Convenient if flying out of detroit metro airport if you have a early flight. The hotel staff is friendly. We have stayed at this hotel a few times. We will stay there again.

"Needs Improvement"

We stayed in room 302,(Non Smoking) the smoking odor in the bathroom was sickening. The ceiling over the bed showed signs of past leakage. Stained with tape peeling off. We had a king bed with sheets you could see thru and the matress pad was for a double bed.

The hotel is the nicest of the average price hotels we've stayed at near the airport. We've used a number of airports in the area over the years and always stayed at the budget hotels and were always a bit frustrated because of the quality of hotel. We paid a bit more for this hotel and got what we paid for and more. The only complaint I had was the pillows were way too soft.

We had a very nice room. There was a great place to eat next door and the park and stay was very convenient with shuttles running all the time.

Out dated tired rooms need updating just worn out. have stayed at of La Quinta hotels and they were very nice. This one is just old and I'm sure they could bring it up to date.

"Great place with the Park & Fly Package"

We purchased this for the Park & Fly Package. It was a great deal. From the time we checked in to checking out the next day to catch our fligt from Detroit Metro to Las Vegas. The girls at the front desk were most helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We only heard 1 plane the entire evening. A real plus. Drove our vehicle over to the Qwik Park which is right next door, where by we were picked up immediately by a shuttle bus. Upon our return we called for the bus, which arrived in about 10 minutes. As we left the parking lot handed over the slip we got from the hotel and were wished have a good day. No hidden charges! Always a plus. Will definitely recommend the LaQuinta.

THe location is great and staff is very friendly. The room requires some improvements, comparing with other La Quinta locations in the US. I liked the complementary shuttle service from the airport. It was very convenient. There are restaurants from a walking distance.

Our connecting flight to New York got cancelled, so we booked this hotel at the last minute. It was a comfortable room in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again if I ever get stranded in Detroit.

It was great to be able to do the "Park and Stay" with the airport parking right next door and the shuttles to and from. It was very convenient and made our flights less stressful knowing that parking was taken care of and was conveniently located.

The pillow cases and sheets were VERY wrinkled. The mattress was hard as a rock with very little padding. The bed shock when people run down the hall on the floor above me. the airplane noise was VERY loud. The business center had a printer that seldom worked and one of the two computers was not functional.

Hotel could use a good cleaning, although it was okay for an overnight visit prior to an early morning flight. The parking package was a very good deal, so I may consider this hotel/parking package again.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. It was clean but not overly spacious. Good size bathroom but vanity was quite small.Through-the-wall air conditioner/heater did a good job. Only fault noted was a slight shower drip but it was inaudible in the sleeping area.
