room. The bathroom was dirty and old. When we went to take shower their was no water pressure and the faucet was so old that water only came out of half of it. We didn't have any place to hang any clothes. We waited over 20 Minutes for the morning shuttle back to the airport […] and after the wait and were on our way the driver told us he had to turn around and pick someone else up. We took a the shuttle from the airport after when we arrived at 11PM when we checked in if not we would have found a different hotel...That's how bad this was!!!! Read more

This is the 2nd time I was at this hotel. The shuttle was on time and the driver awesome! The staff at the hotel are kind, informative and always willing to help! Excellent and fast check in! Staff was very helpful! Gave me a list of delivery services when I arrived! Hotel was clean and quiet. Definately will recommend for friends traveling through JFK. Not far from airport. Shuttle service Awesome!
