Price and location were right. Grounds and maintainance inside and out were above average....flowers blooming everywhere! Front desk friendly and efficient. Room spacious and well appointed with 2 Q beds and new, big, flat screen TV (room 301). Towels were not lush, but there were 4 of them, so no issues!

This is a good choice if North Vancouver is your destination. Lots of shopping and eating in the market below the hotel, which is also where the parking is located. The more upscale and higher priced rooms get you further out towards the water, which can be worth it in terms of quiet and view.

Hotel was very clean and new. Hotel is in middle of Chinatown so you won't see many chain restaurants or food other than very traditional Asian.

"Bug bites"
I have stayed at this hotel many times on prior trips with fine results. This time however, I got seven/eight bug bites on my leg during the night. I reported this to the front desk and they were very apologetic and said the manager would contact me. I did not receive any follow-up calls or email. We appreciate the candid feedback, which is the first step for us to improve on our service and quality. Unfortunately we are unable to locate any records of guest comments regarding bug bites within our guest service team based on the information given. In fact we have not had any complaints regarding bug bites in our hotel, furthermore we have just completed a multi-million dollar property improvement renovation this year therefore almost everything in our rooms is virtually brand new. If there were indeed bugs in the room mentioned, we would have received multiple complaints by this time as we continued to rent out every room in our hotel to various guests on a daily basis. It is quite possible that the bug bites were caught at other places or there may be a chance that they are skin reactions due to allergy which do reminiscent the look and feel of insect bites. We sincerely hope that there wasn't any miscommunication involved in this instance. Once again, we appreciate the feedback. Regards,

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Langley for New Years Eve. We Really enjoyed our stay. the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We relaxed in the pool and hot tub. They were clean and provided fresh clean towels and a nice change area. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was just wonderful. What a great way to bring […] in the new year. We were in Langley for a wedding at Fort Langley, so it was a good location, but we didn't use too many of the amenities. Although close to the highway there didn't seem to be any noise.
