I like this hotel and have stayed here before. The only complaint I had is parking lot was icy and didn't like having to walk around to front to get in. The only reason I ended up staying at this hotel was because the original hotel I booked with ended up getting destroyed by a tornado recently. So I went with this one because I was staying for the night- my flight was getting in at 11pm and I was going to need to check out at 6am. I needed a hotel with a shuttle and I didn't want to spend too much […] for a short stay. Flight got in at 11pm and I waited a good while. I called the hotel to see where the shuttle was.... NO ANSWER- I tried multiple times and still jk answer. I ended up getting a taxi- it was ridiculous. I was uber tired and when I went in to check in, the guy at the front desk was so unorganized, it was just downright disappointing. I waited approx 20 minutes to get my key card. I made sure i told the guy at check in that I need the shuttle and theres a roster- shuttle goes every 30 minutes (wouldve been nice to know except i waited for 40 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt). I was glad when I finally got to the room. Room was nice and clean and the bed was soft. I was out like a light. Check out was like night and day and the shuttle was there on time. Overall, hotel facilities are nice except they need to either train staff to become more efficient and know what they're doing or get more people if they are short staffed and that's why the phones aren't being answered. We chose this hotel based on a recent stay at another Comfort Inn but we were disappointed when we entered the room. We could tell it was badly in need of some upgrades. The furniture was older and very used looking. It just didn't have the feel of a clean, crisp room like other hotels we have stayed at.
