I was truly surprised there wasn't a pool. It was 106 degrees while we were there.

Everything was great, except the garbage disposal was broken in the kitchen sink and the water would not drain. So we had a sink of dirty water during our whole stay. We got there late and were tired so we didn't bother with the maintenance as we were just staying the one night. That was the only issue we had.

The only complaint that I have was: difficulty seeing the hotel sign. It was very small. But I really enjoyed staying here.

The Larkspur Landing is a wonderful place to stay. The location is close to an assortment of restaurants, shopping even a post office is close if you need to mail something. Very easy to find from the highway and easy to get back to the highway. The rooms are very nice, ours had a small full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner electric range, small dish […] washer, dishes, utensils, very nice flat screen tv, wifi, a large desk, and to top it off one of the most comfortable queen size beds I have ever had in a motel/hotel room. My room was very clean as was the whole facility. I recommend the Laskspur to anyone planning a trip to the Pleasanton area, I am already planning my next stay at the Larkspur Landing. Read more

The staff is amazing! The hotel could use updating for the kitchen area but otherwise it was great. I was in the executive suite but started in the basic suite. Everything from the hotel to the service was fantastic. We used the kitchen to prepare for a party we were going to and suite worked out perfectly. I did mention to the front desk that they should put sponges in the kitchens since we did not have one. Other than that excellent stay.

At 1st we had a basic queen room. Then we upgraded to the king bedroom suite. Definitely worth the upgrade! Beds are very comfortable! Love the kitchens too. They have a nice supply for Bfast on the go too!

I was very disappointed in the overall condition of my room. I travel 50% of the time for my job and this was my first visit to one of your hotels. For the rate I payed I expected a higher quality of room. The cabinets and countertops in the bathroomand kitchenette were shabby to put it mildly. This was a good hotel for my business stay... it is on par with a Hampton or Holiday Inn Express. I was placed in a handicap room which is never my favorite when it comes to the bathroom but it all worked fine.

Great hotel and excellent service. Some of the items in the rooms are showing some wear and tear (eg. desk chair, loud refridgerator). Both were minor, but were noted because of how nice everything else is around the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was that the shuttle only runs Monday -Friday. Other than that, we loved the studio with it's fully stocked kitchen. It was very nice...I would like to offer that the comforter is just too hot..I prefer cotton blankets to the comforter. I know that there was one in the closet but too much trouble in the night...Of course we forgot to turn on the air so part of it was us. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
